Good store, nice entrance. The cafe is a wonderful addition to Target, however it is usually closed. Checkout sometimes is a hassle, usually goes by fast though. Inventory can be a bit better, always out of something. Great quality.

Nice staff. Clean store and restrooms. You can get most anything you need here. Lots of checklanes and they even have self checkout. Tasty Starbucks too. I would definitely recommend this place.

So this is a little different than a normal shopping experience. I was with my mom & my 4 year old. Unfortunately my mom fell in the way in she did hit pretty hard and was bleeding on the side of her face. [She is fine]. As I was checking on her the target security and some of the workers came out to check on us. I didnt wear my jacket and I was cold. They went and got me a jacket from their locker room and they also checked on my 4 year old and got him juice and a cookie. They talked to him and made sure he wasnt scared. Fireman ambulance and police officer came. Everyone that was involved was very kind to us and for that Im appreciative. I got what I needed and was able to checkout without having to wait long.

Some of the lights in the parking lot have been out for about a month now if not longer. Very hard to see at night. Hope this is remedied soon.

So I go to this Target all the time and it’s never a bad experience,but a man I never seen there before(Ronald)really went above and beyond. I never fill these out but the experience was so pleasant in a time of isolation I just had to tell someone!!

Stopped by for a few items and found what I was looking for. Store appeared in good order and used the self check out which I prefer when only having a few items. Didn’t have any employee interactions but to be fair I wasn’t in need of assistance. Overall good experience.

Love everything about it but if you by a game card where you just type a code and the for a game.Don’t get one from here because when you go to the wed site it says to go to it doesn’t work and it just won’t work even on a computer. I tried both and you can’t return the card after wards even if you don’t get it.

Not a little bad spot to go if you are in the olive branch area. Most of the employees are very nice and willing to help you on the spot I would say the only thing is is that they run out of things very quickly because it is very heavily shopped. Overall I am usually in and out in less than 30 minutes and the lines only take about three minutes max to get through.

The staff is always respectful, helpful, and in good spirits. Also, unlike other stores Ive visited, everytime I enter and exit there is an associate sanitizing the baskets. That gives me a piece of mind knowing they are doing their best to keep consumers safe during these challenging times.

I just love the way Target stores are organized, the reason I gave it a seven is because they are out of stock on certain items a lot. Being it been the holiday season I feel that they should have been more prepared for big orders.

Great experience everytime I visit this location. This store has everything I need upon each visit much unlike the Hornlake location. The lady in the body care department with speech difficulties always smiles so big and is happy to help even though we have communication problems. She is most definitely an asset to your team.

Me and my wife went in last Tuesday and we had the most wonderful experience! The saleswoman in the baby department helped tremendously. Her name, I believe was Christy!! Christy was knowledgeable and more than willing to help my wife and I find exactly what we needed and pulled furniture out of the backroom for us. Ive never had such a great experience. The infant area looked like trash a few months ago and we are amazed at how different and organized it looks now. Thank you Christy for all your help! Target will now be where we shop for all our baby needs!

I want to take my time out of today to recognize one of your specific team members at this location...I decided to come into this store on 1/31/2020 to browse for decorative throw pillows for my new home that I am currently decorating. I have been having a difficult time searching for the right pillows to match my new living room set. I have searched at many other retail stores, but yet to find a large variety to choose from within my budget. I do not shop very often at target but since my last experience I had at this location.. I will be returning!I am disabled so of course as I entered the store I grabbed a disabled basket to browse with. I went towards the home section in the store as I turned the corner a young lady by the name Addie greeted me with a welcoming smile! She asked if there was anything particular she could help me find. Of course, I started in about my new home how I was searching for pillows to match my new set.She lead me to the decorative throw pillow isle. My first impression was “ Wow! So many colors to choose from!” The young lady was very thoughtful on giving me her recommendations on which pillows I should purchase after I described my theme. She also showed me the variety of throw blankets to match and the section of living room rugs and lamps.(Me being disabled, I am not the type of customer who likes to get back out to drive the extra mile to return an item that unfortunately did not meet my needs after all.) She lead me to another section in the department of more throw pillows to choose from...She grabbed many different variety’s for me from the shelves informed me on the product details/prices/promotions and customer reviews about the products she was showing me within the Target mobile app! (Which made my shopping experience much more helpful and much easier!)What topped my shopping experience off... she introduced me to “see it in my space” in the mobile app as well, which I had NO clue about or how to use! With no hesitation, she demonstrated how to use this helpful tool in the app(when I got home) using my mobile camera by aiming towards the space in my home I want to place the product I wish to buy. This helpful tool showed me the 3D/Augmented reality view of the product displayed on my couch just from my cell phone!!! I received helpful information how to place an online order pick up in case one day I didn’t feel like getting out my car (or beating the crowd lol).I wholeheartedly thanked this sweet young lady(who seemed very busy when she approached me) for going above and beyond than I least expected!!! She is most definitely a prime example of a great asset to your team!! Great customer service takes your business to the next level, and ensure your success. Without making your customers feel valued, you can loose out on tons of repeat business and referrals. My wife and I had trouble locating an item. We spoke to Melaka who in my opinion, personified great customer service. She not only was very helpful but extremely courteous.

During my visit on 12/12 I went to check out with an overflowing basket. There was only ONE register open and the line was 20 deep! I asked for a manager since I did not want, nor feel I should have to self check this many items. I asked if they would open another register. She said she did not have anyone on staff to do so. This was a Thursday night...at Christmas!! Not good customer service.

