I love that store!! I do my shopping frequently there because there is always a lot of stuff and is well organized. The guys are very nice, also!! But yesterday something happened that was amazing!! I couldn’t find my cellular phone and I realized that after the store was already closed. I ran to the stores and I knock at the door and the assistant manager came to the door, and through the glass I explained to him what had happened, he ask me for my phone number, he called and tried to hear if my phone was ringing, he took the extra step to go to the aisle where I had been looking for the articles I bought. Nothing was found. I thanked him very much and I went home. I finally found the phone at my house. And then he did something amazing, he called me back, but I didn’t hear the phone ringing, this morning when I woke up, I saw the missed call, I called back and to that number that I didn’t recognize, and to my surprise, was him. He had called me to see if I had found my phone. That was a super extra step, that only a kind person like him, could do. So, if I could give him or the store 6 or 7 stars, I would be glad!! Congratulations to him and to the company for having him as an employee. It’s hard to find a person like him nowadays!! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for his name, but I am going to find out and I am going to publish in another review. Amazing!!!

My mother purchased some gloves from here. The price of the gloves were $5 with some change. When my mother got in her car she looked at the receipt and realized that they charged her $9 for the gloves. She went back to the register and told the cashier the problem. The cashier told her the gloves were $9 and my mother told her that the price listed was $5. The cashier then proceeded to tell my mother that the gloves were $5 but was refusing to give my mother her money back and told my mother that she could leave what she purchased but wasn’t going to return her money. My mother refused to leave and they finally returned What Was Rightfully Hers!!! Check your receipts, people. I’m sure this is not the first time they’ve overcharged people.

The customer service is excellent! The store Manager is very nice, respectful, and very courteous. I will definitely be shopping there again! 5 star service indeed.

Horrible experience every time I have ever been to this family Dollar there is always an issue with the cashier and the people that work there dont think Ill be coming back they really should consider getting new management and getting some new employees today was very bad it was probably the worst experience Ive had since Ive been going to this family Dollar the cashier was very rude and made me wait 15 minutes for my items because she said she did not have change and then when she got to the change box she took the change out and it was super quick I dont see why she made me wait so long I think she was upset because I didnt want to buy any Reeses so that their store can be rated number one

They sell products you have to put together, some of the items dont fit and they refuse to exchange. Money wasted

Items are always in the wrong spots. Prices at the the cashier and shelf never match. Some employees are helpful. Some are rude.
