My 94 year old mother had a windshield seal failure on her 25 year old Toyota Camry. I told Steve that she couldnt afford an expensive fix do to her income. They set us up with an appointment to assess damage. Steve had told me it could go over $700 to fix if there was rust involved. I got a call 4 hours after dropping car off, that it was ready for pickup. I arrived with checkbook in hand and fearing it could break her bank account. Swallowed hard and walked into pay the bill. Steve told me there was no charge and my eyes welled up. Not a dime??? Who does that in this day and age?I am amazed that there are still businesses like this. For ever grateful and will recommend your shop until my last day...

I had this place replace my windshield on my Toyota 3 times. First time they put a glass that look kinda smeary (like a fun house mirror) I told them they said we’ll replace it for free since it’s under warranty great! The second time they replaced it glass was fine but my collision braking system light was coming on. They had me bring the car in to look at it and had to redo the glass again. The light was still on after the third time replacing the glass. They said go to Toyota so they can reset my computer systems in my car. They paid the dealership so I didn’t have to pay anything there. After that, everything was fixed no problems. 2 weeks later I get a rock chip. Went back to ask if they could just repair it so it wouldn’t spread they did it for free. I think my luck going here was unfortunate that it had to be replaced so many times and sometimes an inconvenience but they were nice and they fixed my windshield until it was done right. And I only had to pay for one windshield replacement everything else was under warranty.

Brought my classic Chevy truck to these guys after I was referred from a local classic truck parts store. Absolute professionals who gladly took on the task of replacing my truck windshield after a nasty rock chip and crack. It was real easy to get my truck in, they were extremely friendly to work with, and they did an absolute beautiful job on a challenging repair. They quoted me about $40 less than Safelite. They dont offer mobile service which was a bummer but at the end of the day it saved me nearly $100 by avoiding the mobile service fee, disposal fee, taxes, etc

Great prices, easy scheduling, good windshield. Update: (1 month later) the warranty covered the rock chip I received a today. They fixed it within minutes of me pulling up. Was back on the road less than 30 minutes later. Friendly staff and always appreciate when someone can find reverse on a manual VW GTI without hesitation! :)

Ive had a couple of windows replaced here. Both times, they managed to get me in quickly and did quality work. The windshield on my fit has cracked three times when I had it worked on at other places. This ones still going, and it comes with a lifetime warranty! And for my last window replacement, they managed to squeeze me in right before lunch and save me a 4 hour wait. Its much appreciated!

Amazing service!

My car was sent to them for a replacement windshield, and the car came back looking great. However, the trim panels around the windshield were broken during removal and/or reinstallation, so they did a quick mickey mouse fix, that is not working, and my trim panels are trying to fly off as I drive down the road. I was much less than pleased about this. I understand things happen during vehicle repairs, but trying to cover it up with a half assed fix, and not informing the customer that there was an issue is a big problem in my book.Steve was great about getting back to me, and working with me to resolve the issue, really a great guy, and I would absolutely do business with them again.

I had my car scheduled for another glass shop and when I went there a lady named Courtney told me it was the wrong shop but she said she’ll have the guys work on it for free. Definitely would recommend everyone to go there!!

Very helpful front desk and repair tech, fast service. Filled a rock chip in my windshield in about 15 minutes, and it was free because I had State Farm auto insurance. Awesome!

Great place to get your glass on your car replaced

AMAZING GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS! While looking out your windshield, to the left on the body of my Acura a piece of the car called the A-Pillar came detached by all its clips except the bottom clip. It was annoying because as you drive the piece is caught by the wind and would stand out away from the car. I did not know how to fix it and so I taped it until I could figure it out. 5 months later I was referred to Auto Glass Pros. They took me to work after I dropped off my car and did not charge me for the repair. They were AMAZING! Highly recommend them. Dont go anywhere else!

Best place in town! My winshield got hit by a very large rock on I-5 amd cracked almost instantly. We called around and got some estimates and they were the most reasonable (220 bucks). They did a great job with the replacement. About three months later I got hit by another rock but this time it only chipped. I called in to get an estimate and the fixed it for free because I was a customer! Its very hard to find businesses like this in todays world! Thanks for the great service. I WILL be back!!

Made we wait a week for an appointment then brought it over and arranged an extra ride etc. and they told me they did not want to fix my rear truck window, didnt explain why. Took it to Tacoma glass specialists and they fixed it pronto.
