Alec, Buck and Joseph answered all my questions in a very timely matter were always very well-informed and catered to my every need and question in regards to the purchase of my new car. They had all my paperwork finalized by email and text message before I arrived to make the pick up of my new car fast and easy one. I had been look for just the right F-150 for months and finally found one at Citrus Motors Ford. Anthony contacted me very shortly after I asked for contact and we worked through the details and negotiated some via Text message and we agreed I would come by and test drive the next morning. The long wait (for a Mach-E) is over, and well worth it. I am especially glad that I selected Citrus Motors when I placed the order with Ford in January. Citrus provided excellent information as needed during the manufacture and delivery stage, and every aspect of the final sale was handled (remotely) by Lane Geiger with courtesy, completeness, and excellent customer service. It all started with a pleasant phone call to the dealership. I spoke with Margaret. She was easy to talk to and she asked me personal information required to get me the best deal. I informed her I didnt have the best credit in the world and I had negative equity in my vehicle. She informed me she would work her hardest to get me a great deal. Next, I was met at the door by a nice guy named Dylan. He informed me that Margaret had informed him of my situation and he knew exactly which vehicle I was looking for. I would not usually give a 5 star review to a dealership with all the horrible experiences I have had. I’m sure many people can relate. But I have to say these guys at Citrus Ford are on their game. I met so many of the managers when purchasing my 2020 F 150 Sport Lariat and having the bedliner installed 3-5 days later. From James the Specialist showing me the car, Joey the team leader negotiating price & Margaret in closing documents. It was all comfortable and easy. And then to interact with two other managers Dean in service and Sean in parts. All were professional and willing to take the time. Sean took time, to ride with me in my truck, to show me more about my truck that I had yet discovered. The really great part in this process is that they don’t send you to finance to sit, for a few hours, and sign and add another $5-$7 grand in maintenance fees. It was all handled with Joey at the initial sit down. What an easy way to purchase a vehicle. If you buy from here you easily recognize how much you will enjoy it. 5 stars for my salesman Lane Geiger. He was kind, helpful and great to work with. 3 stars for the dealership itself. The vehicle price I saw on their website and auto trader listing was about 3k less then what the real asking price of the truck in person at the dealership. I would like to see more consistent prices Between their online ads and actual price. Also the truck wheels were still greasy and dirty after the courtesy detail they preform after you purchase a vehicle.

Lane showed my wife and I around at all of the models we were interested in with side by side comparisons of the multiple trim levels. After test driving the vehicles we were interested in and all of my concerns were addressed with each, Kenny took over the sale. This is where in past experiences I usually get jerked around for hours wasting everyone’s time. This time was the exception. My wife and I went to Citrus Ford just to look at some vehicles. We met Baron Martinez in the car lot, and he happily showed me a number of SUVs. We test drove the one we liked, and decided to inquire on the price and financing. We spoke with Billy Delgado who was super nice as well as patient. Mr. Delgado helped us to explore all options in financing, and was very knowledgeable with the financing and warranty products. We were able to purchase the vehicle at the payments we wanted. Mr. Martinez finalized the sale, and made sure the vehicle was detailed & topped off with gas. While there one of the team members provided my wife and I with refreshments (made our day). This was our second vehicle purchased from Citrus Ford, and want to thank the entire crew for outstanding service.

I just bought a 2021 Ranger Supercrew Lariat FX4 0n 2-1-21. Tyler Mann and Joey Ramirez did a fantastic job working with me. Tyler got the ball rolling, answered and all my questions I ask him and Joey worked out all the details to finalize the deal. Good job by both. I also like to commend the lady that did the paperwork, very nice and professional, but I must apologize because I dont remember her name.

I was not expecting to get a brand new Explorer out. They do not follow or push you to buy at this dealership. I was honestly gonna test drive and then compare another vehicle with my wife, but let me tell you something, Byron and Alex made me stay. They were extremely well experienced team. Byron gave us a complete break down of the vehicle and explained in detail the functions and perks of the vehicle. Alex was amazing as well. He heard our need and tried his ultimate best to assist us in getting the best rebates and discounts. He explained in the breakdown of the vehicle and the pricing. Let me just say I am hard to convince and for someone to change my mind and explain in detail to me what I ask for is rare. These guys are a one of a kind team. Let me just say I can honestly say they a Military friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. Especially Alex and Byron they are expectational. I will most definitely come back.

Walked in with a specific vehicle in mind, but a first time car buyer. Tyler asked if I needed help within a few seconds and quickly retrieved the vehicle in question. Showed me around explained the features and even what issues it has, encouraged me to drive it to be really sure its the one.Once satisfied Billy explained the financing and logistics/paperwork. Just came to town in.a hotel + rental, but he was able to get all the paperwork figured out. He even guided me how to get insurance for a new car while living in a hotel and arranged to have the car rental picked up!

Byron and Alec were amazing to work with.  They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and were patient and helpful throughout the whole process.Byron was incredibly knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and explained all the features (much better than anyone wed worked with at any other dealership weve been to in our car buying process).Alec took all the time we needed to carefully and patiently review the financial breakdown, addressing every question along the way and creating multiple breakdowns as we asked for more information to help us understand all the details.  He even caught a mistake in a detail in the pricing paperwork after wed signed and proactively fixed it for us, saving us headaches and money down the line.We ended up keeping them well after hours on a Saturday evening to complete our purchase and they never made us feel rushed to get out of there.   As we were leaving they both offered to stay even longer and help us set up our phone connection and Ford Pass app. Truly incredible service!

After 20 Years, my Expedition finally gave out. The first thing that hit me was dread. I work 8+ hours Monday through Friday. I didnt want to spend 8+ hours at a dealership on one of my days off.
