We purchased an 18’round Radiant pool in February and with the help of Kristi she was able to schedule us early. After some minor issues Steve came and promptly corrected them and went above and beyond and did some extra adjustments. His attitude and attention to these concerns would make me suggest Tarson Pools to anyone looking for a well built pool. If you deal with these 2 Tarson employees you’ll have no problems at all. We purchased an above ground pool from Tarson in 2013. Love the pool, no real issues. Karen at the Oneida store ALWAYS knows exactly what I need to fix any issues. This year I’ve been trying to get someone from the N. Syracuse customer service to call me back about replacing my liner. I started calling in April and was assured I was on “the list”. No call into May so I called back and was again told the contractor would call me when he was “out this way to give an estimate”, not ideal as I wanted my pool open by Memorial Day. I called again in early June and was told by the same lady that I should be contacted within 2 weeks. June 22nd, still no call. My husband patched the current liner for this season but I guess we’ll be going with someone else for next year. Maybe an $800 job is not worth their time but would have been nice to know that back when I started calling.

This company hired a subcontractor to do my concrete around my pool and it started chipping and breaking apart. We gave them a hard time so Tarsons finally hired the same guy to redo it. The second time was even worse and concrete was chipping off in chunks. We took them to Small Claims Court and Tarson took the subcontractors side and tried to blame us!! I wont ever deal with this company that wont stand by their work. They took my money just fine though

Stopped in Tarson’s Oneida store to buy replacements filters. The kid that waited on us acted like he couldn’t be bothered. Will make future purchases online.

They got that good chlorine there.

I called and asked before driving 40 min from my house for a water pump gave the guy my modal number on the pump they said they had one i get to the store and they had no clue what i was talking about and i looked and they dont even stock them waste of time that place is

Screwed up the install and refused to rectify the situation. They kept telling my poor husband that he needed to do x,y, and z to fix their mistake. Not impressed at all...currently a large pond feature instead of a pool...very sorry we went with Tarson.
