It’s been several weeks since the repair man came. He said he needed to order a part. Still haven’t heard from him. They don’t answer there phone. I paid for him to fix my hot tub! They took my money for what?If I ever hear from them I will erase this comment. If not, this is a WARNING! Don’t deal with this business.

I’ve heard they’re the best around no close second, and I Would LOVE to rate higher, but it’s pretty near impossible to get a hold of them. My wife and I have both been trying for MONTHS! We tried calling over and over and leaving voicemails, we have tried Facebook messenger, email, text message. We got them On the phone one time, made an appointment, then they cancelled it and we haven’t heard back from them.

They don’t provide much information on cost when you do a service call. My guy came out for $125 which is supposed to include diagnostic but was unable to determine the issue and changed another $100 for labor. Total damage $245 dollars to watch my tub run for an hour. Doesn’t seem right.

Are you a sign shop car lot or hot tub place I drive by daily and im never sure???? Pick a lane and maybe clean up your lot your making the area look gross

We had a leak in 2017. The guy came out said he found the leak dud some work the left saying he needed a part and would be back. A week or so after calling he came back this happened a number of timed finally in Nov he said it was fixed and charged us $249.20. In January we found it wasnt fixed. We called again and after some time the owner came out. He checked. Said hed be back. No word so we called again. Finally January 27, 2018 the owner came back took off a bunch of what the other guy did and said it was fixed $287.75. Shortly after that we use the hot tub and hear a loud leaking sound. Called him again. He came said he tightened something and left. No chg this time. Well guess what? We used the tub a few weeks ago and it is still leaking. Ive called someone new this time. I hope they are honest people.

I did purchase a spa here. These guys didnt finish the installation. The spa came from Oregan manufacturers which was a +. But, South Sound spas ordered up a contract for purchase, delivery and installation. I fully paid them. Then Frank wanted to charge me more for installation once he delivered. He Complained and had a very poor attitude because it was Friday afternoon and apparently he didnt want to work to finish the contracted job. 😕

Our tub had been attacked by critters with multiple problems. Frank stuck with it until it was fixed. Always on time, courteous, efficient and fair. I will use them again & would recommend them.

After searching for hot tub parts I finally found these guys at last a place that carries everything I need and they were very helpful I will make this my hot tub and pool supply store from now on
