Huge store and great selection. Packed on weekend so definitely go during the week or as soon as they open.

This location in Ontario was not as organized and the staff not as educated and friendly. The day prior visited Beverly Hills location and it was 10 times better. Staff knew the products and they were very helpful. Their professionalism and customer service far exceeded Ontario.

Came with a friend here and we felt uncomfortable after the 3rd time being asked if we needed help, then we were followed... although I get the being followed and asked if we need help, cuz i worked retail before, have faith in people and u can always tell whos stealing and whos not well! well stocked but wouldnt come here again

The Women that work there are so friendly and very helpful.

It gets very busy in there so I understand you need to wait, but I thought it was unproductive and unhelpful that they dont check if someone else is available and instead tell you to wait until their done with another customer. I was told to wait, but then literally moments later someone else asked me if I needed help and helped. The lady that told me to wait didnt even check if someone else could help. Thats not very efficient or effective customer service wise. But for the most part, once you get help, they are very helpful.

I wish I knew the name of the girl who assisted me at checkout. She was so rude! I came in because I got charged incorrectly and after I told her the situation she completely rolled her eyes at me and didn’t respond, she just called her manager over through her headset and let me stand there without telling me anything.

Employees are ALWAYS Super Nice to me when I go in there, and Im always barefaced and in comfortable clothes so you know that says alot. Thank You To All The Employees💖

Overpriced but Great selection. So if youre looking for something special, its great, just expect to pay a few dollars more 🍹

Im not one to give out bad reviews on a whim, but the other reviews complaining about poor customer service are unfortunately true.I was asked many times if I needed help, but in a bad way where youre given we think youre going to steal vibes. I was followed and watched, and the customer service was a poorly hidden attempt to discourage me from touching anything.The Ulta in the very same mall is much more friendly, I recommend them instead.

This mall has many ramps and places to sit down, its often crowded and its hard to find somewhere to park but its got a big variety of stores to check out.

The staff are very helpful and the collection is good though a lil expensive ..

Will never visit Sephora again. They will not help you if you don’t look like you know makeup or look like you have money. I tried to give them a chance a few times and they will always ignore you when you ask for something. I have tried other stores and they are all the same specially this one.

Smaller than other Sephoras Ive been to, but still gets the job done.

A little overwhelming, upon walking into the store you are asked if they can help you find anything when you say now they say OK well let us know if you need help finding anything. Cool, in about a minute or 2 later someone walks up to you asking you if you need help you say no and keep going about your day then another 2 minutes or so someone else walks up to you and says you need help its ridiculous I dont know if there saying this just to not seem like they are not following you to make sure you are not testing the samples lol but it is very annoying.

Just wanted to thank Christian and the young lady at the counter for helping me. Christian matched me perfectly and also taught me how to do my eyebrows. He has much talent, hooked me up in under 5 minutes! And the cashier went far beyond to help me place an order for an item no longer carried in the store. This place is awesome from your make-ups to you perfumes and other merchandise, one associate was rude and her assisting could use some retraining, but I witness another associate who was friendly and courteous and explained how to use your products, which made up for the rude associate. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

As great as I remember. The only down side is that you cant touch or swatch any of the samples which is hard if you want to check items on your skin tone.

Standard Sephora, a lot of associates standing around looking at you but none thinking to ask if you need help.One associate I asked for assistance just pointed me in the general direction of what I needed. I had to ask another for help to figure out the specific item I wanted wasnt in stock.Otherwise its decent sized with a lot of items, clean and well lit. I eventually just ordered what I needed from Amazon.
