I called them Friday after I found them benz shops directory talked to a guy scheduled appointment for Wednesday at 9 I asked multiple times if they work on 500sl the guy assured me that he does work on themThat he even owns a 1971 i was happy to hear all good stuff about their shop and how good they are.I double checked if they do work on that car year because the vehicle will need to be towed there. Well guess what I bring it on Wednesday with a tow truck once I get there the owner says they don’t work on those vehicles !!!That they can’t or won’t fix it! And refused even to look at itAnother unprofessional shop false advertisement wrong information waste of my time and money towing to themVery very disappointed stay away from this shop!

Being a girl and getting your car serviced sometimes can cause some anxiety. You never know if the mechanics are telling you the truth or if they just want your money. With Alex and Miguel you definitely dont need to worry! First, they are the best at what they do. I have been getting my car serviced with them for years and they are truly exceptional. The owner or whoever told me hes was the owner was awful. I walked in to get get an estimate for repairs and he kept going on about how hes armed and all of his techs are armed. Not sure what that was about, and an odd way to start a client relationship. He gave me an outrageous estimate for a pretty simple job. I never had the work done by then so I cant rate on quality of work performed. Based on the owners mentality, its safe to say the technicians are a product of their environment there in my opinion. Proceed with caution here.

I pulled the front bumper off on my C250 while parking. Felt stupid! Called around and then got to Miguel at MB AutoClinic. Went there that afternoon, brought the car in the next morning, and it was fixed to my satisfaction by early afternoon. And price came in under his original quote. This is where I am going after my Benz warranty expires! You should too!

I been visiting this guys for a few months now to oil change my BMW 325 and everytime they had different prices for the same Oil they been using before. It all started a $72 cash-no tax. Next one was for $89+tax then was $95+tax and recently is $100 cash-no tax. Enough!Also everytime i call this guys for a price about any parts, they always said that they have the originals from Germany bla bla bla... The prices are sometimes even more than at the dealer ship. Dont fall for the nice smille they give you everytime, I mean if you rich, fine.They are plenty more places out there that they dont change prices for the oil. Yes they are about $80 to $100+ but at leats is all year round and the same price. (It dont change from $80 to $100 because you had an empty shop anygiven day) Go to this place at you own risk.I though I had found a place with better oil change priceses, i was wrong.

Alex and Miguel have been servicing our Mercedes for nearly 10 years now. If our cars arent going to the dealership, its going to MB Auto.
