Updated my smart phone. Very good service and knowledgeable employees. All were masked and following CORVID-19 protocol.

Walked in on a Sunday and people were walking out. The guy was trying to port a number. I asked if I could just buy a SIM card. He said not until I’m done. This is the third store I’ve dealt switch in the last two days. Makes me sorry I’m an ATT customer. Maybe not for long upgrades due jerks!

Came into store to see some other options about switching carriers, everyone in the store was extremely helpful. This had been a wonderful experience, will recommend to all family and friends.

Here’s my 0 Star review. Google requires 1 star to post. I ordered a new phone online and picked up in this store. All this place had to do was take my trade in and activate my phone. I walked in and the sales people were hanging out watching TV and doing homework. While I was waiting the printer did not work so I couldn’t get a receipt for my trade in. Said that I would get a call the next day by the sales person Jose. Still waiting.. I called the next day and spoke the manager Andrew said he would call me back. Still waiting...My phone was not activated when I left the store. I called tech support and they tried to do it and couldn’t because the sim I received was damaged.I needed up going to a different store to get the phone activated and the level of service was night and day. Top notch. Stay away from this Oldsmar Att store on Tampa road.

These guys were awesome! Cant put in any better than that they were amazingly helpful. The manager there is probably one of the nicest people Ive met in a long time. Stop on in and meet him say hi

Terrible experience, ditched online order for the store order and store activation after the store said they will help out in any issues later. ATT sent the wrong label for the trade-in phone when stores were closed in pandemic and trying to get the credits for past 13 months in the pandemic, store hasnt helped at all, giving excuses like they dont have access or cant find the promotion effectively ATT gobbling up my trade-in phone and the 30 months credit.Not sure if ATT is running a scam or what but nothing has helped, talking to their customer service 40+ calls, tweeting, nothing seems to be helping, ATT hell bent to eating up my credits.

Very easy to work with and my sales rep Jojhansel was very knowledgeable. I went in there to get a new phone for my son (his first). The one I wanted wasnt there but I was offered another for a good price. I also upgraded my plan (which I planned to do since adding a new line) and again given a great offer. The new plan came with HBO max. Had some issues getting signed in to that though. After three calls to customer service and several hours later I was finally able to get connected. Bones of this was the stores fault but I was very frustrated and mentioned this on my text review from at&t. What surprised me though was that the manager of the store reached out to me after seeing my previous review about HBO max. He called and said dont worry well get you connected and also left me names of specific people that I could talk to. Thanks for the help it was Above and beyond what some of the service reps offered.

Kyle was very helpful and provided info need to transfer and activate my new phones at home. I purchased the phones online, also a good experience, and stopped by the store to pickup the phones the following day. The whole process was convenient and efficient.

Sunday evening my wife and I came to this location to see about trying to lower our bill. While the employee was looking over our bill, the manager came over and was talking about AT&Ts new tv product they are offering, as we couldnt save to much money on our cell bill we walked out saving $95 a month on our cable bill!!

We worked with Kyle to get 2 of our kids phones. He was very honest and gave us the best advice. I’d trust this store to deal with. Lorenzo, the store manager, was also sincere and helped us make the best decision for their tv services. I highly recommend this store. We’ve been customers for many years and will continue to be!!

Great experience here. Went in to get the Apple Watch, and Jhojansel was not only fantastic about the sale, he helped hook the watch up to the phone, he put the screen protector on it. Further he found us a discount on our plan for my wife being a teacher. 10/10. Would suggest.

Sales associates and manager were compassionate and understanding. I have breast cancer and have a son with Autism who was with me. His behavior is not always the best which is why I ordered the phones and service online. Instead of just 1 associate, 2 of them worked with my family to get us our phones, accessories and services set up so we didnt have to spend hours at the store. They already had our business when I paid online...they will keep our business based on the way they treated us. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Terrible customer service, the worst I ever had.Been with AT&T for 7 months the experience was Horrible, . I’m so happy to live, I’m paying to T- mobile with upgrade service half what AT&T was charging me. If you don’t want headaches, lies and stolen money stay away from them.

I regret to share that I think the sales person was intentionally deceptive by leaving out important cost information. On 3 occasions the salesperson sad its free today but The fact is the charge was $1027 ~~~ tomorrow.

