Get inside as soon as possible!!!
Please listen to the previous negative reviews(trust me, they’re telling the truth). This place have the WORST customer service reps and the WORST MANAGEMENT. No one knows what they’re doing! I’ve been trying to get my tag for my car(for over a month), since I was told that the car is a total loss. All they do is bounce me back and forth or route me back into que to start all over. I personally would’ve never selected a garage such as this, unfortunately Geico did. People, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.I really wish I could’ve given zero stars for this review.😡
I sold a vehicle through CarBrain and was assigned Copart-Miami North to schedule a pick up for my vehicle. Spoke with Antoine Wed, was guaranteed a pick up for Thurs. (several times)-as the car needed to be moved from a dealership that day. Called multiple times Thurs., was assured someone would call 1hr prior to pickup. Waited all day 7a-7pm with ZERO reach out from Coparts office. Was literally HUNG up on TWICE, and they still failed to pick up the vehicle. Friday, I had to contact management at CarBrain and request another towing company as the dispatch manager -Yanina? wouldnt call me back after I requested, either. Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
1 star is being nice, slowest auction I’ve ever been to I cancel all deliveries when we get this address on our load board.
Arrived at 9am to recover three vehicles and wasn’t loaded until 3:26pm. God bless this location.
They are well trained and calm, they have better customers relationship, they dont mind if you are calling from the end of the earth, they will give you all the attention needed until you have the solution you needed, thanks for your service
Worst customer service and on top of it after waiting for hours for them to bring the car out I asked nicely to leave the car outside that I will pick it up later they never did and took it inside again. Dear manager you should be fired customers comes first and if we don’t deliver the cars we don’t get pay. Thank you manager hopefully you last forever working here.

Worst place in U.S.A to get a car! This people if they work a little slower they going backwards. Staff has 0 customer service. What a shame for the name of copart! Looks like the General manager Duanle Garcia ain’t doing his job in checking this store to see how is running! 👎 I will try to stay away from this auction for the next time!
Zero stars! Doesnt get any lower than this, theyre still selling salvage title cars as clean title . Cars that wont even start advertised as run and drive on a daily bases. Put your money in the paper shredder instead of buying vehicles here, youll get more fun out of it.

Please contact Jonathan Stratton if you were ripped off by Copart Jonathan.Stratton@usdoj gov send him proof of payment and or complaint you have with Copart he is investigating poor quality of vehicles being sold to customers. cars are all pulled and scammed by car dealers then sent back to auction for resale as insurance cars

Bought a car here, it states “Run & Drive” and “Minor dents and scratches”. When I got the car, I pulled out the oil stick and the engine had water in it. I had to wait for a GM to come back from lunch, but this was the only downside, because I was given the refund once he got back from lunch. Definitely recommend this COPART!

Todays experience has been fatal in the years that I have been visiting I have never experienced such poor service before. First in the office the delay was tremendous, more than two hours and there were not so many customers and in the cargo area a disaster. Slow loaders waste of time doing operations in short by picking up a car from 11 in the morning until 4.30 in the afternoon. In summary, very bad service in the North Copart auction very different from the other two from here in Miami
It is a lack of respect with the drivers and you have to download another application so that many of the offices do not work now we are office workers and the one who comes to Orlando rings a load first than one who is already waiting 2 hours
Horrible four hours to pick up a car the application of apointments for the cars and the forklift do not work they do not have space to park the trucks an accident is going to happen and that is when they are going to act very dangerous and the manager works horrible

Today a forlisero in that copart going down a car of theirs was rescued and broke the glass of a car that I had in my trailer I called the manager and he says that they are not responsible also call the police and the manager said the same thing again . Finally I had to pay for the glass myself because of the forlisero ... the photos are posted on your page. The name of the forlisero is mike according to what I could hear. Because they dont give you information or anybodys name, they are opportunists.
