As they say in Mexico..Lento lento como la Cuaresma. Operated with unexplainable efficiency . With five customers waiting for a quick ice bar, TWO women worked side by side to create two crepas..each one in sequence...and finished one, and then another until each was done. With no acknowledgement of the five people waiting at all, they also..got that order wrong and forgot forks and napkins. The whole thing took 20 minutes. Then...they spoke to the next customer. I think the last one died of starvation.

Certainly a really clean place. The ladies who work there are nice and helpful.

This is the best Michoacana ice cream store, have been to many, ice cream is fresh not old and grainy with freezer burn like others around. Have had ice cream for big parties ask for the full or half buck. Good price. Taste is very authentic. The owner keeps a close watch on quality. Friendly facility. Frequent here. All Michocanas are not the same.

La Michoacana has many selections of freshly hand made ice cream. Also offers fresh natural Mexican waters. Really nice atmosphere with great people.

Good ice cream and other stuff.... for that 5 stars..but I give three becausesometimes staff have attitude thats why I give 3 stars plus I been there seen they opened I go twice a week and Last week they charge my card with $33for just 3 double ice creams and didnt give me received so when I notice it how would I claim it with no received shame....and it was the guy who charged me 😝😠

Finally made it here. Cant say enough about their ice cream. Awesome!!! I had the fruit sorbet in mango and watermelon. The best! My friend had the tequila and coconut ice cream. I recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back to try more of the different flavors they have to offer. They were very welcoming and courteous. Love it!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I placed my order ahead of someone that came In 10 min after. Sandia loca! And he placed it after me and some how he got the last one when I clearly placed the order first ! They lady was running back and forth to the cashier and my order got delay. She then told me that no it was my fault because I place my order late. Well if you attend to my order first I would’ve had my order complete. I don’t accept customer being blamed for her delayed this place lost a loyal customer today. I will not return to a place that blames there customers.

I do not understand how this place gets any kind of positive reviews - the paletas are horrible here, I ordered a Jamaica and it tasted overly sweet and not like bubble gum than Jamaica. That and its expensive for what you could get better from the paletero...

Never been here before. This is my first time and loved it very good service for a mexican business dont get me wrong but usually mexican businesses dont give good service. This one is very clean very nice service and everything is fresh and good. Loved it.

This place has a variety of handmade ice cream and a little taste of mexican michocana style freash served snacks. Come by and give it a taste. It is different and they sale fresh fruit drinks along with other choices of snack Definately something different. And worth every dollar spent here you wont be disappointed. 😄

Two stars because the staff in bothe the stores I visited I had problems. The first was on mountain and fourth . The staff I meet did not speak .English and didnt understand me .all I wanted was two scoops of ice cream . The one on mountain and holt . I went in the store and left after 10 minutes because there was no one in the store.

The ice cream is great and some of the workers are very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of workers with a bad attitude and see you waiting to be helped and help customers that walked in after you.first.

The lady didnt know what flavor I was asking for. She looked so confused and said she didnt have the flavor of ice cream I wanted before she even looked. She then asked another clueless employee. Umm hello?? How the hell do you not have butter pecan ice cream? If they dont know what they are doing should they even be working there?

I love this place! Amazing desserts, nieves, paletas tostilocos and more... SO much more! The only reason why I dont give the 5 stars is because the dinning area is always dirty. The tables are sticky and the floors are dirty and with trash. But food wise is amazing!
