I have had my current mattress for 25 years and decided it was time to purchase a new one. I was dreading shopping for a new mattress and was going to go to the place i went to for my last one, but Mattress Warehouse in Olney is closer to where I live so I decided to go there first than to the other place and comparison shop. Charles was the salesman at Mattress Warehouse and was he GREAT!! Luckily, I was the only customer because I often take a long time to make a decision, and Charles was very patient while I tried out probably 1/3 of the beds in the store. He dd a computerized assessment and explained what type of bed would be best for me according to the assessment & the way I lay. He is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and as I said, very patient. He did not seem put out at all by my endless questions or going from one bed to another and even trying some more than once. Also, it is very clean as he provided a mattress liner for me to lay on that i put on each mattress before laying down so that I was not directly on the mattress. I walked out of there the owner of a new bed without going anywhere else to comparison shop. Charles has a great personality and has a good sense of humor. He actually made shopping for a mattress fun.

From start to finish this was a five star experience. From our initial call with Mariam to the white glove delivery, we are so pleased. Mariam spent time on the phone with us helping suggest a few mattresses based on what we did not like about our old one. She set up a private consultation since we did not want to shop during the pandemic. Our educated and professional sales associate, Rose, was kind and did not rush us or push us into a sale. She let us take our time while the store was open only to us. We found a mattress after many tries. Rose stayed in contact with us even following delivery. We have a challenging driveway set-up but she called the manager and we communicated the best way for the truck to arrive. The drivers followed all instructions and we had no issues. They were masked and wore booties. I was in contact with Rose after delivery to ask about a ripple in the mattress. She said it was normal and would fall by later today. It was so reassuring to have Rose help us. Thanks for an easy, stress free experience. We look forward to great sleeping! My only suggestion is for the OLNEY store is to get a new phone or have the line checked. There seems to be a problem with static/loud noises and I was told many times they could not hear me.

I had an excellent experience at the Olney MD location. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a mattress to go see Charles. He knows everything about all the mattresses, wont try to pressure you into a sale and will fight for you if something doesnt go right with the delivery, warranty or even his district manager.

Charles helped us out and was very thorough with explaining and helping us make a decision. Delivery was prompt and the gentlemen who installed were very professional. We needed two beds but wanted to spread out the cost, so we got one this go around. Charles will see us back in two months to get another bed! Job well done!

We are just moving back to our house from being out because of a fire. And they missed the delivery twice !! Hopefully they don’t screw it up today....

Charles was great was very helpful an very professional a pleasant experience very happy with my new bed.

I cant blame the individual sales person in the Olney branch. Our experience was poor due to the defective mattresses and the way tour customer service team handled the situation. Since I have already told this story twice I wont go into great detail. Long story short; you sold us two defective mattresses and hid behind the manufacturers warranty. If after having such an awful experience all your company will do is provide what the manufacturer provides I see no value in your company. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any mattresses from your company again.
