I went to have my truck aligned at the Firestone on joint Base Lewis-McChord. And I brought it in I told them it was pulling to the right. When I picked it up it was still pulling to the right. I was thinking it might be the roads or something else. So I drove it for a couple weeks and no matter what road I was on it still pulled to the right and had to constantly give it left correction. Luckily I got the lifetime alignment so I decided to try the Firestone in Olympia. I am glad I did because they fixed the issue and there is no more pool to the right. They showed me how off it was and lets just say it almost seems like the other Firestone didnt do anything. I am happy that the Firestone in Olympia had good technicians and knew what they were doing and Im very happy with the results. I will be going back to them in the future

Great service! They properly re-diagnosed our truck for something that another mechanic was trying to gouge us for. Really appreciate someone helping me save money when they could have just taken the money I was prepared to pay.

Have purchased all tires for all cars I have had. Had a vibration in the latest. Was told needed new tires one or so was coming apart. Got 4 new. Same vibration. Took back 3 times. 1st machine was out of calibration. 2nd wrong wheel weights. 3rd need new struts and front end work of 2 k or so. Still vibration. They never drove to check. Took to an alignment busiss after 3 week wait,they are in demand. They found bent rim charged 70.00. CHEEP. Went back to this Firestone and was told they didnt have machine to tell bent rim. Really. Turn on balance put a pencil on rim and see 1/4 bend in rim. I asked if I purchase new rim will they mount and Ballance for the trouble and false information supplied to us. No way. So I will no longer do business with this company. They said sorry. Really?

Not honest. Fine for oil changes. They broke a bolt off while doing a four hour job. Turned into a 3 day job. Each day they said it would be done 100%. Got car home and heavy fumes coming out of engine, worse the more you drive.

I have pretty good luck with them. I have bought several sets of tires and they seem to always get it done quick and they also offer alignments. I plan on going back

Dont bother making a reservation. I made one for 1 pm and its an hour later now and my vehicle hasnt even been taken into the bay. Im considering just asking for my keys back at this point.Update: an hour and 45 minutes has passes and my vehicle was just taken into the bay.I guess on the bright side they have been very respectful, but I also just ate up a decent amount of my only day off this week :/

I loved this place, until today. I used to have quick service and people were nice, but Today... what in the h... I made an appointment came in at the right time just for an alignment. It was done within 30 min.. car is parked out front, but I am waiting.. for 40 min now. Said the paperwork is getting written up. Paperwork doesnt take 40min. This is ridiculous.

I fricken love Kenny the manager. Ive been swindled in outo repairs before, but never ever here, this shop is amazing. Im confident in the suggestions and advice, and always happy with their service. I live in Lacey and I drive all the way over to west Olympian for this shop. I tried others after discovering this gem, but its not worth it. Five stars. Some construction going on, but super fast service, honestly worth a wait if needed.

They were the only place that would fit me in for a tire patch. Others while open didnt just say no but were very rude about my calling during their business hours to see if I could get a quick fix.I am visiting my mother and other family for holidays. We have one car to get to West Seattle to see other family. We are working on being safe and wanted to have a special Holiday. Without the tire patch this wouldnt be possible. Very poor service. Car in 3 times to repair air conditioner and they were unable to repair it.They finally insinuated we didn’t know how to correctly use the a/c on our honda civic.Our son is a Firestone store manager in Illinois so we are very disappointed with the incompetence shown by this Olympia WA store.I guess the stores capabilities are limited by this managers expertise.

I had them do a front end alignment on my vehicle today. They where quick and did a fantastic job.

I went here on 2 separate occasions thinking my brakes were going out.1st time I went had them do an alignment making sure to check the brakes. They said brakes are perfectly fine, but I need all new tires.So I buy all 4 new tires. It didnt work my braking was still off.I went back again to check the brakes. They said its completely fine nothing is wrong with the brakes.Each time I went in they had a different person drive my car to feel out the brakes.I went to a different firestone to get a full check which cost me even more money.They said Holy cow we cant let you leave like this, we will make room in our schedule right now, because you HAVE TO get your brakes fixed (as I had NONE left)!!!!!! No Brakes left.Are you kidding me!

I dont even know where to start when leaving this place a good review. There is not a single tire shop in the country I have experienced that comes close to comparing to the quality and customer service this place provides. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to make a customer happy. They have stayed late for us multiple times to make sure they get the job done. While other shops push us away or wont help these guys always come through. I have never had a single experience here than wasnt excellent. They mean what they say and say what they mean. You never have to question if youre in good hands when you come to this firestone.

