First off, their size chart was off, then paid too much to receive on time for the dress that didnt fit. I should receive refund for the extra shipping cost due to incorrect size chart. Now, after returning it, they havent refunded my money. They are quick to take your money, but wont refund. Buyers beware

Ordered a pair of OTK boots, they were definitely cheap and could tell from how they were made, but still very cute and for something I didnt plan to wear a lot, they were great! If you are looking for something that you dont need as a solid staple to wear everyday though, great stuff. Mine arrived damaged though with a nick in the suede that was pretty noticeable, contacted customer service and had no issues getting everything returned very easily and got a full refund. My prepaid label for shipping back was already in my inbox by the time I was off the phone. Great customer service is always a plus for me, very quick to answer the phone and very helpful.

Ive ordered 5 pair of boots in a size 10 & they fit like a size 9. I had called & sent email asking for return label because they boots are cut extra small. My response was no. Make sure they look like you can wear they. Because its too expensive to send back from where is live. Im now out of over $200 & stuck with boots I cant wear.

I like GOJANE BUT there is one thing that I dislike about their shipping, on the box their LOGO is in bold, colorful PRINT and when your package is delivered and left on your porch any one can drive by and take it if they are familiar with the site . My suggestion to the CEO IS TO CHANGE YOUR PACKAGING . BUT BESIDES THAT I like it

Ordered shoes zipper came broken have to pay to return them! Never again! Great deals on garbage turn into not so good deals after all!

Bad customer service. I sent pictures of the false advertised shoes on their website that they sent to me. There was clearly access material hanging from the shoe and then they have the nerve to tell me it looks like the picture. Working in customer service myself, not all customers are right but when I give you evidence as to why Im not happy with YOUR product, acknowledge that, cover the shipping cost and move forward. I will never shop here again and I mean that! I will tell all my references not to as well. You just lost 12 customers in total. I dont have to get ugly, Ill get even.

I ordered a total of 3 dresses from this site but they all are made with cheap materials. It is a shame because all 3 dresses were gorgeous but bad quality. I will return all 3 dresses.

Totally useless and waste of time. Their system changes pricing just when you are about to submit the order. Worst Customer Care Services too., rude and not helpful at all. Totally disappointing. Do not shop- no respect for customers time and effort.
