I love coming to Nye Toyota. I am a huge fan of Corollas and bought 2 so far from here. Every salesman I speak to is courteous and puts your interest first so you are satisfied when you leave. I recently went here to trade in my Honda however I was upside down on the value of my car which is not Nye fault. So once the time comes to pick up another Corolla Ill be heading here again for the third car of my dreams. Even If you dont know what a Corolla is or dont like them definitely stop by there. Toyota 4 runner was not running and had transmission codes showing up. They knew the exact problem on the phone and gave me an estimate in hopes that it was the problem. I explained my situation to the service manager Lisa who told me they were pretty much fully booked for the week but she could see what they could do. It was dropped off and completed within a day. I have never run into that issue at Nye in the 20 years Ive done business with them. I honestly believe theyre the best around.

Considering historic vehicle shortages across the entire auto industry, I was still able to find the right Toyota to fit my needs and budget. The dealership is modern & clean, with a fully featured Service Center. The staff are kind & patient. This is also about the only car dealership in my area that doesnt make use of frequent & obnoxious TV/radio advertising. NYEs brand image is classy and they refuse to use aggressive sales tactics like much of their competition. Dealerships that have the lowest prices, usually also have the worst service to make up for it. Not at NYE. The prices are straightforward & fair, while not appearing too good to be true.During my visit, the Salesperson, Jim Clearly was professional, knowledgeable, & considerate, while also being an avid Toyota owner. My impression was that Jim sells Toyotas because he loves their vehicles after years of enjoyment that he and his family has had while driving their own.Brian Lorento, the Finance manager really came through for me and my budget. I highly appreciate his effort in finding me the best deal possible after considering multiple options.To me, NYE Toyota is clearly a top choice when shopping for a Toyota in Upstate NY. If you dont want a Toyota, their vehicle selection spans 6 different dealerships, so theres an option for nearly everyone.

We bought at Nye for the first time recently and, I have to say, it was a really great experience. Devin, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. I would buy here again for sure. Compared to other places we’ve bought cars, Nye was far more pleasant. Edit: the buying experience was great but the service experience offset that. The service staff was rude and I was told they couldn’t do a simple oil change for over a week. It’s disappointing that they do such a great job selling the vehicle, then completely fail to support you after the sale.

I had Eric Brockway for a salesman. Although I didn’t get the vehicle I initially wanted, but couldn’t afford, he helped me get an upgrade to the car I had been driving for almost 10 years. After leaving the dealership disappointed, I spotted another vehicle that I liked and text Eric about it. He offered to come in on his day off so I could test drive the car and have it by the weekend. He also drove out to westmoreland so my grandmother could sign some documents he needed. She is over 80 years old and could not drive to Oneida. Thank you for going out of your way for me Eric, it was much appreciated. As far as service and warranty goes, I will update my review when it comes time to that.

They make every step of the process SO easy (and I’ll admit, I’m very picky when it comes to choosing a vehicle) Not only did AJ and Eric know my recent 4Runner lease was exactly what I was looking for, but they literally had everything ready to go for me when I got there for delivery and I was done with paperwork and on my way home in no time. About a month ago i bought a 2017 Tacoma, everybody there is great, very friendly, they make you feel good about buying a vehicle. Devin was my salesman and he did a great job, was very down to earth, and easy to make conversation with. When i went to look at the truck i noticed a few rock chips on the inner fender of the rear wheel well, which had started to surface rust just a bit. So that was the only thing i asked them to take care of. They stated that they would sand it down to get rid of the rust and paint it. Now when i picked it up it was raining so i quickly looked and it looked good so i drove 2 hours back home and the next day i took a better look at it. I noticed they didnt sand it down at all and the rust was still showing through because of the poor touch up job they did. Honestly thats a pretty pathetic move on a dealership of that size, and it shows their true colors. They cut corners and did a sh** job just because they dont think people know any better. I was going to call and see if they would correct it but i dont trust them to do it the right way. Because of that i will never do business there again.

We went there to buy my first car and Doran helped me find the exact one that I was looking for! I got it within a week and it was a fun and simple experience! Doran also showed me how to use everything and set up everything in the car! I would highly recommend him and NYE to others!
