I am on hold for the pharmacy, so far 38 minutes. Unfortunately this seems to be the protocol. Trying to pick up a prescription a day ago I listened to the phone system 3 call on hold for pharmacy then 4 on hold, then 5 on hold and then 6 on hold. When I left the pharmacy I assume the number continued to go up since I never saw anyone pick up a call. There was no option to leave a message or request a call back. This is unacceptable.

I agree, there are some extremly rude employees at this pharmacy . In defence there are also some very helpful, and polite . But even ruder is the women who seems to always be working in the cosmetics dept., at front of store, near bathrooms. She has fairly short, platinum blonde hair.Useally working on Sat. morning. She is also a huge lier. She also made comment to a stock person (female) about women going to bathroom.I could not hear exactly what was said, but stock girls just said I dont know and walked away. I have reported her to the headoffice and two, mangs of the store . On one occasstion she walked right up to phamacy window beside me, and preseeded to speak about me useing floor sample of colone. If it is not to be use, them remove it from display . Do not make an issue of something that is not an issue . Yet I see nothing has been done about her behavior. She goes thou store talking to fellow employees about customers right out loud, and in front of them. In any employeement field, this is grounds for dismissile. I stopped getting precriptions filled at this store because of her actions . I see others refuse to use this store also .Some say customer training is needed in all cvs stores. Its a far cry from the peoples I worked at in the 80,s (Yes CVS use to be named peoples drug store) . Even my doc. made comment about other patients complents of this store.

Pharmacy refused to fill prescription of Ivermectin which my doctor had prescribed to me. They said it will not help with Covid-19 despite tons of supporting data and medical studies which were sent to them from my doctor. I understand a pharmacist has a right to deny filling a prescription but they weren’t even willing to look at supporting evidence.

Ive been using this pharmacy for many years. I have found the pharmicists and staff to be very helpful in filling perscriptions and answering questions. This is a very active pharmacy.

They actively ignore phone calls in the pharmacy. I was hold for 30 min before I gave up. Went in and as I was waiting I heard the calls on good with 5 people ignoring them.

I bought a product on Saturday and paid for a part of it with Extra Bucks and put the receipt in the register when asked. When came back to exchange for a different shade I was told that they would return the original item and give me a gift card which could be used to purchase the correct shade. When he rung it up it was almost 3 dollars less than what I paid. When asked he and his manager (I think) said that when you return with no receipt you get the sale price BUT the item wasn’t on sale. Then another employee said that it gave the lowest price for the season. I asked where it said that but that went unheard. So when I left I looked up the receipt policy...this is what CVS.com stated: “Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit”. If I was just trying to get a refund for the item then they would give the lowest price on 60 days. But I was asking for an exchange. So I paid $3 extra for a product due to the lack of knowledge and complete lack of customer service. They didn’t even try to make it right. I will be contacting corporate CVS to complain. I know it’s just $3 but what if they do that for a $50 difference. If you don’t know the policies of your company then don’t work there. I will never return to this store.

I was having countless issues refilling my medications. They were slammed busy but still got me sorted out inna timely fashion and got everything straightened out. I applaud this staff these Healthcare workers are slammed and they deffinitly were putting in the work to meet everyones needs. 5 stars from me

I just went to take my 2 years old baby passport picture and two male employees took there take and were very kind making my baby boy smile because he was really fussy and really having a hard time taking him a picture with this pandemic time. Yet, I’m really thankful for the great service they made and may they be blessed. Thank you.

If it was possible, it would be less than 1. I made a 11:45 appointment for a flu shot. Upon arrival I was told that the flu shot Person would not be in until 12 and that patients would be taken in the order they arrived even those without appointments. In addition, a patient is required to wait in the prescription drop off line which significantly adds to the wait as well. If you have time to wait, I am sure it is fine but don’t bother with an appointment.

Went there for my Flu shot - stood at the Flu shot desk for 20 minutes, there were pharmacy staff supposedly working until I asked if I could get a flu shot then only I was attended to. The shot given was right at the top of my arm (never had one done like that before) - dont know if the male nurse knew what he was doing and it has caused me a lot of discomfort which I never experienced before. NEVER AGAIN GOING TO CVS OLNEY FOR A FLU SHOT.

Visited the CVS today was greeted by the store manager I’m assuming tall Caucasian gentleman.He than asked if I needed help, I replied no at 1st but 2 minutes into shopping I went over to ask for some help and then his attitude flipped. He mentioned in an unpleasant voice that he was doing six things at once and started to mumble very unprofessional, he than started yelling for someone else in a rude manner. His response towards me asking for help was very unprofessional I was taken aback back. Not professional and no customer service here.

I have so many complaints about this store, and CVS in general, that I hardly know where to begin. I will limit my comments to a couple of areas:1 - items are put on sale such that the buyer MUST buy multiple units to obtain sale pricing. Regular pricing VERY HIGH. Grossly unfair to consumers.2 - items are put on sale and NEVER in stock. I sometimes wonder if this is a form of bait and switch? Drag you into the store to try to sell a MUCH more expensive brand/model.3 - Customer service is virtually NON-existent.I am a Pharmacist by training ... I have NEVER seen a worse managed Pharmacy!

This pharmacy continues to impress me with its complete ineptitude. Inability to fill prescriptions on time (promised 30 minutes and still not filled hours later). Inability to process insurance properly causing me to go back and forth and make calls to my insurance myself to resolve the issue for them. What a shitshow

Friendly, fast, service. Always ready to help. Love the drive through. Love the text or phone alerts when prescriptions are ready. Love that you can get 90 day mail order prices and pick up right away at the pharmacy.

