This is a clean store. They have lots of stock. I havent been into a store like this one. They have lots of items that are new and items that are thrift items. Halloween! Boy do they have Halloween stuff new in stock. They also have fitting rooms. On top the staff is nice and helpful.

Goodwill always has lots of holiday decorations for each appropriate holiday. There were some great Halloween costumes there today. Still plenty of home decorations left but they are going fast! A nice way to spend a little time, browsing and looking for treasures at Goodwill.

I visited a many Goodwills across the country this one is probably one the best. I found an electric skillet in great condition for $6.00. It still had the owners manual. Though I didnt spend much time there it appeared to have a large inventory of Kitchen and clothing items. Not much in the way of furniture but I definitely recommend because of selection and how well the store is maintain.

They will not take any baby items regardless of condition. Not that it’s relevant I do not donate items for the staff to be nice to me, but they were pretty Rude. I had 3 car seats 2 new and one very good one used for 9 months all with the matching base. I Also had a few other items gently used. SMH

I very much enjoy shopping in Goodwill. When I saw this one while driving around I thought fantastic. I am from Missouri an things are usually local. I spent 2 hours in here enjoying my finds and seeing that purple tags were half price. I had many items that were purple. I checked out and when I asked about the sale the lady told me I had blue tags. No they were dark purple. I paid full price I dont mind but PLEASE make the colors more distinct

Store is clean and stocked. Prices are okay but some prices are like mall prices and its used. Goodwill needs to realize that they are a nonprofit not a business.

As an avid thrifter, this place isnt it.This is my least favorite and after yesterday I dont see me ever returning. When your price things above the sticker on donated items youre not longer a thrift/second hand store. I will be driving to other Goodwill locations with reasonable and fair prices from now on.

I wish I could give it -star because thats what the manager deserves for her disrespectful treatment to people and employees. I went to buy a mattress and the cashier said it was available after I purchased it the manager (female) came screaming at me saying it was sold already. She didnt apologize. I paid for it I wasnt stealing it.Extremely rude!!!

The store is hugh. It is very clean and aisles wide enough for people to walk through with a cart. A lot of new items. Lots of cloths. I found some things a little pricey but others were very reasonable. A neat place to shop.

Decent selection but I have an issue with their high prices. I realize they are non profit and do good but they get this stuff free. The owner is a millionaire. Makes me wonder.🤔

I really love this Goodwill...my second favorite. Clearwater is my first choice. But Oldsmar has a larger store with more space for more stuff...unlike my house so I have to be careful of all the treasures I find at the Oldsmar store. They are always bringing out new stuff throughout the day so it really is a new experience everytime I shop here. Merchandise rarely gets old.Friendly staff, check out is usually fast and easy. They do require masks...but who doesnt. Carts are always cleaned and they do have a disinfectant station to clean your cart yourself if no one happens to be at the cart area.

Store was reasonably clean. Best bargin was the furniture, although selection was limited. Many other used items were slightly grimy.

I found an amazing robe and some great pillows for my couch here. It’s always a treasure hunt coming in here. You never know what great things you are going to find

The employees are astoundingly, amazingly, whatever the worstestly rudest people in any Goodwill (oh, the irony) Ive been in. A overflowing handful of the customers sucked just as much. Its wonderful (not really) that a few minutes of checking stuff out had to involve these people.

Stop putting holes in the clothes!!! Put the price tag on the clothing tag!!! There’s no returns and I’m spending money on stuff that was in perfect condition when you received it but there’s a hole because of lazy, incompetent people, who can’t put a tag on a tag!!!

This Goodwill Store is a good place to shop and get a great deal on some quality clothing, shoes, etc.

Goodwill is not the store it was years ago by far. I just drove over an hour to this Oldsmar Florida store to find out this is not a goodwill. This is basically a retail store with the cheapest China products you can basically buy for nothing, that you will not find in any other store. Used clothes does not make up a goodwill its all the other products and theres almost no used products. its all new cheap products in this store...what a joke. Do not waste your time and drive way out here.

Stores completely clean very well organized a lot of brand new products unfortunately a lot of the used products have price tags of new products not what I would consider a Goodwill store or discount store for that matter customer service was very well All in all pleasant shopping experience

I love Goodwill and I love this specific Goodwill store but they have got to got to got to get smaller carts! Its so cramped especially when you have to bend down and look at things and people are trying to scoot through with their carts. Every car that I looked at today wasnt even half full its unnecessary to have such large carts with such narrow aisles. Every time I go there I end up leaving early just by being frustrated by all of the aisle jams.

