Great customer service, was given a brochure and a quote on what the door would cost. Also given names of who could install door. Which will be an extra cost.

Got what I needed for 2 french doors although I did not have all the information for. They figured it out with the help of pictures and a sample from my doors. Give them a try,they know doors and are friendly.

WoW! These people set you up to rip you off, my son took a door in and said “ I need this exact door replaced” 2 weeks later goes to pick up the door, it’s the wrong color? They said oh you wanted it painted, that will be another $85 and $10 to dispose of the original. What part of exact did they not get? So they set us up totally, go somewhere else if you can. This is price gouging at its worst, horrible customer service, I’m very disappointed.

We did a garage door change out from a 16 to a 8 with an entrance door. We ordered the entrance door from Doors Unlimited hoping it would match with the garage door we ordered from a garage door vendor. Terry was very patient as it took awhile to make up our mind on a door. The results are better than we thought. They delivered the door which was very well protected, and it goes extremely well with the garage door. We couldnt be happier. Excellent service and price. Highly recommend their service.

Doors Unlimited has the best service Ive ever experienced. I have bought doors for several houses and houses that I have built. I would not recommend going to anybody else! Especially a big box store...
