Buyer beware. These people don’t care about doing business the right way. OVER 4 MONTHS have gone by since we used their services but they called today to ask us for more money ($84) since they didn’t figure out the sales price correctly due to 2020 appliance shortages & changes. Wasn’t the first time “salesman” Adam screwed up either but somehow they have the gall to come back on us. Also stay away from Consultant Michelle Pflughoeft - she’s a waste of space there & has every excuse in the book why she can’t do her job. If you insist on doing business with them, ask for AbbeyJo - she’s the only competent person they have & she actually cares about you as a person.

We have used Ferguson several times in the past for several remodeling projects thru our general contractor. This is the first time they have really dropped the ball. Knowing it’s a pandemic, we chose our fixtures and sink in August. The plan was to order everything, get it in and then start Oct. 1. It’s now Nov. and Ferguson’s is scrambling to get the sink faucet. Then our salesperson did not order a drain for the sink or shower...it’s kind of been a nightmare.

Horrible customer service. We have been trying to work with salesman Derek who has been very unresponsive. We are working on a new build and specifically told him every appliance (Thermador) that we would like to purchase over 1 month ago. He has still not gotten back to us with a quote. I have called multiple times over the last several weeks and still no response. Disappointing to say the least!!

Do not buy an appliance from Ferguson! Given wrong info about the model, waited weeks for pricing and had to initiate many follow-ups since they never followed up with me, we finally ordered 3 appliances. One didnt work, and one was damaged during delivery. Still waiting 2 months later for the replacement doors which were quickly farmed out to a local appliance repair firm with no sense of urgency! And no follow-up from Ferguson. Very sad the way they treat their customers.

Went on a 30 minute drive to look at bathroom vanities. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help us, we gave up and left. We asked the receptionist 3 times for someone to help us but no one came. We left angry and will not return....EVER!!

Went on Saturday to purchase bathroom fixtures. Two salespeople. Not even a hello from the gal at front desk with nose in computer. Beautiful fixtures (unknown prices, you have to ask) Ask who? No customer service. I see theyre expanding the showroom. For what? Who is going to sell, or talk to customers? Stay away from Fergusons. They love themselves a bit too much.

I went there today and was very satisfied. They were very busy and most of the people had appointments which I didn’t know you needed. I went up to the reception area and asked her if there was anyone available to help us and she found someone for us. I thought they did a great job and we ordered what we needed. I asked about the return policy and they said there’s a 25% restocking fee which I think is a really high but I doubt if I’ll be returning the things I bought. I’ve heard that the things you buy there are much better quality than anything you would ever find it Menards or Lowe’s.

The sales person who helped me acted as if I was soliciting the establishment. It took 15 minutes to run my credit card, she was polite, but clearly very distant. Very disappointed.

Arrogant. Appointment only, wear masks and gloves. Only two people in the entire place at a time. No thanks. Bought 30k in appliances from the Mart. They didn’t make us feel so uncomfortable.

Weve been here twice and have never had anyone approach us or even seem interested in answering our questions. Zero customer service. Ive just taken my bathroom remodel business elsewhere twice. Guess theyre ok with loosing out on thousands of dollars....