We have taken all of our vehicles to Firestone for several years. Kevin, the store manager, is fantastic. He is always friendly, honest, and helpful. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, who you dont feel like is going to take advantage of you, especially as a woman. I have always felt Kevin and his team are honest with me and have never felt pushed into paying for something that doesnt need to be done. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Joe Chandler and his team literally saved our entire camping trip! We got a huge rip in the side wall of our tire and when we slapped on the spare we had to drive an hour on the donut and got there at 545 when they close at 6. There was only one kind of tire in stock that fit on my subaru and they ran around the entire place looking for all 4 to replace (since it is all wheel drive). I appreciate all the honesty in helping us and timeliness of the repair from this team of rock stars. Thank you so much Panda Joe!!

The service here is outstanding. I tried ordering a specific tire for my Alfa Romeo and kept getting turned down by several companies because the tires had to be special ordered. I have never experienced that before.I came here because they were having a sale but not really expecting them to help me either. I am very happy that I did. Not only did they help me but they also gave me a great deal!Im glad that places like this still exist. Place is an absolute joke.I set a 2:30 appointment for a standard oil change 3 hours earlier today.After arriving on time...50 minutes later my vehicle still had not been touched and was sitting in the parking lot when theres only myself and one other person in the lobby and five other people working/sitting around.Whats the purpose of setting an appointment if youre just going to sit there for 50 minutes not being attended to and your vehicles not being worked on?

I stopped by to have a tire repaired. As I entered the store I noticed that four of the eight bays had cars in them. Two were corporate vehicles. I also noted that no one was in the showroom. The service manager (I guess) greeted me and asked how could he help. I explained that I must have gotten a nail or something and need a patch job. Immediately he said that I would have to leave the car all day. I asked why and was told that they were swamped and had no one available. My eyes dont deceive me. After some back and forth I said fine he could have it all day. He then said that he would inspect the tire to see if it was even repairable and I told him that I had to use Fix-a -Flat just to get the car there. Again immediately he told me that he would never fix the tire. Ive done this dance before and told him that the liquid was still wet. Again, no way. I told him that I had been a loyal customer for over 30 years and have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on various cars. Again no way. More back and forth and I was leaving he said I hope this doesnt reflect on me. My response was yes it does, whereas he responded he would never fix my car. I said you dont have to worry. Ive stuck with Firestone through scandals, numerous personnel changes, and unwarranted, expensive, and bad repair jobs. This was the last straw. Never Firestone. Never again.

I never get the feeling that my car is being taken care of. Anybody that uses mechanics knows that you have to be able to trust these people. But they are quick, really quick, possibly to quick.

The people were great here. I paid them a visit because my tire was shot and I was 2 hours away from home. They took good care of me and the waiting area was accommodated with television, vending machines, a phone charging station, and air- conditioning. They were communicative through out the process and did not move forward with any further services without talking with me first! They also gave me $50 off of my total after finding out that none of the coupons I had qualified for the service I received. I was very pleased! Highly recommended! 💙💚💛💜

Excellent service. Kind of expensive, they overcharge for parts, but their credit card system is great, theyre friendly, and they fixed my problem immediately.

These guys were SO HELPFUL — and especially in a pinch. The plastic around my driver’s side windshield wiper was rubbing against the windshield, it was beginning to sprinkle, and it was almost time for Firestone to close. I drove up hoping they could spare a minute to take a look. Joe was so nice and invited me to pull up to the bay. John was also right there to help — even using a wiper blade from his own vehicle to double check where the wiper arm was crooked. Kodi stepped outside to see if he could help, too. Within just a few minutes, John and Joe had the wiper arm adjusted and me on my way. Since it amounted to a simple tweak with a pair of pliers, they wouldn’t accept payment. And that’s when I decided to bring them donuts the next day to show my gratitude. These guys were so down-to-earth and kind — they put me right at ease. I think I may just have to switch mechanics...

Scheduled a tire change here for next day due to firestone tires not at the location. OK. Show up for appointment and tires were not even ordered. Sorry guys, reliability should be better than that. Thats why I went to firestone to buy firestone tires.

My family and I have been servicing our vehicles here since the late 1980s. Never any issues or drama. Manager and mechanics are honest and professional and will work with you to make things right at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this Firestone.

