They steal your money. You have to watch the online/pick up in store orders. Twice in the last 2 weeks they were out of 1 item that I ordered online to pick up in the store. I was fully charged both times and they refused to remove the items on both transactions. I called the store and was bounced around to 4 different people only to be told, you need to call the 800 number, we dont do any monetary things in this department anymore. 45 minutes later on hold I got my money back. Also you cant pick up in the store anymore. Its all outside. Walmart just continues to get worse. All done with the online order. Ill just use Amazon.

Compared to the Walmarts in Florida, this place was a four star resort.

My wife and I received our text at 11:30am that our grocery order was ready for pickup. At 12:25 we arrived at Wal-mart in Oneida to get our groceries. The pickup lot for carry out groceries was filled up. We got the last spot available when we arrived. An hour and 20 minutes later a store employee comes out and asks us for the names of ours order. Once we gave it to her, in asked why there was such a long wait. Why NO ONE was getting their orders. The employee explains to me that when its raining & thundering theyre not allowed to bring orders out. According to this employee, she said its a rule they have.Ok, as inconvenient as this 90+ minute wait is for me and all the other people waiting, I can understand the concern for the safety of Wal-marts employees. However what I dont understand, nor could I got an answer to is if the employees cannot bring groceries out to cars in the rain when its thundering, why can the grocery cart gofers be allowed to walk around in the parking lot to bring grocery carts to the store?? Surely the employees bringing carts into the store are just as equally at risk of injury if not more so than the employees who bring grocery orders out to the cars. At least 1/2 of the parking area for the grocery area has parking spots under cover.

The online grocery pickup and delivery has become a joke. People dont pick orders when theyre supposed to, they misplace orders because theyre disorganized and lack any kind of communication skills etc etc etc. and they are ridiculously slow. It makes it hard for delivery drivers to do their job and for the customers to get the stuff they want. The parking lot is regularly full of cars that wait for up to an hour or longer. This is awful. Walmart needs to get this area some leadership go teach these young kids. As yours leaving then out to dry.

Never have any problems finding what i need.

I need a couple of items so I went to this Walmart Supercenter. Clean and well stocked. Found everything I was looking for and then some.

I am at Walmart at least once a week. The store is always stocked and has what I need. Its my one stop shop for everything. However the grocery pickup is a disaster. The wait time is ridiculously long. I usually wait between 30 minutes to up to an hour waiting for my groceries even after I check-in on my way there. They have way too many people picking up during the pickup times. They need more employees or lessen the amount people that pickup within the hour timeframe.

GreatI bought heavy bags of water softener salt and a store employee loaded it in my car for me. That really helped.

Awesome deals! The clearance section is weird, full of things like A/C filters and barely-discounted charcoal nose strips, but there are always great sale racks in clothing. The bakery smells great in the morning, and everyone is polite and maintaining COVID protocol. 4 stars bc it’s a Walmart.

Friendly enough associates... Clean enough store... Bathrooms decently upkept for the most part... Spacious and easy pickup section... Never any real problems here. Annoying parking lot, but whatre ya gonna do.

It is stupid they have prices for oil change 2 different places then charge the highest saying the other ones are wrong. Well then do ur job and change them or give the customer the lower price you have posted. It is over a $15 difference

Constantly changing the store, discontinue products, used to love to shop there but not so much anymore.

The shelve are getting empty, if you ask cant get stuff from the warehouse. Store looks dirty . Only 2 registers open 3 or 4 people in them . The self check out all 5 were full . Try to get someone to sporting goods to buy a licences! Its a joke ..

This Walmart is the best one in CNY. So much more spacious than the East Syracuse location. Ann, at the service desk, was very happy and helpful yesterday. Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive to go there, instead of the other location.

Holiday weekend. Surprisingly not very busy. No long lines. But...very few shelves well stocked. Lots of empty shelves, however I was able to get what I needed.

Finding everything we need in one store makes it so easy to shop.

