Ordered baseball themed party supplies and I loved the MLB pattern. So many choices that we were able to make awesome goody baskets. Did curbside pickup and it was so easy.

Cute stuff, had about anything you would need for a party. Purchased some candy and decorations for Easter. Had plenty of things for St. Paddys and Mardi Gras! More than I have seen any where else.

Very crowded at check out. The balloon station was swamped. Cashier was super awesome and handled the customer in front of me very well considering how ugly and rude the customer was being.

I went to party city today to get my costume that I ordered online (I’m from Georgia) because I received an order pickup email. I get there and they tell me that they tried to call me and tell me that they didn’t have it like really, I never received a phone call about my order! Then I find another costume and go to checkout and the cashier didn’t even give me my bag!

This is a great place for some cheap fun. Maybe its just me but three bucks for a bunch of balloons is all I need for a good Friday. Sweet workers too.

Koolest place to get party stuff one stop shop

About as good of a place youre going to find in the area for holiday/seasonal decorations, costumes, and accessories. They have a really large selection of items. Only issue is there arent enough check out lines open. Other than that, I think having Party City available helps my party planning

Rude employees arguing who I was suppose to get my costume from. They didnt even try to be civil to customers. I was expecting it to be crazy but rudeness to a customer is unacceptable in any circumstances.

Broken promise by another company in town. Needed helium for citywide event. Nikki the store manager came thru with flying colors. Best customer service in town. Will always have my business as long as she is there

I had terrible customer service. I was looking for an item and the people working the front desk kept sending me in every direction possible. There were 7 people working the front desk (no customers in line) and not one of them would walk with me and try to help me find the item. I told the lady I have looked at all the places they have told me and I asked if she would help me find it. She then told me then they must just not have this item....very lazy! then I asked the lady to blow up a balloon and she was very rude to me. Definitely not going back to this store.

The counter clerk was very friendly and helpful with my balloon order for a large nonprofit event.

Took my granddaughter to buy a Halloween costume....employees were super nice and helpful!!!
