Walked in to showroom met with Dave. Designed custom cabinet. Said he would call and come out for measurements and give us the quote. Nothing. No follow up. Terrible customer service. Used them when we built our house. Must be different owners. Will not recommend ever

I came down to the show room and met with the owner, Sean. What a great experience! I stopped by here a few years back and they’ve really remodeled the shop and it looks great! They have a wealth of knowledge and some of the best quality and customer service in the business! Thanks for everything Harbor Cabinets!

Great people, awesome workmanship, beautiful displays

We are so pleased with our new kitchen! We worked with Ralph and couldnt be happier with the quality of service. He oversaw every detail of the project and was helpful in offering advice when we had questions. The cabinet quality is excellent. We had a great experience with Harbor Cabinets and highly recommend them!

Visited showroom. Met salesperson. Sales person came to house to bid job (several weeks later). Never received a bid, or any further communication.Meanwhile, Kitchen Design Center (where I visited the showroom the same day) completed the job.

I went in for a price and the guy there was immediately helpful. 1st bid so I cant comment about anything else

Best cabinet place ever!

When the products came to the house they were different from what we viewed at the show room. When asked about it and what they would do, nothing. That it was basically my fault for not buying a better product. BUT it was the product they sold me and never mentioned the possibility