I Was wearing a level three surgical mask into the store becuase I have lupus and at high risk for infection due to my low white blood count and the covid risk. The man who waited on me had his face mask looped on one ear and not across his face The other two employees did not have their masks on either both looped on one ear. I feel if a person has a mask on as a sales person you should address that persons feer warranted or not and place your mask on to make them feel safe. I have a systemic issue that makes me at risk and a low blood count makes me at a greater risk. If you and I both have a mask it makes me feel safer. I did not see any hand sanitizer as i left the store. I used my own as I left the store.

Please see Kyle when you come in to the store. He is up to date on all ATT devices and can help answer any questions (and I am mostly computer savvy). With such a positive can-do attitude, he made the experience very pleasant!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at the Oldsmar AT&T! The staff and managers were fantastic and made that the most pleasurable experience ever!! I would like to recognize Yuliassa who patiently helped me set up my phone and Luis who helped me when I first walked in and steered me in the right direction and helped me in working out the details with my old phone... he was very helpful! Lorenzo was so nice and made me feel so welcome! I didn’t even find out till later that he was the store manager! He was so nice and personable! Vangi was helpful too as the internet was very slow so she was a big help with that..... I would say I received real VIP service from all of them and will be recommending everyone in the market for a cell phone carrier to this store!!! My parents recommended Vangi to me and my family for our phones. I started a business in Oldsmar and needed an iPhone so I went into the Oldsmar AT&T Store for help. Vangi helped me so much as I am not great with electrics. I am a Cosmetologist doing Nails...and although I am wonderful at my craft... I am not wonderful with computers or iPhones. Vangi was so patient and positive with me encouraging me that I can use my iPhone app for scheduling my clients...and now I love my iPhone and would never be without it. I am loyal because she was so informative and answered my every question. With such respect and the very best customer service anyone could ask for. She is an asset to this company and I am the average business woman who feels more comfortable speaking with another woman. As long as she’s at AT&T I will continue to keep my business with AT&T. She always speaks highly of her job and tells me about every new thing you are selling...she gives me information about cable services as well. She’s a true asset.

I visited the AT&T Oldsmar location when I had issues activating the cellular connection on my Apple Watch. Mr. Jhojansel Guzman kindly greeted me at the door and promptly began to address my issue. My issue was complex as it dealt with a business account, which most customer service agents on the phone cant gain proper access to. I was advised to try calling the business department again on my own time. Mr. Guzman could have sent me on my way and went on to the customer, however, he and the manager huddled in the store and came out to find me in the parking lot. Mr. Guzman was tenaciously determined to solve this problem. After about 15-20 more minutes the issue was resolved. I have never seen such persistence from a store representative than that of Mr. Guzman.

After 2 weeks of customer service messing up what could have been a simple upgrade and add a line, I finally went into the store (to return one of the phones from the messed up order). They held me figure out what corporate had done, cancel duplicate orders and get my upgrade and new line setup. Definitely wish I would have come here first. Never using online or phone service again, any interaction will be here.

Jhojansel helped me quickly and was awesome.

First, It took 5 hours to get my business plan set up. In the first days because I had to go back to the store 3 more times to fix mistakes and always the same BS: the sales person that served you is not here today, the manager is not here today, the system is slow today...9 months passed and after several visits and calls, the 100.00 credit/ discount that was promised up to the 3rd bill was never received. Is the most expensive provider, far from being the best customer service or signal. After almost one year and stuck with 6 phones now, were going back to T-Mobile. AT&T customers are not valued at anytime. Lorenzo, you were supposed to call me to fix that problem and you never did. Dont think your customers forget what was promised. As a manager, your job is to fix what nobody can do in your store.. so if you tell youre gonna call back with a solution, do it. Or your not able to be a store manager. I asked you several times about the 400.00 you guys owe me and I only hear promised. Never received a real solution. Try to fix it if you really think you can still manage a store.

Ive been to this store several times over the last 4 years. I have always been met by a helpful representative. The wait time seems to be less than other stores I have been to and they have always had the phone I wanted, in stock, when I wanted it. What else can you ask for?