Pricing tire

On a Sunday I woke up to a completely flat tire, thankfully Firestone is open on sundays. The wait was long but I tell you what it was worth it, I could tell they were working hard which makes a wait feel worth. When I was told my tire had a hole that could not be fixed I knew I would need four new ones. Kevin gave me my options and didnt make me feel pressured at all to have the work done there, but he did assure me that they would be under warranty with Firestone meaning I would always be able to come back for any problems. I felt very comfortable discussing my best options and ultimately the guys stayed an hour after close to put my new tires on so I could make it to work in the morning. After coming home and looking at the paperwork I realized beyond that Kevin had done everything he could to save me money (he probably saved me at least $200). All in all you can say I am a firestone loyal customer now and it feels good to know I can come in 7 days a week whenever I need anything and have a place I can trust to get me back in business. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Have my alignments done here. I highly recommend the lifetime alignment. As long as you own your vehicle, they will do an alignment at every 6k miles or 6 months, whichever occurs first!

We had a blow out on the freeway on sunday feb 9th 2020 at 4:05pm.... This place was the only place open near us and was closing at 5pm! Tony at this store was soooo amzingly helpful!!! We made it there alittle before 5pm and he had everything under control!! All the guys were so awesome to stay late and fix everyones cars after 5pm....that Tony fellow deserves a bonus check!!!!!!

It took them over two hours to just change the tires on my car and took even longer to get an alignment. I was told all of it would be done in 2 hours and then was told they were behind because they’re down a tech. Either way it shouldn’t have taken this long. Never coming back here again, waste of time and a waste of my dayEdit: I was given my alignment for free so I took it from one star to three.

Repaired a tire under warranty. But if it wasnt fixable woulda been prorated. Lucky no money was spent. But they need to explain warranties better next time.

Brought car here for oil change and tire rotation. IMMEDIATELY after leaving, there was a new noise - something rolling around in the engine compartment. Brought car back the next day to see what is was (sounds like a screw or marble rolling around) and they said it was not caused by the work they did. I find that extremely hard to believe as the noise started immediately after leaving Firestone. I am now nervous to drive as I am fearful there is a safety issue. They did not resolve the issue they caused. I will be bringing the car to another shop to have the issue examined. And likely paying several hundred dollars to address something the Firestone caused. Beware!

Donovan, the service manager, is extremely helpful and honest. Very accommodating and looking for ways to get cost down. Great customer service and very thorough.

Brought in two tires that needed to be replaced. When I walked in the guy behind the counter was yelling at someone on the phone and then slammed it down after I stood there for two minutes, super awkward and uncomfortable. When we went to get the tires out of the back of my car I had to carry one to the car bay. I thought that was odd...but no biggie. They were pretty quick at getting the tires done. When I went up to pay, I waited behind one customer and when it was my turn, the guy behind the counter said I have other people in front of you so I will be with you as soon as humanly possible again no biggie except I WAS THE ONLY OTHER PERSON IN THERE and the phone was dead silent. So after he stapled a few pieces of paper he called me up to the counter. The only nice thing was how fast they changed the tires and the service guy actually put the tires back in my car for me. They really need to work on customer service for the guy behind the counter. I will never go back there again.

Terrible!! I am a mechanic my self, but was pushed by taxi company to perform vehicle inspection with Firestone. Young mechanic start job with running flash light allover under hood and dancing follow loud music. What he was looking for? Probably he dont know him self.Next he try lift my vehicle incorrectly supported crushing body runners - louder then music. He invite me inside saying nothing happen - even when I pointed freshly peeled paint.Comes manager - mentioned already by other Google User - Chris with loud shouting - What you doing in my shop?After short conversation I was send a way with nothing - well, no - damaged car, Chris business card as only documentation and verbal loud statement - if you are mechanic, why you dont fix it your self?Once again - I come for inspection by authorized shop (not a fixing).Next day I get it done with Midas a cross the street with pleasure and coffee in my hand in less then 30 minutes. Firestone took more then 30 minutes to damage undercarriage in my car and I been teated as ...I am sorry I have to posted this one star. Be warned before you go there.

I would go elsewhere. My lease was up on my car so I took it in for a Courtesy Check. I made an appointment and about 2 hours later was told everything was a-ok. About 15 minutes into my drive home (I live an hour away) my tire pressure sensor light came on. Since my tires had just been given the ok and they are less than a year old, I knew they tripped the sensor (It happens with people who arent familiar with it, red flag). Since my town doesnt have a Firestone, I decided a few days later to make the drive all the way back to have them reset it. I called on the way and was told VERY rudely by Kevin that it would take about 2 hours to reset the sensor. This takes Discount Tire 5 minutes, which I pointed out and was told that hed need to find a technician to do it and they were too busy. I pointed out that I wouldnt even have this issue if it was done correctly and in good faith they should squeeze me in for a 5 minute adjustment, but he acted like my request was a major inconvenience and let me know Id be waiting. Rude attitude, no apology, no ownership - just acted like it was my problem. I went to Les Schwab right around the corner who not only took me in immediately (with a room full of customers), but showed me what to do, all within 5 minutes. THEY have my business. THIS Firestone wasnt even worth my $10.

