Nye Volkswagen in rome bobby got me into my first actual Volkswagen and i love it!!Then i went in for a checkup for my oil light and while waiting I was told i could get a 2020 for roughly around 350 a month and it turned out to be way over 400 so i said no they kept working numbers got it down to 395 so i said ok do it. Thought it was gonna be an easy deal.....nope after running a bunch of banks without letting me know what was going on dropped my score a bit now 6 more hard inquiries on my report. Not too happy that they sold me a car then told me it was a bad car and i should upgrade so i dont run into problems

It was a very pleasurable experience purchasing my new ranger at Nye Ford. Dave helped me find the best deal and vehicle that suited my needs. They were knowledgeable and made sure I left with understanding of the new features in my new truck.

Great service, however it took some time to complete an inspection to include not having exact size windshield wipers contributed to the wait, another reason is 1st inspection with new NYS inspection rules.
