I bought some Caterpillar work boots, style P70043, Their prices are skyrocket high if you look at the pictures below, on caterpillar’s website they’re $89 And they even have a $10 off, over $75 purchase.At work boot warehouse they’re priced at $109 after taxes $117.45 that is the last time I go to that store. Their return policy sucks too. Rip off!!!

So I needed some boots for work and I had stopped by this place in hopes of finding some decent deals. I was promptly greeted by a young girl (Eve) who was quite knowledgeable about what to offer me for my needs. She was patient and never tried selling me or pushing me. I like that. She was quick to pull what I asked for and also offered alternatives which were great too. I have a really hard time finding shoes and Eve really made my experience a great one. I would definitely recommend this shop to customers that need work specific boots and want no pressure shopping. Thanks Eve my feet feel great.

I went this store for last weekend and there had one female clerk told me could give me 10% discount. Today I went back again and told the other clerks about this, but the clerk said we dont have that female clerk work here and I only can give you 5% discount for the shoes. He keeps asking about the female name, but I already forgot. Their service is good, but I dont like the guy he think I lied to him. So I wont go back to this store any more.

I went to this store for women’s work boots, sales person was very nice and helpful but the shoes did not workout. Took them back and worked with Sarai who was very nice and helpful, purchased another pair but they would not refund the difference which was allot of money to have as store credit. Had to return those too and received a whole different type of service from Sarai very rude and disrespectful, felt sorry for the associate that was trying to work with me. At the end I purchased shoes for my husband so that I would not have a credit if 171.00 and have to return to the store.

Just purchased my new boots and let me tell you these guys know their stuff! All of them had extensive knowledge on manufacturers, wheres models are made, etc. My associate, which I missed his name but the receipt says JC was quick to grab my sizes, offer suggestions, even pull the paper out so I could try on. Excellent customer service without being pushy at all! Thanks guys!

So.. let me share my experience. I went in feeling overwhelmed because they have an extensive amount of boots. When Im greeted by Jarrod Cruz. I immediately tell him, Im sorry bro, Im gonna have to try on multiple boots on because I dont know exactly what boot I want. To which he replied, you have a max of two pairs you can try haha I laughed and was quick to realize that this young man was simply predicting the future. I explain what I needed and what was looking for. He listened patiently, asked a couple questions and boom the rest his history. I asked him to pull a pair of wolverines and not only did he bring them out but he selected the SECOND pair. His suggestion what ultimately the pair I bought. True to his word, all I needed was two pairs haha

First time customers, walked in just to buy one pair and ended up buying 2 pairs just because of the amazing service! If you need workboots this is the place to go!!!!