I was treated with a mass amount of disrespect. I would never return to the shop. They completely ignored me at times and instead addressed my male friend even though I let them know I was the owner and driver of the vehicle. I was talked down to when they remembered I was standing there. I was even asked if I could afford to pay for services. Who asks that?! Even better, they refused to work on the car. When I asked them for a recommendation of another mechanic, they all of a sudden were willing to work on the car, just at a later date.I would definitely say youre better off finding a local mechanic.

The service here is incomparable. Quality with a price that’s affordable. I’ve taken my car to Jiffy Lube and experience miscellaneous problems afterwards multiple times. I happen to live near Fire Stone, decided to give them a try, and have not went anywhere else for survices they provide.They’re usually pretty busy and there’s a reason for that. Customer service is always on point.

If youre just getting tires, then they are OK, but I came with an appointment to inspect and fix some issues, they inspected and decided not to do it, I guess. Then lied to me that they talked to my husband about it, and he said not to work on it! And the coffee was definitely two days old, and the vending machine ate all my coins, no soda😔 By the way, I was there for two hours, before they said anything

I orginally came to this Firestone for their lifetime alignment and to figure out why my check engine light was on. Jeff was very nice and helpful at first but what I was going to be charged with was ridiculous. I’d like to think that the price wasn’t just them trying to take advantage of a woman that doesn’t know anything about cars but after price checking with other auto shops, I feel that I was almost taken advantage of. I was told that it was going to be $600+ to fix the thermostat that went out in my vehicle (aka why the check engine light was on) because the part was only available at the dealership and it was expensive to purchase. I ended up purchasing the thermostat myself at the my dealership for $34 plus the coolant I needed. So why was it going to be $600+ to fix it at Firestone? Every other auto shop that I quoted was charging half of what firestone wanted. He also suggested skipping the alignment to pay for the thermostat, which I wish I would have skipped everything altogether. The mechanic that fixed my car a few days later (after me not driving those few days) suggested I get an alignment soon. So what did Firestone even do to my car?! Hopefully the Lacey Firestone doesn’t disappoint like this one did 🙄

Couple days ago my fiance took my car to get the front tires changed and called me up super upset about how they treated my vehicle. So I drive a manual transmission and one of the coworkers didnt know how to drive it so she goes and ask another coworker to get it on the lift. Let me remind you neither one of these ladies knew how to drive my car. She stalling my car, revving up the car because she isnt releasing the clutch. Once they finally got it on the lift one of the girls was snooping in my car and when she closed the door, she slammed it so hard the car rocked back and forth! I dont know about anyone else but if I go to get my tires, oil, anything done at any automotive store, I would like to have the respect of not snooping in my car and slamming my doors. My fiance asked if he could speak to a manager because let me tell you he wasnt happy about the response he got. The lady lied to his face saying that she wasnt snooping in my car and my car was just acting up when what happened was that she stalled it once and bringing it in the clutch was totally abused. We are never going to go there again. If you work at any automotive company you should KNOW how to drive any vehicle you come across. If you dont know how to drive one ask for another employee to do it.

They charged me 100$ too tell me it would take 3,700$ to fix car I cried until my boyfriend explained how it would cost maybe 300$ for him too do all the repairs. The reason I have them 3 stars was they got me right in as a walk in no appointment and they where very busy already when I showed up.very courteous but I they added on unnecessary fixes that really didnt need this me fixed.

I had a good experience here. I went in just to get my tires and they found that my alternator was broken as well, even though I had just had the car serviced. The man that helped me, Addison I believe his name was, was very kind, helpful, and had a nice smile. An overall good experience.

Sneaky, Overcharging and Rude. They will find any opportunity to void your warranty. On several occasions they have suggested repairs that were not broken, confirmed by multiple other auto shops. One time I got an oil change, only to find it almost empty days later. That was the last insult. I went here for so long because I had a line of credit. Now I would rather walk then take any of my cars back there.

The mechanics are rude. First time Ive ever gone to this Firestone. it was a hot day so Ill give them three stars rather then two because Im in an understanding mood.