Place is clean and neatly organized many things are low priced and it’s just simply convenient to find almost anything in one place

I went to Walmart for a new cell phone..I had a wonderful experience.The lady Named Kimberly,beforein Electronics was so kind and very helpful! She was due to take her brake,but she waiting on us first,got the cell phone hooked up us and made sure we were taken care of before herself.Cant say enough for her services and kindness.Dont seem to find people like this anymore.keep up the wonderful workKimberlyin electronics!! It was great it was a very clean store the shelves were stocked they had exactly what I needed and I did have to ask an employee and he was incredibly helpful and also the self checkout system is super super effective and convenient!

I always use the pickup option. The associates are very friendly and definitely helpful. Im partially disabled so these guys save me alot of time and not to mention pain by doing the shopping for me. Love it!

Employees are rude, their is always some issue when checking out with the cashiers, and dont ask a question because your rude for asking about a product before you buy it. The managers are no better they allow so much drama in that place to employees sleeping together, stealing, and not knowing how to do there jobs.

Electric carts are always dead or broken. Was actually harassed by an employee over my service dog. The cashiers and employess are very rude. If you MUST go to Walmart, DO NOT go to the Walmart in Oneida NY.

I’ve taken my 84 year old mother shopping three times this last week. All three times there were NO electric chairs for her to use. It’s not that they’re all in use it’s because they break down, and Walmart doesn’t get them fixed, or replaced. From now on unless things get taken care of. I will drive to the front of the building, and if there are no electric chairs I will keep going, and take our business to Price Chopper, or Tops. I have told others to do the same. If Walmart doesn’t care about the elderly, and disabled than it’s time to go to a store that does

People are more likely to help you here compared to other Walmarts and a slight wider selection then most Walmarts

WalMart is so crowded. I really try not to go to any Walmarts unless I have to. They do carry things that I cannot get elsewhere. You really have a hard time getting any help. I will say that electronics were very helpful.

Well for the Verizon Walmart situation, I would rather just go to Verizon, the electronics service was all a lie from a employee named Franklin, an a man/women with no name tag, told me the bill was for $60.00 a month, turns out it was for $80.00 a month...then tells me I can upgrade in 6 months, when really its 2 years....told me I had the newest phone out which was a galaxy A51 an really now that I went to Verizon myself I do have the hottest phone out which is the galaxy 21 5G....all in all DO NOT BUY ANY PLANS FROM THIS WALMART, go directly to the source

Typical wally shopping day. Always wear sneakers because I find myself all over the store more than once. Decent prices and will match competitor prices if you choose to research ads weekly.

Always do grocery pick up. Sometimes they forget things but they are easy to get ahold of to pick up the missing items. Ive never waited more than 15minutes for my groceries

We had a great experience with the Walmart grocery app and pick up. Just order everything you need on the app, arrive at the scheduled time, and they bring it right out and load your vehicle. This is a life changer.Update: We still love grocery pick up. I ordered everything for our Thanksgiving dinner and never had to get out of my car. Plus I found a note and candy in one of my bags!

4/5 because for the most part it is what it is. It has what you need most of the time. Its clean for Oneida, and the people are friendly. I prefer this location out of most for the amount of traffic in the store. Location is nice as its just off of the main road. Prices are fair.

They dont have enough scooters 1/2 of them are down most of the time, and they only have one bench for anyone to sit down not to mention senior citizens and the pharmacy keeps losing perceptions

Lights are a little bright the way things are managed is Way to clinic for my liking. The bathrooms for example are dirty and one of the stall doors was Bent as not to close but not a single graphitty on the walls. This might be a unpopular opinion but if your bathroom sucksAt least let me laugh at others rebel like nature

Its a Walmart. The bathroom was trashed and all the lines were long, despite closed registers. Im glad they had the wiper blade I needed, but Im annoyed they were the only place still open in the area that had them.

