You have 1 pharmacist filling prescriptions and trying to do flu & covid shots. I had to come back 3x to get a script filled and was not even offered to wait. Clearly 1 pharmacist cannot keep up with the demand.

I would give the pharmacy a zero rating if I could. The pharmacy is an absolute joke! We had issues too many times when trying to get our scripts filled! Then your told it’s ready and when you arrive to pick up you still end up waiting! We are at a great pharmacy now.......bye bye rite aid!

Horrible drive thru service. I think the staff is purposely being rude to drive your customer base away. I have used you for years but have left to go elsewhere what a difference! You definitely need to work on customer service and attitude of personnel.

I don’t ever leave reviews unless it’s serious. but this Rite Aid has constantly messed up whether it’s giving me the wrong prescription all together, putting random different pills in my prescription, or putting other people’s prescription information in my bag. they once put some pills for a controlled substance in my prescription and I almost took them without fully realizing and it could’ve been fatal, luckily my friend who’s a nurse was able to double check my medication and tell me. and every time I bring up an issue with them, the pharmacist blames me as if I’m the trained professional filling the prescription. when an issue is brought up and they say “well go to a different pharmacy we don’t make you go here” it’s really insulting and upsetting. I don’t understand how pharmacists can be so mean when i’m simply asking them to fix their mistake and give me the medicine i depend on and am paying for.

Love the pharmacy Anthony and Cindy along with the other pharmacist are always willing to help. Would never go to any other pharmacy.

Called in to fill a prescription at 10am. They told me it would be ready. Arrived to pick it up at 4pm and it wasn’t filled. 6 hours later and they neglected to fill it.

Please, I go way out of my way to never deal with the rudest people in this pharmacy. Walmart is so friendly, no arguing. Also, I was going to pick up money from a money gram for Christmas shopping and it says your open till 9PM on Sunday, got there at 8 pm, darkness. One more full shopping day, thanks, what are your hours!!??.

Worst drive thru in history!!! Why does it take more than 30 minutes to pick up a prescription????? Then when you get to the window, you wait even longer!!!! Why did Vic Vena have to close??? Will definitely be switching pharmacies!

Stopped after surgery a couple of weeks ago to pick up my pain meds. Rite Aid cant find them. Called Dr., who contacted RA again. Had to call Dr. 2nd time. 35 MINUTES LATER I got my script. It shouldve been ready!!! Constant issues with them. They dont even TRY to get things right!

Worst drive thru service for the pharmacy. Ive been waiting in line for half an hour with only three cars ahead.

Absolute Worse! Had back surgery 2 years ago and had no real issue picking up scripts from the great employees. Fast forward to today. Doctor calls in script for me. I call them to verify its ready. Doctor didnt send right directions and they gotta call..ok? Well its the same as last time but ok. I call back few hours later to be told they left a message to doctors. Gotcha. Frustrated, I call my doctor and they have not recieved any message of any kind from rite aid. So i call back to be hung up on twice! Im usually a patient person, but when you LIE to me about something thats critical to my health, thats a huge issue. I rant hoping they take steps to do something about the employees they have now. As for myself and my family, we are taking our business where the customer will be treated at least somewhat decentTo Verify, the store itself is great, little pricey, but nice in a pinch. Every employee minus the ones in Pharmacy have always been great.

I cant think of anything this place has ever gotten wrong; a friendly, competent staff-in the store and pharmacy!

Ive been sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting for the pharmacy to open. Your website says 8am, not the best way to start my day. Back to CVS I guess.

Love the drive thru pharmacy service. I was given a script for my son that was a variation of a drug my son was allergic to in the ER. They not only caught it they dealt with the ER for another script at 8:00pm!

Would give pharmacy staff 5 stars but super disappointed in the change of hours and no one bothers to update info online. I made a trip twice now to discover they were closed when online info says otherwise.

Unless you want to wait 6-30 hours for a prescription to be filled, dont go here. We have given the pharmacy one too many chances over the last year. Never again.
