Was not able to repair and refused to issue a statement of non repair so that I could submit a warranty claim . Most ridiculous service . Citibank warranty services attempted to callThem for a week and was never able to reach anyone there . If youCan not repair, issuing a statement so that customers could use their warranty is the minimum you could do.I can not believe this place is listed as an authorizedWhirlpool service center on the website and I have contacted whirlpool to let them know about my experience .

Friendly help. Very knowledgeable....very personableAnd to boot... They are not open on Sundays even tho Google says so.. And the man that owns this place just happened to be there doing paper work. Sold me the part I needed no questions asked. Very awesome in my book!!!

I contacted this business in the afternoon and had an appointment set up for the next morning. The representative called 15 minutes before arrival and was pleasant, efficient and provided quality service. The cost was reasonable and I am happy overall with my experience. If the need arises again I have no reservations with contacting them again.
