SHOWCASE Auto Glass was recommended to me by my auto repair shop. They said they do their windshield repairs. Since I know, my mechanic shops strives for excellent service. I decided to try SHOWCASE in Ontario and they exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job replacing the broken back windshield of my hatchback and gave me insider advice on how I shouldnt be using the aluminum like car sun shades I was using because they could damage my cars electronics on the window. I appreciated the advice and speedy safe service in the time of COVID-19. I had to write a positive review.

We called and left a message but no return call. We went to the shop and pressed their Ring doorbell and no answer.

Jimmy helped me out. Great guy, great conversation and he did an amazing job! Price is more reasonable than other locations around the area too. Easily recommendable.

My sons car had a chip on the windshield and found this shop on google which was 10mins away. Went to the shop and Jimmy did an excellent job fixing it. took only about 20 min. no waiting and the price was only $25. Great place to fix your windshield. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!!

I had my windshield replaced by these guys and they were great! Theyre a preferred shop for Allstate with whom i am insured. All it took was one phone call and they billed my insurance and handled all the paperwork. My windshield was installed in an hour and my car looked great! thanks guys!!

Had a crack in the windshield from a rock on the freeway. I made an appointment and they installed a windshield in less than an hour. Very reasonable pricing.

I called them at 12:27pm...its now 2:57pm...and my car now has a new window where it once was broken, and I didnt even leave my house. Granted, I dont live too far from them, only a couple miles. They also had by far the best price of anywhere I had called. The guys they sent out to fix it were friendly, and they cleaned up the broken glass, and even lubed the rails of the window *next* to my previously broken one to make it slide better. Thanks!

Nice People, but thats about it..they do good work if you can actually get them to work. I needed a window regulator replaced several months ago, and called them on a Saturday morning since I work 60+ hours a week..once they found out I had already removed the door paneling to manually pull the window back up and tape it, they basically tried talking me out of bringing it down because according to them I was about halfway there as far as making the repair. I explained that I had no idea how to actually install the regulator and was lucky to have figured out how to remove the paneling without breaking anything lol so then he tells me I have to go to the parts store myself and buy everything, so I reluctantly agree to do so, only to have him finally admit that they wouldnt be able to make the repair today (Saturday) . So fast forward a week, I finally take the day off from work, go buy the parts, go down there (of course its lunch break when I show up). They reluctantly agree to make the repair, and midway thru the job the tech says he cant put my original glass back in because there was residue from the tape on it, so he offers to sell me a used window for $10, which I agree to because I just want to get out of there, apparently them taking 2 mins to clean a customers window was asking too much. Now fast forward to last week, I had the same issue with a different window and called midweek to make an appointment for Saturday, this time Im told the guy who makes that kind of repair doesnt work saturdays (must be nice lol)..so then I call on Monday asking if I could bring it down first thing Tuesday morning, this time the story is that the guys who make those repairs arent there til 1pm everyday because they spend mornings at the supply warehouse. So basically if you need the kind of repair done that I did you got bout a 4 hour window (no pun intended) to get down there, Monday-Friday, and your responsible for buying the parts. They claim they need you to buy the parts so the warranty will be in your name, but personally I think they just dont want the overhead costs of having parts on hand, and they certainly dont want to deal with warranty issues...long story short I went to autozone bought the parts took it to the window repair shop at pick a part and was in and out in 20 mins for half the cost of Showcase, and the pick a part shop is open 7 days a week, and make that kind of repair everyday of the week EVEN before 1pm lol Definitely just going there from now on and should have to begin with
