Even though I have not been to Desoto for service they get 5 stars!I had a rear tire showing cord and called them to see if they could fix it but it is Saturday almost 5pm.Phillip in the service dept could not nicer or more helpfulIf they are like this on the phone just imagine what in person is like.have been nocer

I had an issue with a bike that I purchased (Different Location) and had taken it to Desoto Honda in Olive Branch to have fixed. The level of service was outstanding. Will the service manager was very helpful and always keep me in the loop as to the status of my bike. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I will definitely go back there to purchase and have items fixed. Keep up the good work Guys!

Purchased a new 2014 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. Phil (owner/mgr) and his staff are awesome. Their prices are good--certainly in line with everyone around here, but I am far more interested in after-sales service than initial price. Will, their factory-trained serviceman for Can-Am, has been with OB for years, and is great. He has forgotten more about bikes than Ill ever know. Prior to that I had purchased a Yamaha Royal Star Venture from an individual and for 10 years OB Yamaha/Suzuki provided service for it even though I did not purchase it from them. Phil, his financial managers, sales team, and service dept. are straight-up folks. Ive been dealing with them for over 12 years and their track record with me is flawless! Thanks guys!

I originally posted a less-than-favorable review of this place but I now feel compelled to update my overall review. I did have issues on my first visit that were a pain in the a** but I have to commend the owner of the shop for his diligence in correcting the deficiencies as best as he could. He showed a level of genuine sincerity when explaining what had happened during my previous visit and attempting to correct the issues. Those attributes are not commonly seen in a lot of people/businesses now-a-days and it is the reason I would recommend this business. He genuinely cares about providing great customer service and goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. To me, that is the most important thing.

I have had nothing but straight, honest, & great service from them. They know there product and they back it up with great service & fair pricing. They have always gone out of there way to make sure I have been taken care of & that I have been satisfied. As I alway say proof is in the pudding, and they back it up.

I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. This was without a doubt the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. I am 47 and purchased my first bike from Olive Branch Yamaha. Everyone was friendly, Phil explained everything in detail and he gave me a great deal. I highly recommend.

I do not recommend this business. My Husband and I had several issues with the Owner and his employees. All of which were treated with disdain and arrogance! They are all for taking your money but if you end up with a refund expect to not receive the full amount. They charge you a fee for doing the hard task of mailing paperwork (which is their responsibility anyway) and for cutting a check. I have never been treated this way by a business that thrives on sales or any other business for that matter. If you would like to make a purchase where the people are cordial, dont shop here.

Just went in for next service and Julie was able to get me scheduled, completed, and picked up without any hassles at all. I highly recommend her for her knowledge and helpfulness.

I bought a brand new ATV from them 1 ride later the boot on the Axel messed up. The warranty didnt cover it and I had the spend $100 to fix it 2 days after my purchase. They dont warranty anything. Me as well as many of my friends have issues with there service. We dont like the staff, they talk to you like your money doesnt matter to them. Dont buy the extended warranty as it will do nothing for you, Ive also seen where they ride your ATV hard when they put it up. Highly do not recommend them! Go to frs in Memphis or make the drive to forest city Arkansas

Dropped off Ranger that had been flooded for service. Was told that they would look at it by the end of the week and I would get a call. Heard nothing. Called the next week and left a message, no callback. Called a few days later, got service on the phone and they said it was next in the queue and that I would hear from them the next day. Called them 2 days later, service wouldnt pick up. Called them three days later and service wouldnt pick up. Showed up, they said they had been busy. Picked up the Ranger and am bringing it to Barton.

I would not recommend Desoto ATV. I purchased my sons 2016 Can Am 90. He used it one time and the carborator was bad. It took 2 weeks without any communication on the process to get it finished. My new Can Am1000 had a bad starter last month. Its under warranty. I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix it. My husband and I have called multiple times with answers of we r waiting to see if the warranty will cover it or we r working on it or we r waiting on parts. We gave them a heads up we needed it at the end of the week. In order to have it finished, we had to sit in the building and monitor the work. I will never use them again. If you are that BUSY and that SLOW you dont need my business and you need to hire more mechanics.

Jonathan Gardner is a rat and liar to get a sell...Lied to me about getting financed with installment payments but I ended up getting a maxed out revolving credit card..On my paperwork it show installment, but he sent another contract differently.

I think Im going to shop at this place one day.

Took my bike to them to have the transmission and clutches worked on, they kept it for almost 3 months without touching it. When I finally got the bike home one lug nut was off the front and the stud backed out causing the tire to lock up. When I called them about it they said they didn’t touch the bike, yet the lug nut was sitting beneath the instrument cluster