I came into this firestone at 4:30 to get a diagnosis on a howling noise coming from the front end of my car to be greeted with I will be with you when I can. I stood there for 10 minutes while he stapled receipts yet I counted 4 employees sitting on their phones. Im irritated at this point and the associate behind the desk said he couldnt do anything because it was too late in the evening. I asked what time they closed and he replies with 7. The shop had 1 car in their 8 car bay. One of the employees had been sitting right in front of the glass door spitting chew spit on the floor mat. They need to seriously rethink their employee base and work for the customer and do less sitting while on the clock.

Positive review for the wonderful Olympia Firestone shop that saved me hundreds to thousands of dollars. Firestone also prevented further damage to my current engine due to the awful work done by the tumwater jiffy lube. The gentleman at Firestone prevented a blown engine by catching things like the destroyed oil cap that the tumwater jiffy lube kept putting back on my engine, that would of blown my engine.Kevin, the store manager personally assisted me in such a professional and knowledgeable manner, that I was more than impressed. Going as far as to explain why jiffy was wrong and how to tell myself. Example: transmission fluid has a redish tint... And no where on my engine was transmission fluid indicating a leak as jiffy lube claimed. To have a certified mechanic work on my car was a huge difference and I greatly appreciated the work done to ensure my car was running great.Thanks to Kevin and his crew I was able to get my car worries settled for hundreds cheaper. As well as prepare a maintenance plan so I can stay road safe.Firestones honesty may have not won them a huge sale today but they gained a loyal customer that needs her car to keep her heavy traveling job. So I will be returning for proper maintenance from mechanics who dont fear reporting broken parts because they dont break them.That my folks is how you keep your business running :) good old fashion honesty and great customer service! I would not recommend going to this Firestone. This was my first bad experience with Firestone but it has taught me that the mechanics there cannot be trusted.I went there to have new tires put on rims, balanced and put on the car. Long story short: PF tire had 58 weights on it, DF had 12, PR had 0, DR had 2! THAT is not how you balance tires! And it doesnt take a genius to do it or to use his words to let me the customer know that one tire is actually manufactured bad and needs to be returned because it bounces on the rim during balancing. I got half of what I paid returned for a bad job on their behalf but if I cant trust my car with the mechanic I bring it to..

Had an oil change and tire rotation done at this location. After leaving, I noticed some inaccuracies on the paperwork I was given. For one, they had said on the paperwork that my truck is a 4WD, it isnt, and they said that the washer fluid had been topped off, it hadnt and was completely empty. I just let it go, figuring no harm was done and I would not get my oil changed there again. My truck stalled out today and when I took it to a local shop, they informed me that the air filter had not been clipped in correctly the last time it was checked (which was at that oil change visit to Firestone.) Because it wasnt clipped correctly, all sorts of debris has clogged up my engine. $190.00 and a tow later, I have been advised to present a copy of the bill to Firestone. I will update this post when I have their response.

They were about to close so I was about to schedule a $70 noise inspection when Devon, one of the techs said he would go peek at it really quick in the parking lot. He grabbed his flashlight and took a look, saw what looked like a small groove being worn into my rotor and suspected a “squeal clip” which is a $10 inspection charge for a “CVI”. Not sure what all that meant but I scheduled to come in the next morning for the $10 inspection. Devon was here this morning and started the inspection which included removing all the wheels rotating the tires and inflating them properly, he found the problem which was a bent rim behind my rotor scratching the inside of my wheel rim, no permanent damage and an easy fix with a pair of vise grips. Must’ve picked up a rock along the way that got wedged in there long enough to bend it. They wrapped up with a full inspection of my brakes and provided me with all of the quotes needed for a few other things they found. I walked out the door paying $10.87, thanks to Devon! He was super friendly and even escorted me into the garage to show me the problem which I was able to photograph and forward to my husband. I’m driving away happy and my tires feel great :-) Kevin at the front counter was also super friendly and efficient at communicating and answering all my questions, thank you!

I just spoke with Colin on the phone, he was so rude and condescending and ended up hanging up on me! When i told him i was going to think about making an appointment he said, whats there to think about?! Hope a manger sees this and improves their customer service. Will not be using firestone.

Walked into the store today asking about getting an oil change. Clerk asked if I had an appointment, I said I didn’t. He then began to give me a bad time about not having an appointment and wanting a same-day oil change. He continued to try and make me look dumb in front of the other customers, even as I was leaving out the door. Will not return!
