Great place to pick up basic Tees. Their Airism line is great and for its price cant be beat. The store had some sales going on the day I went. Download the app for a $3 discount. You also get a $5 code once you make a purchase over a certain amount. The option of shipping to store also makes it excellent when sizes/colors are out of stock.

Everything was organized and well kept. There were no associates on the floor to help when I had questions but the dressing room associate was super friendly and welcoming. Inventory was well stocked. Prices are hit or miss depending on what youre looking at. Overall, one of my favorite clothing stores to shop at.

Had a terrible experience with an online order and call center service, but reached out to this location to see if they could assist. Lydia was patient and went out of her way to resolve my issue. Management, please give homegirl a promotion or raise, she deserves it.

Enjoy getting great clothing at affordable pricing at this store. Store offers a good amount of trendy clothes that is also comfortable and usable. Deals are often here. Only downside has been the lengthy online pickup process which can take around 15 minutes.

Prices were confusing because some of the tags didnt match the displayed signs. But for the clothes that I bought, the prices matched the displayed signs when the cashier scanned the products. This store is my to-go place to buy warm clothes and thermal underwear. Their thermal clothes, when on sale, beat other stores prices.

This store makes clothes for frankly small people. The XL looks like it’s somewhere between a standard medium and a standard large. I’m not saying that it’s even slim fitting, the sleeves and hem aren’t long enough for it to even be a super slim XL. Credit where credit is due though, they make cool looking clothes that are affordable.

Staff are clueless

Good quality clothes. The materials they are made of are really good. Prices are decent and staff is pretty helpful and friendly.

UNIQLO has good price for everything.

This Uniqlo location is a hit or miss. Not enough inventory/sizes for popular items compared to other SoCal locations even though this location is one of the largest ones. They have to consider the bus loads of Chinese tourists who mostly buy from here and increase their inventory.

It was... Pretty good. Id say it was a pleasant experience. Thats just my opinion though so do let me influence your decisions.

My new favorite store. I honestly dont think I care to shop anywhere else as long as they keep good on bringing out nice quality clothing and super cute styles. The styles are so comfortable and simple which I love, great quality material easy to take care of... along with the best sizing, I usually have a hard time finding good proportioned clothing, these are all made so well and fit perfect to your shape. Prices are good too for the quality you get... perfect store, straight to the point shopping, not too much annoying clutter and nonsense thrown at you, you can get all your necessary items at this one place. Love it.

Discovered this store a few months back and love this place! From the styles they offer to the material they use to make the clothing and the way they care for the merchandise that some clothing items like baby clothes are packaged!

Good employees. Every time I have walked to cut through I have always been asked if I needed any help. Don’t know about full customer service though

They limit people coming into the mall and each store. They put direction arrows on the floor but people dont follow them and not social distancing. Foodcourt is open but we cannot sit inside, outdoor seating is available but some people sit inside despite the closed indoor seating area.

Bought fantastic Marino cardigans for wife here. Some nice summer tops and hoodies for my son.Staff were really helpful as well

I bought a cpl pairs of pants - one of them had the security tag still on when I got home. I live an hour and a half from the closest store. So I called the number on the receipt which isnt the store - just the central number - you cant call the store itself and was told -- take it back to the store (out of the question), or ship it back to us ( I pay the shipping), and we will remove the tag and send it back to you which could take up to 4 weeks! Seriously???? I shouldve just gone to good ol trust worthy Old Navy,,,,

Its alright. Reminds me of Brave New World as a retail store. Very dystopian but with more socks and oversized nu-fashion capes

My review are based on the service. Ive bought a few on sales items but it wasnt charged at sales price. I checked the receipt before leaving the store and go back to the cashier and told her they didnt adjust the sales price on their system. They told me to go back in line, usually other stores will bring us to an open cashier to help or after helping their current customer but anyways I had to stand back in a long line to get my price adjusted. When I get to the cashier, I showed her my electronic receipt, she asked if I got the print out one and told her no I chose electronic receipt she roll her eyes on me for not getting a printed receipt. What kind of customer service is that?

What you would expect from the label, but its considerably more expensive in the states.in regard to this location: as long as youre using a card to pay youll be fine. they only have one register with cash.

I will give no star if I can. No other clothing store like UNIQLO when it comes to returns. I am really disappointed with my return experience at one of your store located at ONTARIO MILLS, 1 Mills Cir, Ontario, CA 91764. I came in to the store to return one of the skirt I purchased. WOMEN PLEATED HIGH-WAISTED LONG SKIRT Color: 59 DARK GREEN Size: M SKU#: 420358. The cashier who claim himself as store manager at the very left counter around 2:45pm refused my return because he found a tiny food stain (size of less than a half the size of a rice) on the skirt. I told him I have never wares this skirt and the tag is still attached. He said due to store policy, he cannot accept any return with stain on it. How do I know if the stain is already there or not when I first purchase it? No one including myself check it when I make the purchase. If you have policy to exaggeratedly check for tiny marks or stains when it comes to return. You should also ask costumers to check stains or marks when they make the purchase. NO ONE is doing the final check or inform the costumers to do the final check when it comes to purchase, then why you have such strict rules when it comes to return? I’m so regret that I did not record when that person claimed himself as manager show me those ridiculous marks and the tiny baby food like stain on the skirt so I can post on social media to show how ridiculous it was. You should close your fitting room because everyone can make marks or stains when they try on the cloth. What makes me really upset is I never ware this skirt until my husband questioning me why I purchase two skirts with same style and similar color ( one black and one dark green, you can check my purchase history) even though UNIQLO provide email return with shipping deduction, I still feels really unfair and upset. If your staffs check stain and marks for costumers when they make the purchase, then I won’t have any disappointment or anger regard today’s experience. UNIQLO makes me feel like this company only cares about profits and it’s not care about costumers. I left the store without taking back the skirt I wants to return because I’m so upset and angry. (Also I have a 9 moths old baby with me) I would rather lost the $30. What a Shame on whoever (so called manager) dealing with my returns today. NO MORE UNIQLO For busy moms.

Store shows a lot of products, but most of them arer higher in price vs other locations. Uniglo offers the same price tags in USA and Canada. This means that American shoppers pay more than Canadians.
