We had a great experience with Floor Coverings Int’l, they installed wood look tile and new baseboards in the majority of our home. This was a huge job and I had a ton of questions and concerns but Mark and Jenny were extremely responsive and answered all my questions. Also impressed with the installers and the job they did. One of the them went so far as to tell us the grout we picked out would not look good. While that was not what I wanted hear, he was absolutely correct and we went and bought a different color. Had he not spoken up we would have hated our new floors and probably would have had to spend an extra couple thousand dollars to redo the grout. I highly recommend this company for your next flooring project!

I had a wonderful experience both times with Floor Coverings International North Tampa. I had flooring installed in my loft over a year ago and decided to install the same flooring downstairs. I was impressed that they had my records readily accessible and were able to get the same flooring in a timely fashion. I was met with the same professional customer service and efficient installation that I had previously experienced. I would highly recommend this group. They do excellent work!!!

Mark and Jenny were great to work with. We had some hiccups with shipping delays but Jenny kept us in the loop and made sure we knew where everything stood. As with certain things in life, particularly renovations (I have extensive experience in this arena), sometimes plans dont always go as expected and you encounter a hiccup or two, but in the end it is how the hiccup is handled and cured that makes the difference. Mark and Jenny went above and beyond to ensure our little hiccup in the beginning turned out to be nothing but a spectacular result in the end. I love my new master and I am happy that Mark and Jenny helped me create my dream suite.

The in house consultation and quoting process went very smoothly. We had a particularly hard time finding flooring we liked.. When my husband and I purchased our new home, we wanted to remove the old rugs in all of the bedrooms. We are new to expensive home improvement projects, so I needed to find a flooring company that would walk me through the process and discuss the pros, cons, and pricing of our many options. Thankfully, I found Jenny and Mark McMurray. Jenny guided me every step of the way and was upfront about all of the costs before we moved forward.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our flooring. We now have gorgeous marmoleum floors in all of the previously carpeted rooms. We are giving 5 stars, though to be completely forthcoming, there were two areas of uneven flooring that needed to be repaired. Mark returned to our home after the flooring was placed to review the job, discuss options, and make sure we were completely satisfied. He offered a solution—which we chose to wait on implementing due to not wanting additional visits during the pandemic, and we are grateful that we do not feel rushed knowing that Mark and Jenny are true to their word and sincerely care about their customers. They have repeatedly shown that they are willing to go above and beyond in making sure that we were satisfied with our flooring investment.

When my wife Gail and I decided to replace all the carpeting in our house with new “hardwood” flooring we had little clue what we were doing. We had some friends and family that gave us suggestions of course, but we had to do our own research and climb our own learning curve. We had representatives from several companies look at our project. The only one we looked forward to seeing again was Mark McMurray. We realized that Mark was smart, knowledgeable, insightful, patient and trustworthy. Easy going and straight forward, he wasn’t merely better than the others we met, he was different. Mark was a collaborator on the project rather than a salesman. Before the flooring could be installed, he took care of some tiles that needed to be replaced. His flooring installation crew clearly knew what they were doing. Efficient, and exacting, they were done in less than half the time we expected and the results are spectacular. Long story short - was already in possession of 1000sq feet of tile. Floor Coverings International North Tampa found me tilers and booked the crew and saw to it that it was all done as requested. When additional tiles were needed they fixed that too. All done through emails and phone calls. No worries about payment until after all was done. Mark and Jenny McMurray are truly caring professionals. They matched a new product perfectly to our existing floorboards and got the whole project done before we returned home. They were even kind enough to FaceTime us while all this was in progress! The new floor is beautifully installed and we especially appreciated the care they took in moving and covering our furnishings. Such a pleasure to know there are companies out there you can trust!

Mark and his team installed wood floors on our stairs, hallway and put new carpet in 3 bedrooms. The stairs were a difficult configuration and they did a beautiful job! They were efficient, hardworking, kept everything clean and very positive and easy going. I would highly recommend them!

I rarely post reviews online, but the folks at Floor Coverings International in North Tampa did an outstanding job with my new carpet, and I wanted you to know in case youre deciding which company to hire. Vanessa came to my house with plenty of samples and plenty of good advice. She was very patient with me as I considered dozens of options and changed my mind every five minutes. On the day of the install, Jenny offered to hold down the fort for me while I took my cat to the veterinarian. She also folded clothes and stacked up stuff that had been hiding under the bed in the guest room. When the install was complete, Edwin put my bed together for me in the master bedroom. The carpet is beautiful, and as you can see, the entire team went above and beyond every step of the way.

I spent time looking at flooring in other places and decided on the Luxury Vinyl Plank. I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for and I called Mark from Floor Covering International and as it turns out he had the exact selection I was looking for. They made the process as easy as possible when you are undertaking such a huge project. In one day, the crew came in and tore up 1300 sq ft of tile, wood, and carpet and prepared the floor for the Vinyl plank. My wife says the installer was the quietest she had ever (never) heard. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenny and Stephanie at Floor Coverings International to have tile and carpet installed in my condo in Tampa. The experience could not have gone smoother. I live 3000 miles away so everything from picking out the colors and style to the installation had to be done remotely. This situation could have easily been a disaster. The installation, however, was done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The workers came when they said they would come, installed the tile flooring throughout the condo, new carpets in the bedrooms and tile back splash in the kitchen and left the condo in pristine condition. I would highly recommend them for whatever flooring or tile needs you may have. They deserve 5 stars and I will definitely use them again!!

Floor Company International recently removed and replaced our flooring (ceramic). The scope of work included removal of the various flooring, leveling the concrete slab and installing approximately 2500 SF of ceamic. Their deligence, professionalism, and timely recommendations made the finished job superb. I will definetly use their services again.
