I had a great customer of mine order some trusses. They were building off a Smooth flat gravel driveway and the driver said he was too scared to drive down thinking it would tip.. had to get a crane an load em up in the dump truck an then un load them. Called the boss an no help at all. Wouldnt give a reduced price for not going the full distance an unloading it.Out of my 33 years of contracting, this is the worst buisness me an the customer dealt with. Really couldnt beleive it

Close to where I live, but I find it easier to sort wood at the big box stores. Also dont care for the pay, then be escorted to look at what they have.

Ive been building in the Olympia/Lacey area for 10 years. Currently building a home out on black lake and Ive had to pick up material and supplies here and there from builders first source because they are closest to our site.The material is horrible because it is not covered from the weather. Spent 30 minutes looking through stacks of 2x4 to get 15 straight boards. Very limited selection of nails and Staples. Also was rung up for the incorrect material on our sheet multiple times over the last couple weeks.Called in to ask if they had any good 6x6 that we could use for a exterior wall. I asked if they could check if it was straight and they said we would have to come look ourselves. Literally the worst lumber store Ive ever had to deal with. Rather go to Ace and thats saying something. Basically just drive 10 more minutes to Lincoln Creek and save yourself the hassle