I have been on hold for over an hour to refill a simple perscription. This is the third time within three months that this has happened to me. I will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I cannot understand why a customer has to wait longer than three minutes to talk to the pharmacy. If this department is understaffed, this problem needs to be fixed.The store manager needs to be reprimanded as well.

The 24 hour convenience is great. I used to purchase at this CVS all the time as I loved their self-checkout. Then they removed self-checkout when they renovated and I am no longer a regular customer because of that. CVSs across the country are the worst drug stores in terms of checkout experience. For some reason they all seem to be slow and disorganized up at the register. This one is no exception but pulled ahead of the pack by implementing self-checkouts. So it was sad to see them take away that convenience. It cost them my business except when I need something late and nobody else is open.

I just stood in line for 15 minutes in the consultation area while there were over seven staff members behind the counter without anyone even addressing me at all. New customers would come to other lines and they would assist them yet I was completely ignored. Ive always been treated well here when I had on my scrubs or business suit so Im hoping this didnt occur just because Im a person of color that had on sweatpants and a t-shirt. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

Horrible!!! I called to check on a prescription and was on hold for over 45 minutes and never go through. I called them from my house phone and talked to someone in the store and told them I was trying to check on a prescription. She said she would let them know I am holding and transfered me and still in the hold oasis.... Horrible customer service!!!!!

Dropped off an rx and I said I would wait. Tech said it would be about 15 -20 mins. Checked back in after 25 mins and the tech said it would be another 20 mins. I told him that I had been waiting 25 mins. He said he would “rush” it and it would be another 15 mins. C’mon CVS! You can do better than this. Lots of other pharmacies in the area, Rite Aide, Walgreens.

Went to drop off a prescription for my daughter. They could not guarantee that they would have it in time (four days later). I told them I needed a guarantee which they could not give me as it was for my daughter after surgery. Jocelyn was the one who helped me and I felt she was rude and disrespectful. I did not appreciate it and will be taking my future prescriptions elsewhere. Customer service is no longer expected I guess. Very disappointing.

The pharmacist in the pharmacy that assisted me was an african american male who was very unprofessional and didn’t give me the right medicines and lost my prescription for my medicine that the my doctor gave me and I was unable to get my medicine!! I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 5 years and I was never dealt in this manner of professionalism. And this is not the way it should be specially in this profession. This was really unacceptable!!

Absolutely horrible. Just too many mistakes and incompetence. My regular CVS did not have Rx in stock (I was in pain and could not wait) so I had it transferred over. The pharmist called over to make sure it was in stock. I drove directly over and counter person there said out of stock. I said impossible, they just confirmed. Pharmist in back, looked and saw they did have some. 2 weeks later on another Rx again regular pharamacy said 1 week to get in stock. I again transferred it. When I showed up, no we do not have that order. I insisted to check, they found it and said oh, here it is. Did you want it filled ?. What an idiot! OF COURSE I WANT IT FILLED. The order was for 3 months (180 units), pharmasist suggested take 1 month now and come back, I agreed (MISTAKE!). Got home and the bottle said NO REFILLS, 1 month supply only. Have to go back to DR for another Rx, but his time Ill use RiteAid down the road. They are MUCH better. This is only the latest bad experience with CVS, I give up on giving them a second chance.

Standard CVS (meh.) Good pharmacists! *exceedingly busy* pharmacy counter.There are frequently long lines at the pharmacy counter, which sometimes -- not always -- can make the drive-through a good option.I give Pharmacy Staff an unquestionable 5. The pharmacists are *always* very busy. I have never seen any place -- especially in retail -- with a staff that works 100% of the time with such focus & energy, as they do just keeping up with the Rx demand. To their great credit, they are always able to set their great intensity aside as needed to assist customers.That said, I dont envy the staff. This store has a booming pharmacy business, but the pharmacy side seems like it must be a burn-out operation. I get a feeling that CVS management is squeezing every drop of blood they can out of them.I come here pretty regularly and at a variety of times in the day, as our insurance uses CVS drug coverage & we have some ongoing prescriptions. The view is always the same.Aside from the drug counter & OTC section, theres nothing noteworthy. All the quality & value of a souped up 7-11.One Warning! If you can, avoid visiting after 10pm. If OSHA were to measure it, Im sure the front door alert chime would require hearing protection. Its ridiculously loud.

I like that this is open 24/7. Sometimes sick kids need something at 1am. The pharmacy gets busy from 3pm to 10pm. They have a thankless job and they do great under the circumstances. I took off 1 star because they bungled the new Credit Card chip. They force you to put a pin, even though you dont need one for a CC transaction. Their response was that even CC transactions need pin. Check your receipt, they still ran it as a debit transaction. SMH

I think this pharmacy is by far the slowest and the worst pharmacy is the entire country. The staff moves like sloths every time I come, does not matter if you are Ilin store or drive thru. Make sure to carve out atleast an hour if you plan to pickup a prescription.

I can’t imagine why this location only averages 2.7 stars. I’ve just moved from South Florida where any of these negative comments would be status quo. I’ve been in this CVS twice now and received wonderful customer service.

What a dysfunctional pharmacy! A phone call takes more than 50 minutes. Pharmacy paid online is not delivered. No one at CVS in Olney cares about customers.