I paid for home delivery. Ive tried several different days and delivery times but Walmart just cant be depended on to meet their scheduled time. Here it is, Sunday at 8:30 at night and no one from Walmart has called to say they wont be delivering my groceries. I got in touch in the night manager who just came on the shift and couldnt give me a reason or whether someone will be delivering tonight. He was able to identify me from caller ID...scary. But couldnt make a commitment to have the order delivered tomorrow. He overtalked me and told me he had to hang up now. Trust me, I kept my cool and told him I was doing my best to keep my cool but he continued to over talk me and hung up. He needs to learn from George Boldt...the customer needs to come first. Its his job to find another solution to the problem. Not avoid me. Walmart needs to re-evaluate their delivery schedule and the third party company that does the delivery. I use this service to minimize my exposure to COVID...not because I dont want to shop for my own groceries.i miss going to the stores. But I want to avoid getting sick. Walmart...very disappointing. This is the 4th time you havent delivered...and twice I was charged for a delivery that didnt happen. Your night manager says that if it happened to him, hed not use the service anymore. Really? And dont get me started with their pick up service. Waited 28 minutes just to get the pick up department to answer the phone to let them know I was there for pick up. Exhausting...

Just what you expect, just your average walmart

Meh its walmart. Ordered online for pickup, was sent it was ready, checked in. All right as rain, accept it was lunch break of one person, this my pickup was on lunch break. Once back from deserved break fella was awesome...Issue is the 10-12 people standing around chatting and couldnt grab my 2ft long 6 box weight 4-5lbs... So yeah come on, I could have easily done it myself, except using preferred method during this s show.

I always use the self check out. Never have to wait long. Employees always wipe down registers which is great!

Unbelievable! Absolutely ZERO customer service! I called yesterday for a 7-8pm grocery delivery . The delivery never showed and I was never notified that it would not show. I called just after 9pm (knowing its not coming at this point) just to reschedule for another delivery date and time. The girl I spoke with was very kind, apologetic and helpful. We decided to have the delivery scheduled for 11am-1pm the following day. At roughly 12:20pm I hadnt heard anything and again no groceries have arrived, so I called to find out the status.A woman answers the phone, I explain the situation and she states she called me this morning to schedule for delivery. 1st: Why did she need to call me to schedule for delivery? It was pre-decided the night before that 11am-1pm would be fine. She became argumentative, explaining its my fault that I didnt answer the phone (I never received a phone call, I have no voicemails, and the phone call THAT DIDNT HAPPEN wasnt necessary to begin with). Ignoring the phone call dispute, I decided we need to move forward and have this scheduled and taken care of. I asked for the earliest time available; she explained how she needs to call to find out a time. This is fine with me; she does not call and again becomes argumentative. She tells me I need to pick a time; I remind her as soon as possible. Apparently ASAP is not an option, so I suggest 1:00; well she cant guarantee that time. Shes now talking over me and again making this whole ordeal MY FAULT. Let me be clear; Im not looking to be blamed nor am I looking to place blame, I just want my groceries delivered. Why she decided to make this so difficult is beyond me. I let her rant (YES, SHE RANTED AT ME AS IF I WAS INTRUDING ON HER DAY, UNBELIEVABLE!). After she finished her rant, I again suggest another time, 3-4pm. Again, she cannot guarantee this time.Maybe she should make the call and be sure this time will work, or ask for the earliest time available and call me back - no, this wont happen. Lets just make this as difficult as possible and argue with a paying customer instead.Im sure this review will not get anyone anywhere, and Im sure that Walmart will not do anything to improve upon their customer service.All I wanted to do was have my groceries delivered. I never made a fuss about the fact that it wasnt delivered in the first place or the fact that i never even received any notification of this. Yet, for some reason, I (the customer) was made to feel like a bad person.

Displaced mentally by this product being offered and the relation to the Jim Crow and the * Black Face* disregard that many colored, black humans faced.... but this is a typical local wal mart...... They try their best to keep the location clean but Madison County goes aganist such notion....

Purchased a metal bed frame for no contact pickup for over 100bucks and they tried giving me a 60dollar mattress because it was out of stock.... dont recommend in the least