This store is 1/2 way between family members so we meet there at least once a month. Its clean and well organized but I have yet to find arts and crafts in this store which is what Im mostly interested in. Where are they, in a different store?

I just left there to drop off a lot of items and no one was outside. I peeked inside to ask for help while wearing a mask. An older gentleman just started screaming at me to leave and go outside. I was trying to ask a question and he was extremely rude. He’s lucky he didn’t touch me; he charged toward me and I was let ‘Yo I have a question!’ He kept saying I need to be outside. I walked out and asked about the receipt. He basically threw it at me. I will call the manager later today. Next time place a sign by the door with instructions or have someone outside guiding customers. Unbelievably experience!

I found the cutest pants butt the zipper was broken. And I asked them manager if shed lower the price. Shes did! Thanks! Im appreciative 👍

Good, eclectic selection of housewares, lots of clothing and even new sneakers. Pricing decent. All GWs have raised prices in recent years. As always, lovely employees. Stop by when in the area.

I frequent this place at least 1-3 times a week. Its clean and fairly well organized, the prices are good overall and they regularly have a 50% sale on certain colored tags that changes weekly. I have found alot of great items here.

Its a retail Goodwill. Used items plus new stuff. Well kept store with friendly employees. The items are well organized and theres a little of everything. Worth checking out.

Its one of the biggest in Tampa, decent place to get some furniture.

You have to be willing to spend time to look and look again...goods are being put out multiple times a day....treasures are there but it will cost you time before it costs you $$$.

Aggressive shoppers.

Tons and tons of clothes, which I wasnt there to look at. Decent amount of household goods. A little overpriced in my opinion. Furniture really not worth mentioning. Some chairs. A couple of tables. All small pieces. Dont expect any dining room, living room or bedroom furniture.

The Asian lady hid behind the merchandise by checkout instead of checking out people waiting in line. The store is clean but many of items are kind of overpriced. A couple bucks more, you can get it new.You get the feeling the money goes to the “glam” of goodwill. Salvation Army would be a better organization to donate to and support where funds seems to go to people in need more.

Prices are high. The same price for a used t-shirt at Goodwill as it is is Walmart New

It is not bad. But there were about 6 huge bins of stuff incoming outside along the drive to the drive up donation area. Made me uncomfortable. Thought the items should be inside.

I always make it a point to visit this store when staying at my daughters in Oldsmar.The store is always clean, and in order. Great deals, especially on childrens clothing. The furniture area has a lot of great finds.

From time to time you can find some good items there.

I didnt like the fact that people crowded the Isles and didnt care about the social distancing. What bugs me the most is when they block the aisles and didnt move along they just stood there and stared. They would block the aisles with no masks and hacking kids. They had long long social distancing lines for the cash register and people didnt even care about the social distancing in the aisles while shopping this all doesnt make sense. If none of them cared about it in the aisles why bother having all these stupid lines to the cash register?

Disappointing trip this time!! Prices were very high today. Still a lot of winter clothes out. Glasses and plates were more expensive than the dollar store.

Best Goodwill in 40 mile radius. Hands down best selection on clothing and household items. Worth a drive if youre not local.

I dont know if this Goodwill knows it, but its a Goodwill! I made two 20-mile trips to make donations, and not one item was accepted! These were very acceptable items that would have been purchased. You arent retail, Goodwill, dont act like you are.

Clean, organized and HUGE. This store is the second closet youve been dreaming of. Massive selection of new, seasonal inventory that comes in for every holiday. Very well curated; all items are in good or excellent condition, sorted by type and size. The attentive and friendly staff is always eager to help out. This is an active donation location building with a side drive-thru taking in goods and a large back employees only area for sorting. This is an excellent location to drop off or pick up new or lightly used goods.

This is a “good” goodwill. A little over priced, but most goodwills are.The staff was super friendly & helpful. Sammy the guy on the floor is a super nice employee and the girl dresses up like a unicorn at the register

This is the best Goodwill Ive found. Prices are great! Most of their furniture is like new. And they have a section of new items in back of stores. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Overall, a good stop for casual thrift shopping, can be hit or miss with what you find but thats what you would expect from Goodwill. Usually have a good selection of furniture, home accessories, and good quality clothing. Prices are a little higher than other Goodwill stores, but they run specials where items with a certain color tag are 50% off so you just gotta take the time to find the perfect item

Some good stuff once in a while but $4 for a book? And they wonder why some books have been there for more than a year...

Overpriced for free items.. they choosewhatever price they want on stuff that is very similar. They wanted to charge 15 for a snow globe that was from an old movie Aladdin but had a brand new snow globe in much better condition for 3.98! Ridiculous. Rip off! Don’t go to this store.
