My service provider was excellent, however my experience with the service for the loaner car was not so good. I have never had to experience such difficulty with a loaner through this dealership. When I arrived there was a problem with customer service. When I checked back in there was a problem with customer service. Let me verify this, let me verify that, when I seen people pulling out who came after me before me and who didnt have any issues. I didnt understand it.. As many times as I have gotten a loaner though you guys this was my worst experience. To be feeling embarrassed and humiliated when I know the rules and I had everything needed to check out a loaner.

Phil Gibson will greet you with a warming smile and inform you of whats required for repair in a timely manner. They replaced my windshield and provided a car wash after a couple days of install. Phil also provided good information regarding a payment plan which did not require a credit check which was amazing because trying to manage all house monthly expenses can be a burden but with this program that they have gives you the flexibility to manage your expenses.All staff and technicians are very nice.

I let them know that I have a difficult work schedule to manage and I work 50 miles from the dealership, making it hard to come in and wait for the A Service to be performed so, they arrananged a same-class loaner vehicle and late hour pick-up. I was able to return the loaner and pick up my car a few days later. They also detailed my car beautifully at no additional charge! The last Mercedes Dealership I bought from in another county never took good care of us likr Ontario has!

Our right side tires both blew up during a road accident by a huge rock and high speed. The vehicle was delivered to Ontario while we continued our mini vaca 300 miles away. Service advisor Naeil worked so hard to locate the last inventory of the tires. When we finally arrived to the dealership, we were treated like priority. They have amazing customer service here from sales to service and every department in between. My service advisor Mike Doehla is the best! He is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. He always answers all of my questions and addresses any concerns that I may have.

I went in to get my car service an was told I need new brakes an new parking brake. The parking brake I already knew that I needed. As the the brakes I don’t see that they are the problem when I just got new brake an rotors. I made sure I was not going crazy so I called the dealer that did my brakes(Mercedes benz of Fairfield) and they said don’t do any service there because they are scamming you. I spoke to the technician an he explained to me why it needed to be done. The service advisor told me differently what the technician was saying. The service advisor was pushy on getting my issue fixed an did not know how explain what was wrong with the car. Worst part is when the service advisor admitted to not knowing anything about cars. Also I went in there with no lights on my dash an left with lights on my dash. I’ll never go there an get anything done. First an last time I would do that. This is what keeps people going to the dealer. People lying and miscommunication.

They compare tire prices from some competitors, but even though I made an appointment for 7:30am the car wasn’t ready until 5pm. This was my first time here and the overall place is impressive and very busy with cars. Also thank you for washing my GLE

I took my car to this location to have my running boards removed. The technician kept in touch with me via text and phone call every step of the way, making sure I was informed of any changes or additional costs for approval before the job was completed. I was also kept well informed of an estimated time for pick up and they were right on time with their original estimate! Everyone was very professional, friendly and attentive and I will definitely be coming back!

From our first contact with Mercedes-Benz of Ontario regarding a recall, we were impressed . All communication with them was professional, timelyand friendly . Our initial contact was with Miles Frank who assisted us and we would like to again thank him . He went over and beyond . We ended up purchasing four new tires including the alignment at a great price ( and my husband knows a good deal when he sees one).The facility was sanitized consistently with areas marked off for the 6 ft or more distance . As I am Occupational therapist with a 28 year working career which includes the daily adherence to Universal Precautions to prevent the spread of disease, I was 100% impressed and thankful to see the care this company had for the health of it customers and staff . Additionally every staff member was ever so helpful, friendly and professional . I wish I had taken every one’s name down because they all deserve praise . The service is good but the car wash part it was not that good

I went in for a recall notice on my airbag. They originally told me it would take about 4 hours to complete. Much to my surprise, they finished the job in about an hour and a half! Ive taken my vehicles a number of times to Mercedes-Benz Ontario and this is the way its always been with them. They get the job done and they do it typically in less time than expected.

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario made every step of my service appointment SO EASY. Prior to going in, I called to make an appointment and let them know I would need a loaner car while my car was being worked on. The day of my appointment I drove in, and was greeted by a friendly face who offered my friend and I water. She then let me know that she would let Rudy, the Service consultant know I was there. Rudy came out, explained the process clearly, and asked if I had any other concerns. I signed my paper work for the loaner car, they gave me the keys and off I went. All of this literally took under 15 min. I always say Mercedes Benz Ontario has UNSURPASSED customer service! Thank you for all you do.

I had an unusual repair. I was frustrated that the service department couldn’t give me any estimate of timeframe until I arrived for my appointment. We had a couple conversations before My appointment.The repair was done well. Mercedes apparently hadn’t recorded the repair correctly in their documentation, either. My service advisor, Phil Gibson, did a 5-star job navigating the system and getting my repair done.

I want to say that I truly appreciate you guys service (LANA )went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs the whole team was really great I’m definitely a customer for life 5 star service through and through 😁

The service was good they fixed the Car Center Console. The only complaint I have they left hand prints inside and outside the car (dirty) I got the car detailed Friday before taking to the dealer.

I had a very scary incident while driving to work in which my front right tire hit a very big pothole and was completely flat. This was only my 3rd time driving to work since I received this car as a birthday gift in June. Upon my arrival at your Service Center, Christian Lopez took great care of me. He provided me with a loaner since the tire would not arrive until late in the afternoon. I also pointed out to him some discoloration in the paint and he had that taken care of by the Detail department. This was my first experience with your Service Center and the best experience I have ever had in all my years of car ownership. I want Christian to be my Service Advisor as long as I am a Mercedes Benz owner. He is truly an asset to your dealership and your corporation.

First time at the dealer to get my car serviced and the experience was phenomenal. From the beginning till the end I was treated with professionalism and value. They help me choose the best service the car needed and the Rep that help me (Mr.Garcia) even applied a 10% discount for being my first time getting service at Mercedes. Danika help with are needs beside the maintenance on our vehicle. My windshield was cracked by a rock on our road trip and we had minor scuffs on my rims. Danika ask if I needed help with both items. I’ll be getting my windshield fixed at the dealership and she got us in contact with a guy that will restore my rims to normal. :) Thanks Danika!

Phil at Mercedes Benz - Ontario, was exponential with customer service, vehicle was serviced for tires, I was provided a loaner vehicle. I will b returning again for future services.

Was able to create same day appointment and drop off my car. Dropping off my car flawless experience - almost felt like handing of keys to valet - didnt have to find parking etc. Paperwork was quick - 10 minutes at most.Was provided with a clean loaner.Received timely update on the repair status of my car. Picking up car was also smooth process but waiting for car to be brought to you was little lengthy - but it could have been just busier time.
