Customer service is always on point when the wife and I head over. Decent prices and can always find a deal on something. Lol and their staff when acting as security are beast yo! Watched them try to stop someone from stealing boots one day and it was amazingly entertaining and glad none of the staff were hurt. Guarantee that guy never comes back! Kudos to this store👏

I almost lost my mind in the boot section... gal named Debi helped us and shes super helpful.

Went in to buy a work coat with my toddler and my husband.While my husband looked for a coat, i took my toddler to look at stuff to keep him entertained.Got followed throughout the store all the while hearing 2 of the employees check with each other to make sure one of them was following me.There was no reason for it. It made me want to shop elsewhere; but i bought the $150 coat we came for anyhow and dont think Ill be returning.We never spent less than $100 and always get our puppy vaccines there but i will not return after that sort of treatment.Unnecessary.

Fantastic place! They ordered me a small utility trailer,it came in faster than I expected, they gave me a senior discount, made sure it was safe to use with a safety inspection.Amazing that it came in on a truck this morning, and is in my driveway by 3pm.Thanks D and B and all its hardworking people!

This used to be the best place in town to go for agricultural needs. But they are becoming painfully expensive. And the staff seem unwilling to help

Came in with spouse to purchase Whites firefighting boots so he could join the crew and protect our lands. He waited nearly 10 min next to 3 employes who ignored him, once I arrived we were given 1 pair of boots to look at and then we had to compare size and style and specs of other boots by ourselves with no knowledge of what is truly needed on fires. These 3 girls were rude and snotty to us both and even the nice cashier that waved us over became rude And hurried me to pay and move on . No talk of return policy or exchange or any other info. I dont know if all the attitude was due to his being Hispanic and Im white, but since we were paying customers spending 350$ I Have to ASSUME. I never want to shop here again.

I have to withhold a point from D&B because for no reason they are quite a bit more expensive on many items than another supply store down the street. They do have a good selection of farm and hardware type supplies, we have gotten most of our provisions for fencing and chickens from D&B. Clothes are pretty pricey so I dont recommend this as your first stop for that, but you cant beat their customer service. Very helpful folks, knowledgeable, and always with a smile.

Really like this store if youre an outdoorsman farmer backwoodsman or rancher I guarantee they probably got what something you need the prices may be a little high but the quality of the products are very good Ive rebuilt trailers, built fences, rebuilt discs and cultivators all from this store they carry all kinds of DeWalt tools the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help

Ive always gone to D&B for all of my country boy needs. I always buy my boots and work clothes there. The gloves there are always great quality and in large supply. The boot supply is always great and so is the boot cleaning products.

Ive shopped here for decades, and they nearly always have what I need.Strange, but the last 4-5 times Ive been there the employees act like Im on the FBIs 10 most wanted list. Ill tell one that I dont need any help, then another will swoop in, then another. Ive asked a couple of them if theyve had a rash of shoplifting, and theyve told me no more than usual. Its been irritating enough that I much more often go to Tractor Supply, basically the same inventory, but no circling, nervous employees bugging me.

D&B is a staple for anyone who owns land... like rice, beans, corn, or potatoes. You have to have it in my opinion... This D&B is the same kind of place as every D&B Ive been too.

The store is a mess. To many store use ladders, stairs, carts ect. left unattended. Employees talking to other employees while blocking isles. Isles are way to close together. This is too bad, this store used to be one of the greats.

Poor customer service. Loading up.stock tanks, three D&B employees assisted. They gave us two different size stock tanks and when we questioned the employees and insisted on getting the tanks we paid for, the employees were upset.They claimed the two different size tanks cost the same. However after looking up the tanks on D&Bs website, there is a $30. difference.And the employees were upset with us.

Great place as all d&b supply stores. This one has a gun section with some fairly decent firearms (rock 1911 & security 9) and they also have a fair clothing section if your into western wear or just flat out tough gear for the extremes.

Called prior to driving there since I am from another town, and the young lady at the front counter went out of her way yesterday to make sure the dog food I was looking for was in stock. Very grateful for such good service during a time where we all dont really go anywhere we dont need something. Sorry my mind is old, and I dont remember her name..Wish I did.

Nice clean store and great staff but they seem to be a downsize of the rest of the stores in the valley guess I am spoiled by the bigger stores. Still a great place especially if you like western wear and farming needs.

It is a great place for work wear and for the cowboy or cowgirl in you! Has everything needed for working outside in the yard, on the farm. If you are looking for special treats or toys for your dog this is your place. Sometimes a little spendy but watch the ever changing clearances.

D&B has become our go to place.Ann Marie, ( the manager) has helped us through some issues and always been encouraging and helpful. While it is a business, those that work there make us feel more like family.

Delivered few pallets there. Then bought few things. Huge selection. Of Carhardt gear. They have huge selections from farm to cowboy n cowgirl wear.

Prices are high and at times selection not that good. We have limited options in Ontario

Before covid this was my favorite store.Since covid it is a terrifying place to go. I only buy one thing there these days.I have changed to Chewy not that I like Chewy better but D&B doesnt allow for distancing. The aisles are extremly narrow. The one with the 6 ft distancing arrows had a Dewalt display taking at least half the aisle.I hate Covid. I know for a business it is extremely difficult to set up for distancing and one way aisles and all they need to do.

I can’t say enough for the young men who work out in the warehouse. I locked my keys in my vehicle today-they had it open in just a few minutes. Polite-friendly-helpful. Refreshing to see this in customer service. I think I’ll make them a batch of cookies!Thanks D&B staff
