This place is family owned, local gem for outboards and service. I cannot speak highly enough about Brandon. Positive can do attitude and their prices are the best Ive seen in the entire Puget Sound Area. I truly cannot recommend this place enough, and am extremely happy I found them for all my boating/fishing needs!

Purchased a trailer from them and the customer service was better than I could have hoped for. When I ordered it they gave me a realistic timeline of when I could be expecting it. Then, when it got in they called me, asked if I still wanted it, when I would be able to pick it up and had it waiting for me in the parking lot when I arrived.I will be recommending them and back as a customer.

Friendly and helpful staff and they always seem to have better prices and arent as rushed when helping you than the other marine outfitter on the west side of town. When I call with questions they are accommodating and dont just rush you off the phone like the other guys who tell you to come in and see what they have.

The staff at the counter was fast to help and escorted me to the right place that I was looking for.

Nice local boat shop

Shameful. We brought our boat in for relatively minor servicing, got it back, put it in the water and the engine immediately died. We tried to bring it back and and hoped they would see us quicker due to the boat being in worse shape than before. Was in the shop for over a month and was never actually looked at. I tried to share my frustration with the owner several times and she completely dismissed me and hung up. We picked up our boat that day and we will never go there again. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Boat was returned with broken landing gear and grease on the seats. They showed no remorse for the shoddy work and had no respect or compassion for frustrated customers.

If you need parts for anything yamaha and marine most likely they have it. They even surprised themselves at the parts they had for our 1989 and 1993 yamaha waverunners.

These people were nothing short of outstanding, their knowledge and help with our purchase was great! Even after the purchase, question were answered within 24hr or less and help was given promptly, as a customer this kind of help/service was very much appreciated. We looked at several other places as well and were not treated anywhere close to how we were treated here making our decision to choose them to buy our boat that much easier. When we needed to replace filters on our jet & prop motors it was perfect for parts. They have them in stock, I call ahead and they set them out for me & sold us a wrench to help loosen the housing.Wish they were closer to Lakewood. They are worth the drive though.

They did a great job installing a new engine in our boat. Even with the extra parts not originally discussed, the total cost did not exceed the original quote. How ever the repair took about 2 weeks longer then expected and even with repeated phone calls to find out when the repair would be completed no information on why it was delayed or new estimated time of completion was offered. In person they are very friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service! Brought our boat here a few times. One time the winterized our boat and broke the door to the bathroom, got fuel stabilizer all over the side of our boat and they had our boat for 2.5 weeks and couldnt even get the bunks re carpeted. Then when Paul was confronted about it, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never bring our boat there again.

Decent products, extremely overpriced and impatient customer service. Winterization quotes over double the 3 other places in town for same service.. I agree with other comments. Someone open a boat store and make these guys work for it.

Poor customer service, price gauging big time, and owner (Paul) seems to enjoy taking advantage of you. Tried to go local and support local company, but when his price was 3 times that of what could be bought on Amazon, we walked away and bought elsewhere. Not sure how they can sleep at night screwing people like they do. very sad.

Poor parts sales, never answer the phone, never call back, and total jerks if you complain about the lack of help or the fact they hardly stock anything. They are VERY quick to just tell you to go elsewhere if you have any suggestions to better be helped, they never take any responsibility they just blame you, as you can see by their reply accusing me of using profanity, as if they know who I am my experience was last week.

Brandon (sales) lied to me so many times I lost count. The owner (Paul something) had no interest in rectifying these issues. I wouldn’t recommend U.S. Marine to anyone, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.” The weirdest thing, there is a smell in the showroom/office area that is extremely offensive, much like open sewer.

Quoted a few hours for repairs, took 9 weeks. Also quoted $250, cost almost $700. Oh, and they wont call to let you know the changes. If you call them for an update theyll tell you a couple more days until you stop calling.
