This store is located in Opalocka on a busy intersection..The customers are Required toπ· wear masks..Customers are able to purchase items with Cash Credit Cards or EBT cards.. They have a drive thru pharmacy..The pharmacy offers the COVID shot.. Some prices are not listed on the shelf..I asked for a Manager so that I would know how Much a merchandise/item cost..The Manager was RUDE π€and Unprofessional..He advised me to go to the cashier for a Price check..As a customer I NEEDED to know how much I wasπ° SPENDING..The cashier was the Only employee who was Working..This was during (11:30 am) the daytime hours.Taking my business somewhere Else!!
Im constantly spending money with this company.As soon as I, go to the makeup area to look for products, I hear the system comes on and it says, Help needed in perfume area. I look around and noticed Im the only person in that area. I never asked for help. I dont appreciate being profiled and this system only came on because I had on a mini bagpack. I stopped by on my way to work. This has never happened to me. Ill stick with online ordering from a different company who doesnt profile their customers.I felt embarrassed.
Pharmacy staff place calls on endless hold then they answer and hang up the phone. So frustrating to get through these people
Busy store, need to staff more employees during the work week between 3p-7p. The line is always extra long. When I shop in Walgreens in Aventura or Pines, the Manager always open other registers....ALWAYS....not this store! The staff is friendly, but they are always restocking. Next, if the Manager could please call Road Public Works, because just as youre exiting your parking lot there is a huge sinkhole that keeps damaging car after car (as Ive observed). This is the exit on 159th attempting to head west. I have passed here and have seen cars that were attempting to exit the parking lot and attempts to turn right but tire gets trapped in that deep sinkhole. Ill try an upload a photo.I will follow up or just go straight to Corporate to get these things in order. Be well and keep safe.

Excellent service in labcorp! The lady that does the lab work does a Excellent job, I had her before when she did my lab work, very polite and efficient!
I was approved an appointment for the COVID-19 test, I arrived on time and I did not attend to why I supposedly did not have materials for the test and I never received any anticipated cancellation message
The worst walgreens in the USA. The pharmacist is incompetent no matter what you have an appointment for the vaccine they never have. If you order a medicine, it is never at the time they tell you it should be there, and it doesnt matter that no one is there on the line, the delay is from another world. I dont understand how they can have such an incompetent staff working with drugs. HORRIBLE

Well I went there to buy an item which had a $2 discount tag on it, I told Jason the clerk (in a friendly and not rude manner whatsoever- I work in customer service too-) this was false advertising, he replied with βits not like we check the coupons for expiration datesβ in a rude manner. It is not the two dollars, it is the rude manner of answering. Bad customer service, if Walgreens just wants to hire a body to do the job then self check out would be a cool option, just saying π©
Horrible service.The manager of the 5pm shift is horrible, I simply asked a question and she got so defensive and treated me as if I was a criminal. I asked if 2 other people can come in with me (my children) and she acted like my question was insulting. She needs to be fired or never work with customers again.
Every occasion I walk into this store the professionalism is severely lacking. Employees argue over having to help customers and on two separate occasions when I ordered prints they were not ready at the time stated they would be. Instead I waited for 5-10 minutes at the counter for assistance and then they printed out the photos that should have already been prepared while I was there.
