I just reinstalled my repaired pioneer unit into my vehicle and its even upgraded with fancy neon lights. It also was shipped to me overnight and carefully packaged. Explained to me after a couple of days what needed to be repaired and what the failure was. Took all of my silly calls with pleasure.Moved to customer service. Notified me when the unit had been repaired and was ready to ship. Followed up with the the tracking number.First time using this group and thus far execution has been flawless.Update: the unit in question repaired was a Pioneer 5600 BHS. It is working flawless. With these new head units. You have to update the firmware. Tech-Car saved me a lot of money for some good music.
