I took my car to Accurate Steering for a broken window regulator last week and had a great experience. I dealt with Junior and JC there, who were able to quickly order the needed parts and worked around my busy schedule to install them. They did great quality work, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their car problem fixed right the first time.

I brought in my chevy 1500 with a blown steering column and JC and Junior fixed it fast, and gave me the best service possible. They were nice, friendly, funny and very very good at what they do. i have nothing bad to say about them. i would recommend Accurate Steering to anyone. They are the best!

The service is very professional and personal..There repairs are a bit pricey and you will have to wait awhile to have the work completed.

This place is a joke. I called a day in advance and let them know what my problem was. I asked if they had the parts required to fix my power window and they assured me that they did; but when I got to the shop the same guy I spoke to over the phone told me there was nothing he could do because they didnt have the window motor or regulator in stock.Dont waste your time with this place.

I have a Nissan Sentra, I have been in this shop to fix it and i found myself around a really talented staff, very helpful and dedicated to their clients with very competent prices. Therefore i strongly recommend this service.

Ive been a customer of Accurate Steering for over the past ten years, and I would never think of taking my car anywhere else. The office manager is very professional and courteous, and the mechanics are knowledgeable, thorough, and always fix the problem correctly the first time.Once you experience the exceptional service provided by ACCURATE STEERING, you wont go anywhere else either.

Buyer beware !I brought in my car for a broken egnition key housing and a module. J.C. the ownwer told me he would charge $350 including parts and labor. But if I take him the parts he will give me a price brake for $195 . I said ok. I take him the car by tow truck at 9:00 am. I call the shop to see if the car arrive ok. Some one picks up the phone then hangs up on me . They did that about 6 times. I got worried and go by the shop. I go to where the car is and J.C. is looking at my car. I said I tried to call you but someone keeps hanging up. He said that I never called there. At that moment the mechanic say you have a call from another customer . J.C. says tell him Im not here. Then he tells me me I will have your car ready by 5:00 pm today.An hour later he calls me to tell me that the battery is no good. That I need a new battery. I just bought that battery a month before from AAA. I asked him, dont you have a jumper Box for the battery. He say that he does not do that. So I buy a battery and take it to him. He now says he charges $25.00 to change the battery. So I say ok. Then he call me and says that the parts that I gave him are no good. So I buy another moduler and take it to him. At 4:00 pm he call me again and say that he does not have the equipment to program the new key. That he has to call a locksmith $155. The car was not ready for 2 days. Finally he calls me and tell me the car is ready. When I get there . The steering colum was not assembled. Then I go inside to pay him and he tell me that I owe him $600 dollars. That was for the labor and parts. I reminded him that I bought the parts. He then said it was $375 for parts and labor. Then he gave me the second moduler that I gave him. He said that the parts that I gave him are good. Between leaving my job and buying extra parts it cost me $590. How can he give me a quote for $195 if he does not have the proper equipement ?Not a good shop. I dont recommend this place. Im a Guy . Ladies dont go.

BEWARE!!!!!I did NOT have a good experience. When I came to pick up my van, I asked to inspect my van before paying.Upon entering my vehicle for inspection, I noticed that the speedometer was stuck on 100 mph ( NOT working), the entire inside front panel of my van wasnt aligned and had one inch gaps, and there was a crack in the middle of my dashboard. The owner said that was the way my husband brought in the car.....I told him no, that wasnt the way it was brought in. One NICE man there J NOT the owner....helped me fix my car by aligning the front inside panel. BTW I never raised my voice or yelled at anyone there but had to endure the rudeness of the owner and his unwillingness to help me. I ended up having to call the police bcz the owner refused to release MY car, in my name, to me. This was because I voiced him my concerns....He rudely said, Call the police, I dont care. I agreed to disagree with him after J helped me. I asked J to take my payment bcz I just wanted to leave....With the police still there and in front of them, the owner quick lt took my money. He then changed the contract and tried to illegally add all the problems that I had pointed out to him on the final contract.and told me to sign it. I was disappointed and refused to sign it and had to endure the owner again because I wouldnt sign and that he wouldnt release my car to me. The police finally told him to remove the illegal additions to the contract and to release my car to me. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with these people. This was the worst experience I have had with a mechanic!!!! Yes they fixed my van but with left me with over $500 in damages and lots of grief and aggravation......Amy
