A little detective work on a broken cabinet latch led us to SEA and an email asking about a replacement...resulted in Veronica sending us... TWO FREE cabinet latches...and she sent it prepaid postage. That is Customer Service. 5.1 stars,This was for our motor home but it appears all types of doors and cabinets that use a latch might benefit from a visit.Peter H.

This is not open to the general public although I suppose the front desk would probably take your enclosure desires😬 & send out a salesman. No diy service.

Twice I have contacted Shower Enclosures America Customer Service for help with parts for the shower enclosure in my motorhome. They have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the support they provided. Too bad more companies dont provide the friendly, knowledgeable service the SEA does!
