I am a first time bike owner and of course I have had some questions that other bike owners would probably know but I don’t. Phil is patient with me and has never turned me away without fixing my problem. His team is awesome and do good work.

Everytime I come here, whether it be for sales, service or parts, the staff is always very courteous and trys to get me in and out in a timely manner! I have never once had a bad experience here and will continue to be a loyal customer!

This is a review strictly on the customer service I and my family have received. First off The lady who answers the phone for Yamaha talks so fast that you can’t understand what she is saying. So I told her what I was calling for and then she repeats Her self with an attitude and slower like I am a child or some special ed person that is hard with comprehension. 2nd thing we came in to get some parts for Yamaha and they forgot to bag up the spark plugs we needed so after we paid and left the store we realized they weren’t there. They did end up giving us our spark plugs when we came back up there with our receipt but added the sly comment, “ oh are you sure they forgot to give it to you? because I don’t know how that could have happened.” Just horrible customer service id rather drive the extra 40 min to southaven to go that Yamaha store where my family and I are treated with respect and our money is appreciated.

I have bought 10 units from olive branch motor sports over the years. This is the only place I will buy from. I always feel welcomed when I go there. They have always got right on my things if I had any warranty work. I will highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond to make your experience with them wonderful. I purchased a new Cam-am spyder from a dealer in another state. The out of state dealer for got to finish putting the bike together.I stopped by Olive Branch and they fixed it right away. I inquied about buying a new RZR Side by SideAt $27,000 while searching online.I decided to fill out the credit application so I could see the percentage rate the loan would be. After almost finishing the application, I decided to NOT to do this online and do this in person instead. I never applied for credit, I never finished the appication.2 days later, the finance department calls me at work and states to me they RAN MY CREDIT APPLICATION but, need the rest of my information to finish the application so they can run it AGAIN???This put a hard inquiry on my credit report, which lowers your score! I didnt apply!! But, they ran it anyway!Watch out for these money hungry beast, they dont care about you. The man on the phone when I called about this gave me an attitude, because i wouldnt give him the rest of my information to run the application again.Ill purchase this RZR elsewhere now!

Passing through town I picked up a nail in my rear tire. After calling 4 other local shops I found the service I was looking for here. Brought the bike in the next morning and they were as good or better in person as they were on the phone. Straight shooters - no b.s. If I lived in town this place would be my go to 100%

No stars on this one sorry. We bought a brand new Polaris sportsman an was told by the salesman that our first service would be free after 20 hours. When we brought it in the front desk said they would never do that. The salesman was a church member of the guy that recommended we go there to purchase.

My out of state buying experience at this store is excellent. Jeremy treated me professionaly and helps me over the phone from start to finish purchasing and also shipping my bike to New Jersey. His descriptions of the bike (M109R) is like I WAS THERE looking at it. It was perfectly described to me over the phone. I highly recommend this store. So guys dont hessitate to stop by at this store if you are looking for the best deal for a motorcycle or anything they have in the store. They dont bite your pocket.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Can-Am quad from OBM. Phil (owner) & Tish were very patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy like some other dealers Ive dealt with. The night that I came to browse they stayed open almost an hour after closing to accomodate my schedule, then did the same for me the night I made my purchase. Phil spent a lot of time filling me in on my machine, how to care for it, and even giving me opinions on aftermarket gear. They have a great looking facility/showroom and a good selection of brands and models. Its hard to find dealers these days that are customer oriented so I was very impressed to get that treatment. OBM you have a new loyal customer. Ill see you when its time for my next machine!
