It is now leaking and has been causing water damage to our master bedroom interior roof and walls. This job I know is still under guarantee and I need the improper installation issues resolved as soon as possible to avoid further property damage. So glad I found this company! The whole process took 6 weeks! Were so happy with the final result! The windows are SUPER strong! We had an attempted break-in while we were on vacation, and they were unable to get in thanks to these windows! The window was broke and Multitrade replaced it within 1 week!Will recommend!

We got the sliding doors for our house and I really like the way they look. At first I though the process of getting everything done would take months, but the installation was actually fairly quick. Its been a few weeks since we got them installed and were very happy. The prices are reasonable compared to other estimates that we received. Overall a job well done.

We hire this company they took a little bit longer but the final result was great, sometimes is worth the waiting. the windows look great, the services was good and costumer services was OK.They install a high quality windows with the best professional installer I have seen. this is my house and I consider my self really picky especially when we talk about a house where Im going to live in. I am not a patient person but when i see they are working as hard as they can, I understand. thank you

I will be calling MultiTrade for every window and door I’ll every have to change again. Not only was it super affordable with financing but the owner is so professional and makes the effort to keep me updated with everything going on in regards to my window and door replacements. I had a great experience with multitrade construction. I am happy with the results. The team was very professional and delivered the results in a good amount of time. This plus the good quality of the materials made the investment worth it.

Save yourself and your family the hassle. Worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional and largely incompetent. The list of wrongdoings is so large I couldnt possible fit it here. The other opinion that spoke about the work not being done in 7 months and being threatened w lawyers is not only right is the way they do business. We ended up having to hired someone else to finish the job. Our house was flooded after door and window installation. When we said we were going to hire someone else to finish, then the legal threat came. We defended ourselves, but we surely had to settle to not drag this nightmare. Their communication was immediate and effective twice, when closing the sale and when threatening w lawyers. Contractor visited the site 3 times in 4 months, not when the job was finalized, and still had the balls to assert that he knew everything was done properly as my house was flooding. Avoid!!!

If you want the worse service with leaking windows, their the guys. You are paying what you are getting, so just because price is good doesnt mean you will be happy. And they pay other people to write a 5 star review so dont believe their positive reviews.

Terrible terrible terrible!! Worst experience Ive ever had! They took 2 months to complete the job. They promised the work would be finished in 2-3 days. On Saturday they worked for 4 hours and left because they were Tired! They also got the wrong order because they didnt measure correctly. The doors even had scratches and werent the ones we ordered. They also left the house very dirty and Very unprofessional when it came to following up. Every time it was an excuse. Please save yourself!!

I really recommend it, they are very professional and honestly, they helped when before rain arrived, working very fas and clean, Also they gave me the financing option under my emergency with a Human sense, all impact windows and shutter were installed perfect, Thanks you guys!

Terrible service and product quality. The address listed herein is not the correct address. The company is run out of a garage in homestead. This company used to be called Stormwise Shutters, as a result of bad service, product quality and multiple negative reviews the owner, Camilo Dias opened this company in order to avoid negative publicity... but don’t be fool... is the same garbage company providing the same garbage service. It uses high pressure sales techniques, charges high prices to customers and subcontracts the job to unqualified and unlicensed individuals...I wouldn’t recommend this company because they provide a very bad service and lacks resources.

Terrible from start to finish!! 2-3 day installation took over 3 months. Then hurricane Irma comes and all my windows leak... my whole house flooding. it’s december they still have yet to come help fix at all or even a phone call. Worse company ever Lazaro is so disrespectful. Got them through ygrene program have mAde serveral complaints to ygrene still no help. Guess I need to report to better business bureau maybe get a lawyer. Spend $24,000 for hurricane windows that leak water within 12 months of install ridiclous don’t waste your time with this company!!!!!!

Horrible service, and total lack of follow up. 7 months and they havent finished the job, most of the work does not match what was requested and whats worst, they threaten you with lawyers and liens. Avoid at all cost.
