DO NOT USE! I purchased a machine from them a few years ago. When it was shipped, they packaged it with water still in the boiler and supported it with just some packing peanuts. When it arrived, the espresso machine and the box were all soaking wet and damaged. Neither Sterling nor UPS would take responsibility for the damages and left me with an unused device. Years later, I end up having to hire someone to fix it. After they reviewed it, they didnt think the machine worked even when I received it based on its issues they found. They have poor craftsmanship and ethics. Save your money!-In response to the reply, this is your name and number (per yelp listing) right there on the machine.
Liar I have all the texts and dates that I contacted you that machine is not working right. It was less then 28 days My manger hears the same .... your tech didn’t realize it was that machineHe took it completely a part and put it back wrong. I will get someone else to check it
Last year i called them for service.Technician showed up by his comments i knew he never worked on this machine,he took machine a part claimed it was fixed, they gave me 30 days warranty paid $ 505.00. 27 days later machine started to have a leak of coffee inside the machine, coffee came from every where.Called them up they refused to come back claimed it is another issue,How will they know unless they came back to check.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOSE GUYS ONCE THEY HAVE THE $$$ THEY TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU
