Please read the reviews! I bought a dishwasher to be delivered 10/9 or 10/10. No tme give on 10/9. Delivery guy call to deliver by lunchtime 10/10. No delivery. Delivery guy called an scheduled first thing 10.11...no Delivery, No call, no one answered the phone. 10/14 Delivery guy called and wants to deliver. I canceled and asked for refund. 7 calls later no answer. Ironically I called from another phone and got an answer only to be told that their system is down and they are unable to process a refund. Do not buy from this store!

These are the worst people I have ever dealt with. I bought a refrigerator back in March still have not received it. Every time I call they never answer the phone and when I do get them on the phone they say they will call me back and never do. Ive asked him three times to give me my money back and I still have not received it.

It’s really 0 Stars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEARS!!We purchased a washer online 4/17/21 never received washer and we were told every week that it would be in the following Friday. We finally canceled our order on 6/5/21 and we are still waiting for our refund. Just as the delivery we are being told every week .. just 3-5 more business days. It’s now 6/25 and we are waiting until 7/2/21 with a “guarantee” that’ll it be in our account… this our 3rd guarantee 🙄.

Gary the owner, of this store is not an honest man. I purchased a kitchen suite from him a couple of weeks ago. On delivery, the delivery guys did not have what was needed to install my microwave. It took another week to get it installed. I found out after installation that it did not work. Gary wanted to send a technician by to look at a brand new microwave that they just installed. Clearly the microwave installed wasn’t a new one but used. I wanted a new one. So Gary finally gave me one out of the store but he expects me to take the old microwave out and install the new microwave. I paid Gary for installation. Gary words to me is, we did install a microwave. I told him the one you installed did not work and that voids that installation. The more I deal with him the more I find out he is unethical. I have been waiting on a stove for two weeks and he told me I would not have to wait long because they get them in all the time. When I asked him, he claims, it’s on the ticket of the delivery date. Looking at the ticket there is no delivery date on the receipt.

We bought a new refrigerator from this place. It was about 2000 total with delivery and taxes, and a new water line. This was on February 9, 2021.Today is February 24, 2021, and there still is no refrigerator in our house.This is totally unacceptable.We have received every excuse and lie a store can offer. Delivery was 75 extra dollars and we are only 12 miles away from the store. I have heard that the weather is too bad, the drivers are sick, they had came out to the road we live on and then couldnt get up the paved road, that they would be here between 3pm and 6pm today. Here it is at 5:41pm and no delivery guy who has this invisible refrigerator.We have gone without having any chilled food in the house now for 3 weeks and all the food that we DID have has gone bad. So, we can include that into the cost of the refrigerator.Between the delays, the lies, the poor customer service, and the extra money that these delays has cost us. I would without a single doubt tell anyone thinking using this place to make a purchase from to simply go on Amazon and buy something online and have it actually delivered to you 😠.Do not make the mistake we have by purchasing anything from these people.I could have put it on a little red wagon that I bought from there, hooked it up to my damn lawn mower, and drove it up the side of the interstate and had it here weeks ago. I might have got a ticket for it, but it would have been cheaper than losing all the food and then being forced to repurchase the 300 bucks in food lost.Just go to Amazon or best buy or a rummage sale. Not sears.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying anything from this store. My grandmother and I went to the store and ordered a refrigerator on 03/29/21. Ms. Vee, scheduled it for delivery on 04/01/21. Got a call from the warehouse on 03/31/21. We were told the delivery was delayed until 04/03/21. The unit would arrive that Saturday morning. Called the store, spoke to a man that worked there. He said, it would be delivered Saturday morning on April 3rd.April 3rd, still no refrigerator. Spoke to Vee, by noon Saturday. She gave us the runaround and made a bunch of excuses. Said the unit had arrived, the drivers were at the warehouse. But she couldn’t promise delivery. My grandmother called and spoke to the same man I spoke with prior. He told her the unit would be delivered Monday morning, on 04/04/21. Now it’s Monday. Still no delivery. My grandmother went to the store in person. Spoke to the same man. He changes the delivery date again. Either April 8th or the 9th. This is beyond ridiculous! My grandmother was on the phone with me getting my information. She said, when she got off the phone with me, the man that worked there, said he was done with me now. Then he started flirting with her. Which was totally inappropriate. Especially, with my grandfather being outside. Sears has gone downhill. We still don’t have a refrigerator and can’t buy food for our new home. They don’t care anything about their customers.

Total garbage. Ordered a dishwasher. Had to wait a month. Then no one called to say it wouldnt be delivered or installed. Had to make three phone calls and in store appears to get an update. 2 weeks after it was to be installed - still no dishwasher.update - 2 days of calling after being told they would call me with an update same day... No updates from the store and no one will call me back.

The customer service is nonexistent, promises are made and not kept. Our time was wasted waiting on a delivery that never took place. After we called Sears finally we were told we would have to wait until Monday. Again, another waiting game because we’re sitting here waiting. Worst service ever I wish I could give a - star!!! HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! I BOUGHT A $1500 WASHER AND DRYER SET WITH A 3YR WARRANTY. 2 MONTHS AFTER USING MY WASHER IT STARTS LEAKING WATER WHEN I CALLED ASKED THEM TO COME FIX IT, IT TOOM THEM 3 WEEKS TO COME FIX IT AND HAD TO ORDER A PART WHICH STILL HAS NOT COME IN BECAUSE APPARENTLY ITS ON BACKORDER. They told us theyd deliver my moms refrigerator Tues, after noon, so she took everything out, and when she finally reached someone after 2 hours of calling, they told her that the delivery truck didnt show up! Nobody contacted her to let her know. What kind of business is this? Is this how you try to get repeat customers?Very disappointed.

I purchased a washer at a big-box store only to have it not delivered a week later because they were on backorder and out of stock. Because of the pandemic it was difficult to find other washers in stock anywhere that didnt have a 2 week+ delivery time. Found a comparable washer at this location and it was delivered in 4 days. Great shopping. Good costumer service. New dryers take a little getting use to. I bought one last year and I had to actually use on appropriate settings. Towels wouldnt dry if not set on the towel cycle. Clothes are not over heated and the temperature adjusts to the fabric. Thats cool. Prevents using excessive electricity and less wrinkles in fabrics. I love the washing machine

Mostly good until today. Dishwasher got lost. Was supposed to be at the warehouse. Not there. Waited for delivery all day. Never heard from anyone. Called around 2 pm to check. The salesguy who answered the phone asked Didnt the warehouse call you ? Obviously, the answer was NO. No one knew where the dishwasher was. I cancelled the order. Magically, three hours later, Sears called and said it was there, in the store. I still said No. Time to cancel. Im done.

Wide variety in here. Bought a Hoover rug cleaner for a good price that I found online. Pleasant lady checked me out and assisted with my questions. The store could really use a good cleaning though. A lot of areas just covered in dust.

Dont be fooled by the Sears sign above the entrance, besides for that and the Sears products thats where the similarity ends. The Manager/Owner has quite a few things to learn about customer service. I ordered two appliances that I was told over the phone and at the store that they would be there on a certain day. So on the assigned day there were no products and the worker couldnt even find my order! He finally found it and told me that the products were not available but would be in in two more weeks. This was not acceptable as I was told several times that they would be in, so I asked to talk to the Owner/manager. He was not in I was told but would be in the next morning at nine, so I went back in at nine and was told he had left. I was told to call at certain times when the salesman was told he would be in. I called about four times and either he was not in or wouldnt take my call, finally I called and the salesman said he was in and would get him, I was placed on hold and continued on hold for 33 minutes! I had also left the salesman my name and number for the owner/manager to call, guess what, he never called. After 15 days I finally got a call from a salesman that my appliances were in so I picked them up and still had no contact from the owner/manager. It would have been nice if he just had acknowledged the issue and could have offered some answers or other options to the issue. I am sure at a real Sears store this kind of service would not be acceptable. So I highly recommend not to shop here. This is a time that it would be worth the drive to Memphis....

I went to this store Sunday afternoon. Only one clerk was there. I was looking at appliances, the clerk never came over to me, but he was busy checking out customers. When I made my choice, I got in line, and told him the money off the refrigerator I wanted. He told me about the Sears leasing plan, answered a few questions and closed the sale. Nothing bad happened, I think some of these other reviewers just have a beef they want to get off.Not a bad experience, but it could have been better.

After purchasing a new washer and dryer from this store in August, they both were delivered the next day. The dryer had two very noticeable dents on the front. We called the store the same day and were told to call back the following Tuesday. I have called multiple times only to be told they were working on it and would call back. It is almost the end of October and nothing has been done regarding the dented dryer. Buyer beware!

