First time I ever had ice cream here. I had the strawberries and cream ice cream in a cup. It tastes just like its name. So creamy! It was the best.🍨👏👏

First off, the girl was rude. I asked for fresas con crema and gave me water with fresas. It’s never been like that until today. Whoever works there now needs to not LOL

Went in to get fresh fruit. The watermelon was old and tasted rotten. Would of taken it back but drove away to an appointment. Tried call the store, but no answer.

Very good ice cream and so many flavors to choose from as always. The service was very good also. They let me try my favorite flavor. With so many Michuacanas in So Cal is very hard to decide which one is the best. I would say check out few of them and I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.

Excellent variety, just wish they listened when given instructions on how much of something we want, we ask for light salsa and chamoy on tostilocos and they always drench it for some reason. Learn to listen!

Service needs alot of work. Every time Ive gone here Ive gotten attitude or theyre out of things. Its dirty and Ive had them tell me they dont know how to make basic menu items. Id rather drive to Rancho than stop at this one.

Not bad my elote didnt have any tajin. Just a sprinkle of chill powder. Last time I was there it was perfect kinda disappointing today, as I even got nachos despite them being out of jalapenos.

Customer service was pretty good actually always providing service with a smile and translators are amazing though the way you order the Ive cream can improve as if you want to try one flavor you have no idea what it is they dont let you or sometimes outright resist

Very organized and clean. Had tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your icecream. Employees were professional. They have a very nice looking menu unlike the other one on central in montclair. I was very pleased with this place. Prices was good and so was the icecream. Would go again and is my favorite icecream place now.

I really like this place I am a popsicle fan and you can find almost any flavor you could imagine and popsicles here and ice cream they even have a tequila ice cream that tastes just like tequila they also have a good cucumber water that I like grabbing while Im there

I got a small esquite and she charged me for a large. I told her this before paying and she said since I got hot Cheetos topping that I have to pay for the large size. I ended up paying $6 for a small esquite. Just because I don’t speak Spanish doesn’t mean you take advantage of me like that. I have been to many la michocanas and this is the first time I have been treated like this.
