Oh Bath & Body Works. The Costco of candles. You walk in Costco for one item and leave with a bag of cat litter. You have no cat.Same thing as Bath & Body Works. You walk in for one amazing Fall or Winter or Spring or Summer candle. Next thing you know you have the cute candle holder, the sanitizer, the sanitizer holder and some hand soap. Also the hand soap holder and now a wallflower. What is a wallflower? You have no idea yet you grab one just in case. Then you find you have body wash and shower gels.When the kind helper asks if you need a bag as you walk in, just take one. Youll need it. Saves the walk of shame later for one as you juggle all your 3 wick candles.

Stinky place. Luckily more good smells rather than bad, very expensive for the one sense of smell. :)

I really love when they have their sales so a customer can stock up on what they may need. When you go to their store the employees are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. If a customer shops online they make it so easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I find it harder to shop online though because I just have to smell all of the new scents!

I recently moved to Olympia and decided to shop at the Capital Mall. Although this Bath & Body Works store is much smaller than the Tacoma Malls store, the product displays are beautiful as always. I appreciated the employee who made me feel very welcomed and informed and she even asked for my name. That truly showed me good customer service! Since there was a good deal going on, I bought into the deal.

Im giving it two stars because they wont accept BBW coupons from the website even if it says you can use it online and in-store. I was told this by the cashier, I then asked a manager and she said the same thing; I was surprised and was disappointed that they didnt accept coupons from the official BBW website. They said they accepted the coupons that comes in the mail. This makes no sense especially if the coupons from the website have barcodes which they said the website doesnt...not true.If the information given is incorrect, the employees at this location needs to be retrained. I use coupons on the website in Chicago and other states Ive traveled to so I was very shocked. Good luck.

This company is the BEST! My daughter sent me a gift set on Mother’s Day, but I’m not too fond of the scent. I just called them to see if I could exchange it (I live in a small town 100 miles away and don’t get to town very often), and she said “Sure!! We want you to be happy with our products!”Man, that is how you run a great business. I’m even happier that I’ve spent a lot of money at their stores in the past. Customer for life!!!

LOVE coming here. Always super clean and organized. The staff there is always very sweet, kind, and genuine. I cannot express enough my gratitude for their dedication to their customers, always trying to score us the absolute best deals and being extremely generous with their return policy. Its unbelievable- in a good way. There is one employee I see all the time and I feel bad that I am so bad with names, but she has reddish, curly hair and she always makes my visits so pleasant. Super helpful staff. I am always helped immediately when I enter the store. They are constantly rotating product and have amazing deals (like buy 3 get 2) going on all year. Amazing scents. I stop by here almost every time I go to capital mall.

Pretty much identical to every other Bath and Body. However, what made this such a great experience is that I wanted a wallflower that was being displayed but I couldnt find. The employee I asked helped me look, then looked in the back, and finally pulled down the display for me when another couldnt be found. It was great.

Great sale happening on lotions there today! Lots of people in there shopping, though, so be prepared to bump shoulders with strangers. Long line checking out, too. But you can expect that during the holiday season anywhere you go, so not really much they can do about that. The employees were friendly and helpful and I am happy with the selection and products available.

Friendly staff. Havent visited in a while. Nice selection of fragrances. Candles, lotions body wash, body mist and car scents. They have other products too. This store is easy to navigate, clean, bright and pleasant.

I love going to this location when i am in the area. they have scents that are only at limited locations and they are always very helpful and courteous. if they find a bottle that looks like its been opened or is defective they grab you another one.

It was ok . when I ask workers if an item couldbe hiding in drawers and they dont look like in the past most do its a problem for me

Whats up with the customer service here, it is rad! Always someone around for question. Check out can get a little crowded at times, but no biggie. Lots of variety.

Everything was organized nicely, had a great selection and employees were attentive BUT I will say it was very annoying when the employees were brown nosing me. Deceptive, lazy saleswoman. I specifically asked her if the items I was buying were part of the sale, she said yes but when I looked at my receipt it wasnt correct. While trying to fix the issue she had an attitude and then I discover I was still rang up incorrectly. I was tired and gave up at that point. Its annoying to get attitude for someone elses error.
