Excellent service! My sons car was rear ended and they handled everything with the insurance company. They also had rental cars on site which was very convenient. This is the second time I use them and both times I have been very happy with the results.

WORST body shop ever! Please do not ever go here, these people are very unprofessional and just want to steal your money! The body shop never called us to give us any updates on the estimate or progress of the car. Every time we called to ask about it & the lady would give you a bland response & not even answer our questions. They were always claiming my car would be finished on Friday, when I called on Friday there was either an issue with car parts not delivered and them not being finished (happened about 4 times). After a month an a half they were finished with my jeep but there was so much that was wrong. My hood didnt close properly & it wasnt aligned. The inside of my jeep was completely soaked & there was rust from the water everywhere. Also I was missing screws & latches that hold my roof from falling off (explains all the water in my car) & when I spoke to Julio Mendez he claimed that none of his guys would want to steal my car parts and they didnt have anything to do with that!! WHAT THE HELL!!! They didnt fix my gear shifter & left it completely loose. THEY JUST WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!

B+ | I got my car repaired after an accident here, the quotes are slightly higher here so if you are the victim go here. The staff is a couple that own the shop and are very personable. I want to thank them for their professionalism and compassion.

4 stars because nobody or anything is perfect, i was hit in a car accident and my car came out better than it was before the accident and it was great before, if only my back can end up the same! These people are awesome, i hope no one has an accident but if you do, get your car towed here, they work with you. And now i also see also for myself Progressive is a awesome insurance company.

These people almost murdered me by giving back my car when it wasn’t even completely fixed. When I told them this they didn’t even seem one bit concerned for my safety. Never use these people they will kill you and take your money and not give a damn.

Ridiculous! They took over a month to fix my car! They told me various different dates and I only went to these people because they promised to fix my car quickly. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst place! They do shady business and they staff is crap!!! The woman silvia is the worst! No one should ever go here! They do crappy work the customer service is b. S. and they take forever and do not pay for their mistakes! They do unauthorized transactions on your behalf with out your consent!

BEWARE! THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES! My gf and I got into an accident and these guys had people at the tow truck telling us that the body shop does great work and all that jazz. A whole month after dropping off the check and they never contacted us once, we always had to call, every week we were told the car would be ready by Friday and whenever we called Friday they had a problem with parts delivery or the actual parts. Whatever. When I got home to the jeep that my girlfriends mom brought, I couldnt have been more pissed and disappointed at the work these men do. The jeep STILL had the gear shifter loose from the accident, missing a bunch of bolts on the hard top, hinged were removed from the hardtop, the whole jeep interior turned into a bucket of water, the hood is unaligned and the paint job isnt even complete, the wipers arent in the correct place, I believe something is bent and they didnt repair/replace, the seat covers have a strange color on them, the car was returned with no oil. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF THIEVES, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

WARNING: BEWARE!!! Their employees are highly unprofessional and have terrible customer service skills!!! They are professional LIARS! When they cant repair something because of their incompetence, cost, or because they simply dont want to: they claim the car is too old therefore it will never look the same, the part that needs to be replaced is on National Backorder, and/or the car was like that prior to the accident (when they have NEVER even seen the car in the past). All they give are LAME excuses! They do a dirty job and rig anything and everything they can to save pennies on their end. They take months to repair the vehicle! They also make unrealistic promises that, of course, never go through. STAY AWAY!!!!

The worst customer service you can ever experience. They returned my car still broken to me then made it seem like it was my fault. Then when I show up to get my car finally fixed after a month and a half they barely spoke to me or apologized for their bad customer service. The older lady Silva is horrible she should have someone else answe the phones for her. She is very lazy and rude.

Vey unprofessional, no knowledge of products they sell. One of the owners Julio sold me parts for my truck knowing at the end of the day that they werent for my truck. When I brought it to his attention, he told me to modify to make it fit my truck. I asked him if he could refund my money. which he responded NO. I was going to take my truck and have them paint it, not now seeing how they run buisness and steal peoples money. Theres millions of body shops in miami that do the right thing, DONT GO HERE AND GET RIPPED OFF. there are lots of other reviews that say the same thing if you dont believe mine read thiers.

After my daughter destroyed my car they fixed and made it look amazing !!! it didnt take long and the employees were very helpful, would recommend any time!

THEY TOOK 3 MONTHS WITH MY CAR, HORRIBLE REPAIR HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER AND PAY FOR ADDITIONAL REPAIRS THEY DID NOT DO. I TRIED TO REACH THE OWNER NO RESPONSE .