My purchase was a disaster. Yes, they have incompetent people running this store. I bought a washer/dryer pair (Maytag) and a refrigerator (Kenmore). I didnt want the low water efficiency washer and was told Just use the Deep Water setting. I figured ok, Ill try it. What a joke. The delivery was unsure at best. When I called they couldnt find my order. After delivery, my side by side fridge doors are crooked and I cant get anyone to come out and level them. And when I called to swap out my washer and dryer for another pair because I was seriously unhappy, the salesman proceeded to imply that I didnt know how to wash clothes and I must be doing something wrong. Then he said I couldnt embrace new technology. This washer beats my clothes to death and they come out of the washer all matted and tangled up. I have to run the dryer twice to get them completely dry. His comment on the dryer was that I must be doing something wrong, like using the wrong settings. Since Ive used ALL the settings and it still doesnt get my clothes completely dry, I figure high efficiency must have a different meaning. As of this moment, nobody has called or come out to level my fridge or check my dryer like he said. He would not take them back, just continued to argue with me. I had them way less than a month. I will never go back to this Sears. Just a bunch of disrespectful incompetent people working there. Ill have to call in a favor to have someone level my fridge because this Sears has NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I love the fridge, I just wish it wasnt crooked.

We have had the worst experience at the Sears in Olive Branch MS. . My dad is a disable vet and has been treated very poorly. They don’t even use a professional delivery service. They bring 5 pieces used and or damaged appliances on a bed of a regular pick up truck. These appliances not even covered or in original box. Tried to tell my dad they are brand new. I have pictures to show they were not. When try to get this issues resolved all we get is a run around. 3 times they promise delivery and never showed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will be calling corporate to file and executive complaint.

Ordered this weight set. They couldnt ship it to the store closest to me so I had to travel 40 minutes out of the way. Upon picking it up, I am told the box broke and it was in separate boxes. Therefore, I had to count everything to make sure it was there. It was but if I hadnt checked, I am sure I would have been missing some pieces. The clerk had to go back to the storage area three times to fetch pieces.

The customer service was horrible! My elderly mother was talked to very disrespectful. She was afraid to allow the delivery man in her home after the way the guy at the store talked to her. She bought two high dollar items and it took almost a month of calling and complaining before she got everything. It was a horrible experience and we will never be back. I give it 4 stars due to the fact that these locally owned hometown stores do not accept the SYWR (shop your way rewards) like the regular Sears stores do. I had to go online and purchase my items to claim my rewards then wait in the store until the notification came through. The staff was polite and patient and I really appreciate that. The 7501 Goodman Rd location in olive branch, MS has had terrible customer service in the past from the owner himself to the employees. This was different and they were nice. In the past, this particular has denied me price matching and flat out told me so first thing when I walked in very rudely. This was not the case today. I have my reservations about any Sears store and products anymore since not even their screwdrivers are USA made anymore.

Reported to Sears customer service but dont expect any thing to happen to this jerk since theyre independently owned. The only reason Im giving as high as one star is because there isnt anything lower. My initial interaction was great and they said they could even deliver the washer/dryer and refrigerator I bought the same day, which they did. After receiving the appliances, we noticed that there was a dent in the front door of the refrigerator and the bottom glass piece was missing from the bottom shelf. After a month of calling the store, they finally came out and replaced the door. They told my daughter they would be out the next weekend with the replacement shelf piece, but never showed. Ive had to make numerous calls to the store to try to get this resolved and now they arent even answering the phone. The voicemail box is full message now plays every time I call the store, I guess thats one way to get around having to deal with the issues. I wanted to support the locally owned business, but I sure regret that decision now. Never again

I came to this store to purchase a dryer. I had seen really good deals online, and thought this would be a good place to make a purchase. When I got there, the one employee in the store barely looked up and said hello. I looked around and found a couple of options. Finally after about 15 minutes of standing around waiting, the employee looked at me like he was annoyed by my presence and asked if I needed help. When I told him what I was looking for, he said, uh.... I kind of need to go to the bank right now. After a few moments of awkward silence, I said, So do you need me to leave? He replied, Ill only be about 15-20 minutes. Well, I left the store, and needless to say, I did NOT return. You missed out on a sure sale. I went to Home Depot. I may have paid a little more, but I wasnt asked to leave. Unbelievable!

Ordered a washer during their Labor Day sale. The confirmation said that the store would contact me to set up delivery. After several messages and a week I finally reached someone who told me it would be another 2-3 weeks before it was in. So we canceled the order and got one from Home Depot. We are now over a month and can not get a refund for a product that was never even delivered. When we call they say go to the store because it was delivered there. When we go to the store they say it has nothing to do with them. RUN AWAY!