We have used ATT Store in Oldsmar for 15 years plus. The person to contact there is Vangi for the best service, knowledge, and she really listens to your needs when choosing a plan. She is vivacious, comfortable to work with and we consider her family and when we need to visit the ATT store in Oldsmar we arrange our visit for when Vangi is in the store. She makes a necessary, not enjoyable task of dealing with phone plans not only easy but enjoyable. (pssst...be sure to ask for Vangi!).

Worst customer service ever! I made an appointment at this store because my iPhone 7 that was purchased from this location just 2 months ago was experiencing issues with the camera. The associate that greeted me spent no more than 3 minutes with me basically refusing to even look at my phone to make sure that there werent any obvious settings that I might have missed. During the entire conversation, he was edging me toward the door basically pushing me out. I do not intend on ever conducting business with this store ever again. Amazing how rude one person can be in less than 5 minutes.

Just stopped by quickly to check on an issue on my phone. I was never greeted by the employee there. He just looked at me and went to the back and never returned. I waited a bit to see if he was going to to return but nope. I left. Cant stand customer service like this. Just common courtesy goes a long ways. I wont return here.

One of the worst customer care I have ever seen, rude behavior of staff doesnt have the ethics how to deal with customers. they will not even discuss in detail what we need. what all they do is stop the customer at door step and send them back by talking rubbish. They will allow only if we are interested in buying anything. And the staff behaves as if they know entire thing happening in AT&T, I was talking about offer which is present in online, but they did not even login to see my ask.

Very pushy after I said I didn’t want to purchase an offer they would not stop trying to sell me. After 20 minutes they told me I couldn’t upgrade after they told me I could leading up until then making my trip to the store completely useless and a waste of time: called go talk to manager and got attitude on the phone as well. Very unprofessional will not spend any money with them ever again.

Horrible customer service. I went in to the store on Christmas eve to purchase my wife an iPhone XS Max. Dealt with a rude and un-helpful sales representative, KYLE, who would not call AT&T to fix an issue with my bill before I could purchase the phone. There were two sales representatives in the store, and I was the only customer there. I walked out and resolved the issue myself, and then went to the AT&T store on Memorial and Hillsborough - the difference in customer service there was like night and day. They helped me out from start to finish, including setting up and transferring the data from the old phone - something the Oldsmar store never did for us and we have purchased around 8 from them - Never again! Do yourself a favor and go down the road and see Winston, who is just a terrific customer oriented guy and is not too busy to help you out.

Nick Sokolowski is the reason I Love this store! He knows his stuff, he is honest and he has saved me and my family money by actually finding plans that work better and save us $$! I have been coming to the Oldsmar store for a few years and would not even think of going anywhere else!! He patiently explains everything and thats another reason we go to him!

Rude, spent $1300 on phone 30 minutes until close. Salesman said he didnt have time to set my phone up onto account said I could do it at home by restoring on itunes. I did restore minutes later. The phone never worked. Spent the entire next day on phone w/ 9 people 3 different depts got now where except they should have had your iphone working before you left Went back the next day explained the situation from the night before which he the Manager Luis witnessed. He then said the salesman NEVER SAID he couldnt set up phone w/ 30 minutes left. Well it still wasnt set up to my account as we spoke to Luis. Told him I dont appreciate him saying myself and my wife who heard him say it three times were.. lying?. Mean while I still have a $1300 dollar phone that didnt work and told him that and please just get it to work. Manager Luis and Manager Lorenzo laughed at me and my wife and said we dont care about how much the phone is apple gets that money not us? Felt like twilight zone. Finally manager worked on phone and fixed it. Didnt offer an apology. Which I said at the beginning a simple apology would suffice. HE WOULD NOT APOLOGIZE FOR SENDING ME HOME WITH A NEW IPHONE XS MAX THAT WASNT CONNECTED TO MY ACCOUNT. THEN MADE A POINT TO SAY HE DIDNT LIKE THAT I SAID HE CALLED MY WIFE AND LIARS AFTER HIS EMPLOYEE TOLD US SEVERAL TIMES IN FRONT OF HIM THAT HE COULDNT CONNECT OUR PHONE WITH 30 minutes left to close AND DIDNT Then as we were leaving the manager tried to upsell us on cases and covers for the phone. Also, salesman Brandon never emailed a receipt for the $1300 phone.Very Rude, unapologetic and incompentent sales man and Manager customer Service. Last Visit!
