I bought an $80 battery that kept going dead and turned out to be defective. Went back and exchanged the battery only to have the same thing happen. Will be returning tomorrow to exchange the second battery.Would not return were it not for warranty. Praying the third one is not problemsome.

I called to ask if they buy batteries. A rude lady said they were paying 29 “or” 30 cents per pound. So I asked which one was it 29 or 30 and she wouldn’t answer. Then hung up on me. Save yourself experiencing the bad vibe on this place.

They went from good to bad service.New employees cant even speak english right they dont know anything about batteries and they specialize on batteries what a joke.Something that should have taken 10 minutes took me 45.Will not buy again.
