Let me start by saying the staff at Oldsmar Vision Center is top notch. Lets just say, Im not exactly a individual with lots of patience. Initially, I was hesitant to get my prescription sunglasses from Walmart... Worry NOT - these guys went above and beyond to make sure I have the perfect prescription sunglasses. “Save Money. Live Better.” -

Love that all the staff are prioritizing health & safety standards. Michele Soto assisted me with my purchase and she was absolutely wonderful. I felt confidant with her recommendations and her knowledge. I am so thankful I came in!

My husband and I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful care, friendliness, and understanding that they showed us while we were there. We have never bought glasses from Walmart before but from now on that is the only place we will be going for all our glasses. It was a very pleasant experience for both of us.

Just had Cataract Surgery, and went in to the Oldsmar Vision Center to get my new script filled, was greeted by a nice lady by the name of Maria and the Vision Center Mgr. Cindy, I guess theyre known as the twins!Anyway they were nice, polite and very helpful, very professional demeanor.

Dr. Fritz of Walmart Optical (Oldsmar, FL)Dr. Fritz advised me that I needed a new lens for one eye when I was still in the process of being evaluated for cataract surgery for BOTH eyes. Someone with his knowledge in the process should have KNOWN no lens should have been ordered until finding out the final outcome of the cataracts. Instead, he told me I needed the new lens when in reality, no one was really sure yet. After getting the results of the surgery, I had cataracts in both eyes and needed new corrective lenses, I returned to Dr. Fritz and asked for a credit, NOT a refund, just a credit to apply (what I just spent on this lens he knew I did not need) to my new lenses for both eyes that I now would need after the surgery. Dr. Fritz and his office refused to give me a credit to apply to the new subscription. I did not want my money back, I simply just wanted what he knew I didnt need and the money I spent on that to be applied to now what I did need. It was poor customer service. In my opinion, extremely unethical as well as a complete lack of empathy. I wouldnt want anyone else to be treated this way.- Cj M.Palm Habor, FL

My glasses broke and I went to Walmart and was able to get my prescription glasses re-done for $9.00. I also got another pair of glasses adjusted while I was there so they fit better. I will also be ordering one other pair with a great frame I just purchased- for $9.00. All the staff- the administrative staff and the doctor- were very helpful. Thanks very much!!

My whole family has been going to this Walmart for years for our glasses. We have had great experiences with the staff. The staff has stayed pretty consistent over the years and one of the ladies in particular is very kind to my kids. They have always been great working with us finding the best quality in our price range. We have had to have glasses repaired and replaced for my son a number of times and they are always very helpful. We have also had problems on out of state trips and Wal-marts in different states have been very nice and repaired issues that they could. I wont buy glasses anywhere else.

Been taking my family here for years, Walmart vision in Oldsmar have great service, fair prices and never disappoint. Eye exams are great, childrens glasses are great, they even do prescription sunglasses and post-Lasik care. Recommended.

Staff was friendly & helpful. I got my glasses picked out right away and am happy with them.