Clothes are pretty great quality for the price. I’ve gotten multiple items of clothing here and they’ve lasted through quite a bit of everyday wear & tear. Their pet toys and treats selection is pretty good too. Their nail polish/nail care stuff is good also. They have pretty good quality polishes for only a couple dollars (Sinful Colors, Sally Hansen X-Treme Wear) Will definitely keep shopping here.

The worst I was calling to see if they had a specific chair their phone kept hanging up when you try to reach a certain department the phone hang up . I called like 10 times after being irritated i in up going to target just to see if they had the chair and they did the only thing wasn’t sure if the would’ve it so I didn’t bother renting a truck . Long story short the lady who got the chair for said I could pay for the chair and come back with a truck I’m like ok she had a team member to take it to guest service I get to guest service and another lady saying I can’t pay for it like that at this point my head is hurting and I’m back irritated . All I’m saying is fix the phones and have your team members on on accord, smh . I in up her aving to put the chair on hold til I got back

One of my fave stores! Although sometimes can be a little pricey, still has great deals. On trend items from home decor to clothes to toys and everything in between! Conviently located off Goodman rd. Lots of parking and other great stores in the immediate vicinity!

GREAAAT MANAGEMENT!! I accidentally left my 2year old daughters blacker in the cart that she has slept with EVERY NIGHT. This was completely my fault of course. By the time I realized the blanket was lost and got to target it was 10:37. They had been closed for quite some time. I waited out front until I saw somebody and luckily I did. When the manager saw me jumping up and down in front of the door like a maniac(which I’m sure he thought I was a psycho) I told him what the problem was and you could tell he instantly and genuinely cared about my situation which is rare in this world. He said that he would do everything he could to find it but unfortunately all his team was gone which I understood and was about to go home but he stopped me and told me to give him a few minutes just to check the store. He ran out with the blanket I described to him and IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS BLANKET!!! I literally could not stop smiling and he proved to me there were still great people in this world me and my family WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVEN IF THE PRICES ARE HIGHER FROM THIS POINT. I can not describe how much this experience meant to me because she literally has slept with this blanket EVERY NIGHT since birth and is now 3. And would have been the first night she didn’t because her father was careless and forgot the blanket. I would have felt HORRIBLE but this young man literally saved my life and I am in complete debt to him. It’s the little things that mean the most and I cannot thank him enough. You will forever have my families business and we will never forget this experience. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH

Awesome employees. They held a Nintendo Switch for me as I drove hour and a half to pick it up. Very thankful. This was the only Switch in the whole area. Very grateful!

Great shopping experience except the food court employee was MIA (for over an hour, we kept checking back waiting to find someone) and nothing until time for the food court to close, then she popped up only to close up shop. And from all the shopping..we were a bit hungry!!

***I would mark zero stars if possible**The question asked why I rated my experience as I did....Because after I placed the order thinking I could pick the items up the next day and even called the exact store to verify this, I get an email that two items must be shipped and will not arrive until after I need them. When my husband arrives at the store to pick up the third item today, they tell him there is no record of the transaction in the system. I plainly have email confirmation that I have ordered these items. They tell him they dont know how he could get his money back and that was about all the help they could offer. So when he calls me, I check the order online. It shows the two items are being shipped, one when I was told, one even later, but guess what?!?! The third item that is suppose to be ready for pickup shows that it was picked up yesterday!! Uh, no it wasnt!! The confirmation said someone would have to show photo id to pick up order. I put my husbands full name in. You mean to tell me someone with the same first, middle, and last name happened by and knew my order number...I dont think so!

Usually i have great customer service here but this store no employee greets you or ask can i help you find something. The cashier that checked me out was to into her text message on her cell phone to even greet me, or offer me a red card. To top it off i did not get a receipt for my purchase. Love Target but might have to shop at one tyat more customer friendly.

Just a quick stop but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The clothes had been rambled through and disorganized, but it is St Patricks weekend. Other than that, the store was very clean and sectioned out so you could easily find your department.

Standard Target fare. There are targets with more stuff around, but works for the majority of things. The grocery section is lacking, I rarely can just stick to target without having to go to a Kroger as well. Fresh Market on the way will put a dent in it.

The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked with the items I was looking for, and several employees asked me if they could help me find something, and there were enough checkouts open that I got out quickly. The barista at the Starbucks in Target was very efficient, and my Java Chip frappuccino I ordered was delicious. Great shopping experience.

I absolutely love Target! I enjoy each and every experience at this location! The store changed their toy section around sometime recently and I was having difficulties locating a specific toy but a young women named Crystal noticed how lost I must have looked. She offered to help me by looking up the toy for my grandson and took me directly to the aisle, locating it and even loaded it in my cart for me. Crystal also mentioned they had a toy clearance section in the back of the store and I was able to find several other items 50% off. I thanked her for the direction to the clearance and then she also recommended the Target Red Card Debit card to save money that day and all future trips as well. I was able to sign up when checking out using my checking account the same day and saved $19! Who doesnt like to save money?

Definitely a one star target. Not because of inventory or cashiers or anything like that, I’m sure they’re great. But today, as I was shopping in the boys section, a manager came thru and found the associate working in that area and began to verbally reprimand her, loudly, for all to hear. He never once said “hey let’s talk in the office.” No, he just continued on and on berating her and telling her personal business out in front of everyone. He was so unprofessional, I felt sorry for the girl. I left the store without making a purchase and took my business elsewhere. He was way out of line.

Convenient and quick!

For this place to have been as busy as it was (tax free weekend + back to school time), it was still clean, the shelves were not empty, everything was mostly in the place it shouldve been, and all emoyees were all hands on deck. Good job, folks!
