The owner of this company was right behind me when I got in my car accident.He took the time to help the other guy in the accident out and tow his truck to the side of the road for free. He shared with me all kinds of important information that became very useful to me. He always answered when I called and the work they did was incredible. I’m a very happy customer thanks again guys.

She walked me through every step with care and I truly felt their great customer service the whole way.My car was pretty damaged from my accident on I-95. I crashed into the car in front of me and I did not think that my car could be repaired. Their skillful team made my car look 100% BRAND NEW! I cant thank their team enough for fixing my vehicle. They did an INCREDIBLE jobThey worked with my insurance to ensure that each part was genuine Lexus parts and even did extra tasks that were not required of them. I would have had to visit at least 2 more times for little issues that they handled.I will 100% recommend this to anyone that needs services in the Miami area! It is a little drive from my house, but worth it to know that youre sending your car to a team that goes the extra mile and TRULY CARES!

If I could give negative stars I would. The owner “Mikey” is a fraud. He tries to stand behind his 5 star reviews and all he did was scam. The customer service was not professional at all. Couldn’t back anything up because he over charged. I do not recommend this place!!! Make sure you get everything up front. The front desk guy tried to even make threats and then lie about it. How long have you been open? 22 reviews only? Friends don’t count buddy. Do better. Business is business you don’t rob!

LIED TO ME! I was told I didnt have to pay my deductible if I use there shop . Then Mike calls me and tells me I owe the deductible now after they already started on my car. I was taken advantage of . WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. GOT SCAMMED !!

These people are criminals, worst experience of my life. Who gave them a license to operate out of this store. Took my money for extra charges and added to it after I was given a set price. Do not give them your business, totally not worth it .

They put used parts on my car and stole original parts from my vehicle and replaced it with cheap aftermarket parts my car was in worse condition then when I dropped it off horrible customer services tried to upcharge me for every little thing that I didnt ask for then when I didnt want to pay he refused to hand over my vehicle its been two months and Im currently fighting these criminals in the court of law ill keep you guys posted on this nightmare

The day of my incident they rescued me after Geico contract tow was a no show.Im going to be honest,we had a little misunderstanding and that was immediately fixed. But overall everything has been impeccable with the service and communication. All I can say their WORD is bond and they delivered what was promise. This place isn’t professional whatsoever. Both the owner Mike and the guy at the front desk. RUDE! Both just throwing empty threats at CUSTOMERS ! If you run a business, you don’t go speaking rudely to customers. Especially going ahead and making threats. That’s not even the worse part. How do you lose a customers belongings? Aren’t they suppose to be organized especially since this is a place dealing with cars?? How do you lose something as important as a key. UNORGANIZED!!! I don’t see how this place is a “5 star” place. As the front desk person said. This place doesn’t deserve that at all. My point is this place is very unorganized, and has VERY poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
