My experience at this location was great. The couple of people I worked with were very helpful to me in scheduling the appointment then walking me through what I needed to know once I got home (CPAP machine). Very positive experience.

I found it almost impossible to reach these people. The phone number listed when you attempt 411 is to a fax machine and their automated menu is a throwback to the 90s. Very unprofessional. Also all calls seem to go through an out of area phone system. Maybe they think they are indispensable.

Sheila was very helpful assisting us with a very simple, yet seemingly difficult task of getting replacement tips for my daughters crutches. Shes been on crutches for 8 mos. and the tips on her crutches shredded, we were having difficulty finding replacements but Sheila helped us out! Thank you, we dont want her slipping, falling & re-injuring her foot, so this was important for us...though a small thing to many. Your help was much appreciated.

I worked with Garrett and Cassie. My insurance doesnt cover anything related to sleep apnea, and these two both went above and beyond to help me save as much money as possible. Highly recommend talking to either of them!

This is a sorry branch my company is in town laying a pipeline, buying thousands of dollars worth of supplies from them, and we asked if they could open one day earlier or stay later for the welders so we could get gloves, stingers, or files, and they said they couldn’t do that for us. If you can find another welding supply that’ll look after the people that support it go ahead.

Garrett Wright was very unprofessional. Called left a message to ask a question about cpap and never responded. Then walked in two weeks later and could not give us any of his time to answer a simple question about the mask. Took everything back and went with a different company.

Its been just about 5 years and ive got to say, im so disappointed with how Norco in Ontario, Oregon handled my account. As part of being with a good insurance, i was to get a breast pump for free if i attended all the appoinments with the program. I recieved my breast pump. However, norco sent me to collections for a data entry mistake on their end of my account. They got the correct address down, but didnt place my name correctly. Therefore my insurance rejected the fees of the breast pump. Ive tried over the years to resolve this and correct a mistake i didnt do, and its been hell.

When it comes to safety equipment, welding supplies and support the folks at Norco are the ones I always turn to!I have dealt with them for over 20 yearsand have always received consistent, quality customer service. Also, a few years ago I had a family member that suffered from extreme health problems. When they came home from the hospital and needed home health equipment, it was a real comfort working with the same company to provide us with those needs as well. Thanks Norco!L. Folke

Tried to drop off a prescription, couldnt cuz they couldnt verify my insurance on a weekend. Dropped it off on Monday, they didnt tell me how long it would take to fill, its going on Saturday now and still havent heard ANYTHING. Really need my prescription filled asap for a breast pump (baby is in the NICU)& was told they would call when i could pick it up. Wondering when that will be. Plan on calling and if they arent going to fill it asap i want my prescription back so i can take my business elsewhere. They couldve told me itd be over a week when the prescription got dropped off.

I would rate this as a zero if possible. Norco is a joke all the way around, they are unprofessional, high priced, and have no knowledge of products. DO NOT buy medical/sleep machine products from them. DO buy online from Amazon. They have the same products for much cheaper even with shipping costs.

The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! Very unreliable, never contacted me when there was a problem. This was several times leaving me with no supplies and they do not care. Do not count on them for medical supplies! I will never use them again for anything.
