I have been having trouble with my new glasses and I never liked them. I have been in to have them adjusted 5 times. I went in and worked with Christina the manager yesterday and she was wonderful. Went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was satisfied by the time I left. I was very impressed with her compassion and willingness to help.

I had an appointment recently at this oneida location and have never been happier! I have tried 3 other locations which were all disappointing experiences. Every staff member here is beyond friendly and so nice to work with. They were also very quick to get me in when I was very short on contacts which I need for work which was awesome! I highly suggest trying this office if youre looking for a good place to go!

I have been going to Empire Visionworks for years and have always gotten GREAT service and a good price for my glasses. Last night I had an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses. There was a sale, BOGO. THANKS to the staff for being so helpful in picking out the right styles and colors. My optometrist, Mark, even let me take his pic. The store is always immaculate and well organized. You have more than enough choices. I recommend this optical center.

Excellent store. They were able to get me an eye exam appointment in 1 day (where the soonest New Hartford branch was 3 weeks out).Cant see the store from the main road so drove a little far from the actual store in the plaza. The store is right next to Peebles and China Buffet; if youre at Walmart its at the opposite side of the store. Parking is easy to find since they have a huge plaza parking lot.It was not busy at all when I walked in early afternoon and Christina checked me in really fast. She was the one that got my

I like how they tell me I cant get glasses without an exam when I already have my prescription with me. Just want more money.

The staff here is fricken phenomenal!! On my first visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Eugene. He was beyond helpful and was so informative about my insurance coverage. He picked out great styles for me, and so many of the nice women here helped me decide on frames! Christine helped me when I picked up my glasses and she made the perfect adjustments. (I even brought in a pair I purchased online and she adjusted those for me as well!) the employees really do go above and beyond. I am so pleased with my experience, I look forward to SEE-ing the staff again!!

Absolutely fantastic! Christina was extremely helpful and the rest of the staff was phenomenal. The 35 minute drive there is absolutely worth it. 110% recommend.

HORRIBLE! I come in 5 minutes early to my appointment. The store was empty and I was told to sit in an empty desk. 15 minutes later, a couple comes in and I have still not been helped yet but they have been. VERY UNETHICAL. Not coming back here again that’s for sure

Christina and the rest of the staff at the Oneida store were very professional and helpful. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get taken care of very quickly. I was able to find frames I really liked as the person who greeted me had on the ones I wanted! I got them in two different colors because they accepted my insurance. Christina was very nice, even when I had to come back in a week because I needed to get the bifocals back in that I thought I didnt need. She warned me very pleasantly that Id probably be back, and she was right! Sweet ladies and great customer service.

Each staff member was friendly and genuinely helpful. The doctor was thorough, approachable, and explained things well. The opticians helped me find a good fit of frames and spent time to make sure I got the best price possible with the current deals and my insurance. Ive had several bad experiences elsewhere in the past and am so pleased to finally have a great experience! Thank you all!

This location is fantastic! It was the only one available to get me in for an eye exam before the end of the year!! The entire staff was wonderful. They got me in and out, and even went above and beyond. I have no glasses to drive home with. The manager had the technician make a special exception to get me a pair tonight as I live 30 min away. Scheduling was easy. Everybody was friendly from start to finish. Dr. Kaplan is always a pro and gets right to business but the exam never feels rushed. Lisa is great at helping to choose frames that look good on me and she’s not afraid to tell me which ones don’t.A very positive experience.

**** As soon as I walked in the door I was helped by Sheryl. She was very sweet and wasted no time getting my paperwork finished for my apt. It was reassuring not being ignored like usual offices. I went in for my exam and Dr. Kaplan was amazing. He was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. Everyone should have the “bed side” manner that he has.Kristina is the woman who handled all my insurance questions, and for the first time in eye doctor visit history, she literally walked around the store with me helping me pick out frames (as well as try new things that I wouldn’t normally pick out). She had a sweet demeanor and even told me which lenses weren’t as flattering as the next pair. Most people are just trying to make a sale. Kristina genuinely cared that I was happy when I left their office with my choices. She knew my glasses had broke and put a rush on them so I could get them sooner. Then she made sure I had the cheapest possible payment before I checked out. I will always come to this office as long as they are there! Thanks again for the kindness and wonderful help!

The best Vision works between Rome and Utica! Staff is always super nice and personable. The office is huge and very warm, welcoming. I love it there and is definitely worth the 30 min drive!

The experience was very disappointing. They were rude and uncooperative. I will not go there again.

The staff was professional friendly and courteous. I was treated with the utmost respect. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about my prescription and offered several suggestions as to how to get the best deal possible. I found two frames that fit me perfectly. Lisa Kirk was tremendous. I had stopped at the Oneida, NY location purely by chance.She worked with me to find a frame that fit my narrow bridge perfectly. She took the time to help me find what felt good, and looked good. 5 Stars for Lisa Kirk (&the other Lisa on staff that day)! Great experience!

I had the most pleasant experience here in the most stressful situations! I desperately needed an eye exam for renewing my drivers license! They were extremely accommodating and I was in and out super quick! Both Christina and Lisa were so kind, friendly, just wonderful and compassionate ladies! I have known Christina L for years. She’s very helpful whenever I needed new glasses ( which is every yr) .Dr. Kaplan is the most caring, friendly n smart eye doctor. Been seeing him for my eye check up for yrs.From Erie blvd, I decided to follow them in Oneida because I get better care👍 What a team!

So great! Highly recommend this store! Dr Kaplan was so nice and I was in and out and the front office staff was so nice even for a 6pm appt! I used to go to Americas Best but this place was so much better!

They listen to their patients and care about your input. They make changes easy and painless and are always patient oriented. They also seem to always have promos available such as 50% off one pair or BOGO etc. Although, make sure to ask about what it will be total since with the BOGO it can be a little pricey as you have to pay full price for frames and lenses.

My wife had a quick and easy experience and knowledgable and helpful staff. Would recommend highly

I used to go there til the people started becoming new faces and were not nice people all you want is comforting and help when finding glasses and they should accept medicaid but they dont and even if having to pay out of pocket, isnt a big deal just again a friendly employee could make it a good experience. They have some decent prices but can be pricey too!

Recently I had new glasses made. My case is a bit difficult as I have Fuchs Dystrophy. Christina, the manager at the Oneida facility, was exceptional! She took the time needed with me to talk about the symptoms in an order to make the glasses as perfect as possible. For example, the options or shades for sunglasses highly affects a person with Fuchs or advanced Fuchs. Christina made it personal for me. You could not ask for a better experience especially dealing with the issues at hand. Her customer service was exemplary. Her disposition could not be finer. I would highly recommend your Branch to my friends and family in the future. Thank you, again for your kindness and professionalism.

Had an eye exam Doctor was great needed a contact fitting no direction was given to me. Had to make an appointment to try again. They screwed up the time and day, had to make a new one. Bad storm hit Dr. couldnt make it they never called to cancel my 12pm appointment! Had to a make new one, I had to reschedule made a another appointment called the day of the appointment and was told it was CANCELED! 4 DAMN APPOINTMENTS FOR A CONTACT REFIT 3 MESSED UP APPOINTMENTS NOT GOING BACK! Office staff is very inadequate.!
